Great hotel and a little more expensive than others. Room size is larger than others. We had breakfast included and great a chef can cook eggs any way you want. It's in a fantastic area to look around the festive walk. Bathroom and shower is fantastic.

I have always and been a frequent customer of Richmonde Iloilo city , with the courteous staff and very attentive to the customers need or inquiries. Feels like you are a part of the hotel not only as a customer. Good job as always. Please keep It up👌

I don’t have anything I don’t like .

I liked the hotel’s excellent location in Iloilo Business Park, which made it very convenient to access nearby malls and restaurants. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. The hospitality was excellent throughout my stay—for example, a sejadah (prayer mat) was thoughtfully provided for Muslim guests. I also tried the massage service, and the therapist was very professional.

The noise from outside was quite disturbing, even though I stayed on the 9th floor. Loud music could be heard from around 6 pm until 10 pm, which affected the comfort of the stay. In addition, the breakfast selection was quite limited, including the Muslim-friendly options.

Enjoyed our stay. Good food and entertainment. Within walking distance to restaurants and mall. Not far from major tourist attractions.

Charge for laundry service was well above acceptable levels for the Philippines. Paid over 2200 pesos which I would normally pay around 600 pesos in other places in the Philippines We hadn’t checked the individual cost per garment close enough. Our error but still disappointed that the price was not reasonable

My booking ddnt include breakfast. I think 1k for breakfast is kind of expensive. Also, the towels need to be changed. For a 4 star hotel, towels looked very old and not white anymore

The staff were very accommodating and went as far as they could, and succeeded in meeting my needs for the stay. I wanted the same room I had the previous year with my partner for our one year anniversary, although they did show me another room because I had arrived well before check in/out to accommodate me as quickly as they could, but I wanted to wait for the room we shared the previous year, which would become available once the guest currently occupying the room checked out, and was assured they would prioritise the service of the room to have us checked in as quickly as possible, so in the time I was waiting they also helped me with ordering some surprise flowers that would be in the room for our arrival, once inside the room the staff had also arranged, without my knowledge for two pieces of cake with happy anniversary wrote on the plate in icing. Also allowed our luggage to be stored at the hotel for hours after check out. The breakfast was awesome too, even if you dont think you will like the choices, still give them a go, because you won't be disappointed. The staff were brilliant, very professional and very polite. Highly recommend the Richmonde iloilo.

The decor, i.e the paint work, and the windows need a bit of refreshening, and the only USB socket in the room wasn't working, and being a foreign traveller, I didn't bring socket travel adapters, so had to rely on my power bank, to charge my electronics, but the lack of those was my own lack of foresight. Except for those minor things, very worth staying if you are looking for a great hotel in iloilo near enough to major spots in iloilo and want somewhere still quiet enough to get a good sleep.

I still book nxt time the hotel in right plsce friendly staff, accomadate guest even in late at night.place is confortable i sleep well.😊

The location is great. It is right next to the festive walk and mega world. A terminal is within walking distance with transport to get you anywhere in Iloilo. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The food was delicious and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were always helpful and very professional.

There was nothing that I didn't like, but the gym could do with an upgrade.

Location is across our Concentrix office and rooms are good sized. Breakfast was good and restaurant food and service is excellent. We also enjoyed daily breakfast in the bar area where it was more peaceful and we could have conversations

At least 5-6 times we tried calling the reception, housekeeping or even the operator from the room and our calls were NEVER answered no matter what time of the day. We felt ingnored once we were in the rooms. Considering we booked 3 rooms this experience has been awful. Also my room 602 was not cleaned on Nov 29 so my towels were not changed, my bed was not made etc. And again no one was answering the phone when I tried calling

The room was excellent and clean and tidy, great beds and the room was huge.

Almost everything about the place was exceptional. Check-in was smooth, staff was friendly, and the amenities were abundant.

No option to pay online; you've gotta pay at the hotel. Then there was the price point. Over ₱4,000 per night? 🥵Sheesh! Not sure why but the power was cut in our room the day we were supposed to check-out. Dunno if it was a coincidence or intentional.🤷🏾‍♂️

Very clean, accommodating staff, and nice facilities.

The location is near absolutely nothing. It is in a business park, so surrounded by just offices.

Everything is in top condition. Clean (most important thing for me), modern, and beautifully designed.

Honestly, nothing in my experience. Everything met my expectations perfectly.
