Radisson Hotel Iloilo is absolutely lovely! 🤩 Great location, elegant and clean rooms, and friendly staff. Perfect place to stay when you’re in Iloilo City! Highly recommended!

Location and clean. Staff all very friendly.

The room we had seemed to have been prepared for one person. One bathrobe, only two pillows and six sheets of facial tissue. The water in the shower never got warm, no matter how long we ran it.

We enjoyed the closeness to SM and other areas of interest

Car parking is limited, so we had to park in SM car park

It definitely should not have the tag ‘by Radisson’ Don’t expect the usual Radisson standards. Plus the breakfast was way below par, and the staff were so inattentive with regards to replenishing the buffet food on display. Every morning I had to ask for numerous things to be topped up, including an empty coffee machine, empty milk bottle, and various food. It was rather tiresome having to ask. As the saying goes ‘it all comes from the top’ blame the management

Coordinating transport from airport to hotel was a bit confusing but worked out in the end. Perhaps needs a more streamlined approach.

To get water from the dispenser

The room was conveniently located near the pool area, making it easy to access. It was also very convenient to get to SM City, as there is a bridge connecting the hotel directly to the mall.

One thing that could be improved is the water station, which is located outside the room in the hallway, so we had to go out to refill our bottles. The shower room could also be improved, as some water comes out into the bathroom area while showering, making the floor wet and a bit slippery.

Not able to cater for an early meal request. My mum had a 6am dialysis treatment and I wanted to order an early morning breakfast eg:5am but kitchen not able to provide.

The bathroom - when taking shower , water come out , making it a wet floor

Telephone in room did not work. Despite promises to have it fixed. QR code did not work. Attendant said maybe there’s something wrong with the system. Woke up the next morning the floor flooded - Seems the rooms leak when there are rains. Asked for extra towels Three times - felt that the next time they would Know we needed three towels - Nope. Still just now towels. Pity as staff very nice - but I don’t know about the manangement of said staff and hotel.

Accommodating and always willing to assist

The staff at their restaurant are very friendly, courteous and attentive. They serve well and efficiently. Special mention to Ivan, Sha, Em and Kishia...see i even got their names. Good job guys, keep it up.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of service provided by the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding customer care. Specially these people, justine, sha em, jerryilyn, charley,kishia,ivan,neil. They made my stay a lot memorable because of how welcoming and friendly they are. I look forward to staying here again in the future. If you'd like, I can also make it shorter, more formal, or sound like a genuine guest review for a specific hotel.

I like the service, its specially good place

The place is cozy, the lobby is nice plus the front desk always smiles when you passed by. They never failed to greet not just us but all the guest passing in front. They are the best asset of the hotel. The foods are yummy, the carrot cake its perfect. I wish they have the big version so I can bring home and let my love ones try. I will definitely be back again. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel that we supposed to just stay for 3days and ended up staying for 3 weeks. They exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and very convenient for getting around. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really made our stay memorable was the staff, particularly Lianne, Sha Em, Jerrilyn, Ivan and Hanna and so as the Chef but I forgot her name. They're very playful with my son Noah and nephew Georgie, and attentive to our needs. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from check in to check out. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, a fantastic location, and a comfortable stay. Well, perfect for me because of the canopy around that makes me easy to mobilize.Friendly and safe and secured place with trusted and snappy guards and staff.Clean and luxury ambience with necessary appliances and amenities to use.Cleanliness and upto date room make up from housekeepeers.Less noise surrounding to grasp at.They have friendly approaches from the service staff to mention a few name:Elycka(Housekeeping)Sha Em(Dining),Jerzy (Bartender) and all staff from other tasks included the manager unexpected to meet since my arrival upto the end of this Holiday.Uplifting spirit with respect and safety helps to boost me.Thank you .Salute to everyone.God speed.

Highly recommend for small to large families as well as young children to seniors. Great stay and Great Staff and conveniently located to many shopping areas and restoraunts. Shoutout to Jeldenz and Lucky for ensuring our shuttle to the airport was ready in a timely manner. We will be back.

The room was to small, for 3 adults, The tap water was smelly They provide drinking water, but you need to fetch outside, because the water dispenser located outside the elevator only.

