Das Hotel liegt recht zentral und ist gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal freundlich.

Das Frühstück war nicht besonders gut.

Buen desayuno con mucha variedad y ubicación! El personal muy atento! El oficial del parqueo muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar!

Llegamos tarde y el parqueo es con cupo limitado , por lo que tuvimos que aparcar afuera del edificio sobre calle principal ( lo que nos daba un poco de miedo)!

ロケーションが悪く、夜の外出は無理。ホテルの周りが臭い。施設もイマイチ。まぁ、ダウンタウンにしては安いから仕方がないですね。

L’emplacement, on se trouve à maximum une heure de voiture des points d’intérêts. En général moins de 30 min. Parking à 15$/j

Le personnel était dans l’ensemble plutôt antipathique. Ils croisent les clients mais ne les saluent pas, parfois ne répondent même pas aux bonjours. La seule personne réellement sympathique était Esther, qui était toujours souriante et de bonne humeur, merci à elle. Globalement le ménage des chambres n’est vraiment pas terrible. Même pour juste passer un coup de chiffon sur une table ce n’est pas fait.

La chambre et surtout le lit était très confortable et très grand (un king size), pas de problème pour y dormir à 2! Le micro-onde et le frigo étaient bien utile aussi. La salle de bain était bien, propre et fonctionnelle. L'hôtel est aussi très bien placé au niveau du métro avec une station où passent 2 lignes de métro à 5min à pied. Le petit déjeuner gratuit est très pratique.

Le principal point négatif a été le bruit, pas de la rue, mais de l’hôtel lui-même: la climatisation dans notre chambre faisait un bruit infernal et pas du tout régulier ce qui peut déranger quand on essaie de dormir. De plus, on entendait pas mal de bruit (tuyauterie, conversations) provenant des chambres d'à côté et du couloir. Pour peu qu'on tombe sur les mêmes dates que des groupes un peu bruyant, c'est difficile de s'endormir et personne du personnel de l’hôtel ne semble vouloir faire de rappel à l'ordre à certains client qui crient dans les couloirs bien après 23H ou avant 7H du matin! Il y a quelques sans abris et personnes avec des difficultés psychologiques/d'addiction sur le chemin entre l'hôtel et la station de métro. Nous n'avons jamais eu de problème mais ce n'est pas super rassurant. La salle du petit déjeuner est un peu petite et les horaires sont assez resserrés donc c'est parfois un peu la cohue. Le "menu" du petit déjeuner est aussi un peu répétitif avec peu d'options sans sucre (céréales et yaourt sucrés) même si il y a du choix pour ceux qui veulent du salée.

Accueil très agréable et hôtel bien placé. Il y a un parking payant mais place limitée. Petit déjeuner et taille de la chambre corrects.

Le vue sur une autre chambre et pièce humide. La moquette au sol était humide à certains endroits, pas agréable.

Ottima la colazione, presentava ottima varietà tra dolce e salato. La posizione è ottimale, con la linea B vicina e la linea rossa B è ideale per raggiungere i principali highlights. Camera pulita e ataffmolto cordiale. Tè e caffè sempre disponibili nella Hall. Parcheggio auto interno a 15 dollari (stra conveniente per LA).

Everyone was friendly and helpful, special shout out to the security guard in the parking lot at night time, he was very helpful all the time even when it seen like there was nothing available he always help us, so thank you.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The cleanliness of the hotel.The central location. The breakfast. Our hotel room was very quiet. I had requested an upper floor, and we were given a room on the top floor, which is the 4th floor, because 5th floor is breakfast room and other facilities.

I wish parking was free for guests instead of a charge of 15 dollars per day. There is no ATM in the hotel lobby. I wish breakfast hours could be extended later; currently breakfast ends at 9am.

Convenient to the Chinese Consulate. There was a guard on duty to help protect your car. Easy in and easy out. Staff was polite and helpful.

The property is fine. The neighborhood around it is a little rough. However I never felt unsafe walking to and from the consulate.

La ubicación es muy peligrosa hay muchos indigentes, drogadictos, gentes viendo en carpas frente al hotel, aunque la estación del metro es cercana se siente peligroso, ademas hay mucho vendedor ambulante en la estación y olores desagradable. Es la tercera vez que con esta cadena de hoteles Best Western nos realizan cargos adicionales o dobles a la tarjeta de credito y no responden, generando bastantes inconvenientes con el banco, finalmente Booking nos ha solucionado dado que el hotel no responde

Bei der Ankunft wollten wir unser Auto in der Tiefgarage des Hotels parken. Hier begann das erste Problem. Klein, eng und die Parkaufsicht nicht gerade motiviert. Anschließend zum Empfang. Dieser befindet sich ebenfalls in der Tiefgarge. (Mitarbeiter sitzen hier ohne Tageslicht) Unser Familienzimmer war auf unserer Reise das schlechteste. Den Schimmel konnte man trotz überstreichen der Wände nicht kaschieren. Auch das Frühstück war nicht empfehlenswert. Zuerst mal musste man an einer Dame vorbei die den Frühstücksraum überwacht. Diese Damen ist unfreundlich und schaut die ganze Zeit was und wieviel jeder isst. Räumt man dann sein Plastikgeschirr nicht in den Mülleimer, wird man von ihr lautstark dazu aufgefordert. Der Frühstücksraum selber war schmutzig und lud nicht zum Essen ein. Dieses Hotel würde ich nie wieder buchen.

Breakfast (unhealthy and scarce). Just one elevator. I had pre-paid my stay and they were ready to charge me again. Cleaning staff very noisy in the halls during the whole day. Light leaking through the door (it should block the light to facilitate rest).

Terrible facility, terrible service and the room we were assigned smells horrible. I asked for a refund and wanted to change to another hotel… the refund was denied and we were only offered to change to another room. I definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
