The bedsheets looked old and like used. The carpet was wet for unknown reasons. The smell of other rooms got into our room also.

i will always love staying at this location! Staff is always so friendly and the location entry is on a non-busy street which i enjoy. Parking garage is also underground & the rooms are spacious! Its also on the same street as Koreatown Galleria which is like a 5 min drive (:

Nespresso machine but had to ask for creamers; have to ask for ironing board and iron, spacious bathroom with great big towels; great shower, very helpful and friendly male front desk staff; gave recommendations on places to eat in K town.

Mattress too soft for me; nowhere to ait and eat food if ordering food delivery, would like a kettle in the room.

The front entrance of the hotel is very inviting and the parking structure is easy to spot and it’s free parking which is a bonus. The hotel room was nice and the bathroom was quite spacious. I liked that they had a fridge inside the room. Bed was very comfortable to sleep on and there were nice clean sheets. You can also pick up some ice and bring it to your hotel room.

There wasn’t much of a view, it was directly facing another building wall. But this was the last room available on the night and it was a last minute booking so can’t complain.

I like that they have underground parking. The staff likewise is very helpful and friendly at checkin. The rooms are very clean and exactly what I would want. The location is close to many of the places I typically go.

The beds are usually a queen or twin in most rooms. Ideally a king bed would be nice. Maybe some bathroom products would be nice as well, but overall, I've very happy.

Access to the parking was good. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk was very kind and welcoming.

I found the room to not live up to the expectations I had when reserving the "presidential suite". It was an ordinary room with a kitchenette, lacking the luxury feel I was expecting for the $700 I spent for only two nights (weekdays).

Staff was great. Very helpful and accommodating. They know their clientele. We were there for BTS concert and on check-in we received a coffee with our favorite member

Il parcheggio è stato sicuramente fondamentale, inoltre il servizio efficiente con cambio biancheria e acqua ogni giorno, la posizione frequentabile in auto.

Al nostro arrivo, le lenzuola erano macchiate e con vari peli, inoltre c’era uno strano odore sgradevole. Segnalerei anche la mancanza di un distributore di acqua all’interno dell’hotel.

Parking was ample and had security at the door.

Location was concerning. Bed was very uncomfortable and the carpets needed to be cleaned. Overall it was ok but we will be looking elsewhere for our next trip to LA in a month.

Good location - close to the LA convention center and the most amazing donkatsu place! I really love that Uber could easily pick us up from there as well.

The AC could be a bit aggressive - it shuts off and then roars back on when it needs to cool the room down. Only one charger near the bed.

L’hôtel est correct, chambre assez spacieuse et confortable. Nous étions au 4eme je pense et il n’y avait aucun bruit. Attention pour les européens, il n’y a pas de pommeau de douche 😉

They charge for the parking but doesn’t provide any security for the vehicle. someone broke my car’s backdoor glass but they didn’t take any responsibility about it also my luggage is stolen from the parking .

LA traffic getting to the hotel

There was not much to like… free parking? It smelled good in the lobby.

The carpet was disgusting, you didn’t need to turn the lights on to see the huge brown spots everywhere. The towels and linens were dingy as though they have been using them for 10years, but also use them to mop too perhaps? I had to wear my socks or shoes the entire stay. Could not wait to leave. I don’t like to leave a bad review but I cannot believe the numbers are so high. I’m starting to not trust reviews on this app.

- Tenké zdi - vzbudil nás zvuk i vibrace budíku z vedlejšího pokoje (nepříjemné, když ho mají o hodinu dříve než my). - Přístup recepce "24/7" - Stále zalezlá v zadní místnosti, musel pro ni dojít securiťák, který mě viděl čekat zvenku; Když jsme přijeli pozdě večer, po vstupu do pokoje jsme zjistili, že uklízečka ZAPLA klimatizaci a z pokoje byl takový mrazák, že jsme šli čekat ven. Po dalším 10minutovém čekání dole na recepční jsem detailně vysvětlil celý problém, že to nejspíš byla chyba uklízečky. Korejská recepční nám samozřejmě nevadí, zvlášť v hotelu v Koreatownu, problém byl, že skoro vůbec nerozuměla anglicky a pochopení problému ji trvalo věčnost. Ani řešení nás neuspokojilo, chtěli jsme aspoň na noc jiný pokoj, protože jsme byli vyčerpaní. Jediné co jsme po půl hodině dostali, byli dvě deky a zprovoznění topení, které zahřálo náš pokoj za dalších 30 minut. - Pokud přijedete na hotel po půlnoci, je možné že nezaparkujete - i přes velkou podzemní garáž na nás ve 23 hodin zbylo 1 místo - Velmi silný reflektor ze střechy vedlejšího domu, který v noci ostře svítil do okna - zachrání tmavé závěsy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property appeared to be clean and well organized. However, the bed linens had a strange smell, as if they had not been washed properly with detergent or cleaning products. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. Another issue was the noise—we could clearly hear people walking, talking, and moving furniture in the neighboring rooms. At times, it sounded like someone was trying to enter our room. Additionally, the curtains and bedding looked old, stained, and worn. Overall, while the staff was great, these issues made our stay less comfortable.

We liked the customer service and the parking as well. The front desk staff were very polite, welcoming, and helpful.

Very nice property, staff were very friendly and ensured we had the best stay possible. Very communicative always willing to help and brightened my day. Everything was so neat and organized and had absolutely no issues at all. It was in Koreatown so there was plenty of great food places to eat at and spots to enjoy while there.

There was a loud, continuous droning noise in the building throughout the night that disturbed my sleep. The main reason I opted to book my own hotel room instead of sleeping at my daughter’s apartment was because it was critical that I get a good night’s sleep.

La clip qui était vielle, il n’y avait pas de mode doux. C’était soit à fond soit pas du tout. Il y avait une petite fuite de condensation sur la moquette qui dégager une légère odeur de moisi. L’absence de laverie.

Location was very central in Koreatown. Parking was very convenient, especially for central LA. Room was clean and met my needs.

Bed was too soft for my liking and the internet was spotty.

Impeccable in most ways. Coffee maker was an espresso machine.

No microwave in the room. Full bed, not a queen, which was okay considering room size. I couldn’t always connect with WiFi

The hotel was clean, nice, and had a great modern look. It’s located in a wonderfully quiet area, making it perfect for a relaxing trip. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming—they even went out of their way to give us some excellent local restaurant recommendations!

The only downside is that the view of the surrounding area isn't that pretty, but the hotel completely makes up for it with how spectacular it is on the inside!

Struttura comoda per fare qualche giorno in città. In camera non mancava nulla. Doccia grande e bagno ampio. Mini frigo presente. Buona la posizione considerando che a LA bisogna sempre spostarsi in auto. Ottima la possibilità di lasciare l’auto.

Letto con materasso troppo molle per persone con un peso maggiore rispetto ai 60/70kg.

A cama podia ser maior. As almofadas também eram pequenas. Um lado da cama não tinha mesa de cabeceira nem tomada. Não havia luz de mesa de cabeceira. Fomos em lua-de-mel e avisei na reserva, porque queria surpreender o meu marido, mas não houve nenhuma atenção para marcar a ocasião.