It's a really really great hotel. We mostly came to support a fellow family/friend. But their service was indeed excellent, breakfast was served in a well manner, and all the staff were so accommodating and kind. The bedrooms are also clean and spacious, and the toilets are on great condition. We really like the support towards the OJT members as it ensures they are well taught and mannered for the future. Hoping they continue to provide hospitality and accomodating. Looking forward to our next stay.

We had our breakfast buffet to celebrate our Dad’s Death Anniversary all we can say is THE BEST. They had a wide selection of foods and scrumptious foods! We will definitely go back and book a stay.

I stayed at Park Inn Iloilo for a leisure trip and to explore Iloilo for the first time. What impressed me most was the hotel’s convenient location, especially its proximity to the mall. The food was excellent, and I had the opportunity to taste authentic Ilonggo dishes. The staff truly lived up to their reputation, they were all warm, friendly, and accommodating. The front desk team always greeted us with a smile whenever we passed by the reception area, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. One of the best hotel experiences I've had! The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Their personalized service made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast was spectacular, I especially loved the pudding, and there was an impressive selection of jams available. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I liked that the location is accesible near SM City Iloilo, as we conveniently had our lunch there and shopped right before we checked in. The staff in the lobby is also pleasant to speak with, and being our first time in the hotel, they were able to walk us through with our questions. The lobby is clean and cool, so we are able to relax while we waited for our check-in time. They also have their own restaurant near the lobby, so we're able to avail some refreshments while waiting. Their usual check-in time is at 3 PM, and when we did, the room is really clean, with enough space for two. The online reservation via Booking stated the room's availability had 2 separate beds, but when the room aide came by to have the comforter, he was able to arrange the two single beds together so we could have it as one whole bed. I really appreciated that since the bed turned out really comfortable. We unfortunately haven't had the chance to try on their pool, but it does come as free access during our stay (and it also looked clean and well-maintained - you could actually sight it right before the entrance to the elevator coming from the connecting bridge in SM). Lastly, the food is also good! We availed of their breakfast buffet the following morning (starts at 6 AM) and it was a feast in the eye! The restaurant is cozy and cool, with tables and benches that is spacious, has some sits too that is like a couch. Would surely comeback for the breakfast. Overall, our overnight stay is really a pleasant experience, as this was our first, and would likely to recommend the hotel as well. Thank you, Park Inn!

I just hoped they could have more flexible check-in time if the guests comes in the hotel earlier, so they wouldn't have to wait exactly 3 PM on their usual check-in time.

Overall my experience with park-inn is excellent location is good, staff are great. the hotel itself is great. Only thing I would suggest is for a better lighting inside rooms, especially for someone who is in business trip and needs to do some work while inside the room.

An amazing experience in Park inn during the January season! Fireworks and live music events organised, provide wonderful food tasting on the rooftop & swimming area during new years. Customer service was excellent and well spoken, very helpful with accommodating our needs. Great location right next to the shopping mall which also becomes a food festival and live music entertainment! It was truly a unique hotel. Recommended for outgoing spontaneous customers who enjoy loud music, food, shopping and exploring during the January month. There is 2 entrances and exits where one takes you to the shopping mall floor 1 and the other is the main entrance for getting picked up by any taxi service. It is a very busy month so be aware there will be alot of people around and can be very crowded. I would definitely come back again for this kind of experience!

Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo was very convenient for us; SM City Mall is just a sky bridge away; room was clean and tidy. The rate per day was excellent. Staff - Lucky, John Rey Jeldenz, Ella, Cesmar, Angelo, Shaira - all showed excellent customer service.

Its location..

As in the past, the water that comes out of the faucet is not hot enough to make it comfortable to take a shower. I don’t know why their water heater is not delivering the desired water temperature. The quality of the water is not normal, it’s like salty side of the water quality/ too light/ slippery because it’s takes a while to wash out shampoo and soap from your body. I reheated for early check in but was not granted. I went to the hotel at 1230 PM and was told to go back at 300 pm because no room is available. The front counter check in staff was not very helpful at all. I checked out the following day very early at 430 AM.
