Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Alojamiento muy bonito, limpio y confortable. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y estaba todo muy cuidado. La ubicación es buena para visitar Agios Nikolaos y el trato fue amable.
Tuvimos un problema con la gestión del pago, ya que después del check-out recibimos un aviso reclamando un importe que ya habíamos abonado a nuestra llegada. Finalmente se solucionó y reconocieron el error, pero creemos que antes de enviar reclamaciones automáticas deberían comprobar la información para evitar molestias innecesarias al cliente.

A bit difficult to find if you drive into town. If the harbour parking lot is closed, finding a parking spot on the street may be challenging

Наличие кухонного уголка со всем необходимым. Наличие кондиционера. Холодильник, микроволновая печь. Двухспальная кровать с двумя тумбочками и два кресла в гостиной. Столик и два стула в кухне. Персонал помог с весами при взвешивании багажа. Лифт в отеле имеется.
Лифт очень маленький, 2 человека максимум. Кондиционер расположен неудачно, продувал кровать, приходилось его выключать.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Excellent experience in every way! I was greeted on a very hot day with a warm smile and a bottle of cold water, a very thoughtful gesture. My room was a spacious studio apartment with a full bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for walking by the sea, and all the main shops, cafés and eateries are nearby. My only regret was that I was only at the Creta hotel for one night.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026La posizione ottima, praticamente in centro, ma con possibilità di parcheggiare nei dintorni nelle viette limitrofe. Appartamento spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La vista sul mare dal balcone è veramente piacevole.
Se proprio devo trovare qualche pecca, il condizionatore a tratti emetteva odori non troppo gradevoli.

A parkolás nehézkes, pláne ha egy óriási hajó kiköt, mert akkor a nagy parkolót nem lehet használni. Minden nagyon tetszett a szálláson, egyedül amit hiányoltunk, hogy nem volt mosogatószer és szivacs. Szerintem ennek még bele kéne férnie, így lett volna teljesen tökéletes, de persze megoldottuk és vettünk.

Il nostro era pulitissimo ma non nuovo . Rapporto qualita'/prezzo comunque ottimo. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente nel parcheggio vicino al mare a 150 mt dall' hotel
abbiamo utilizzato l'appartamento solo per la notte e siamo stati bene

Leider roch es immerwieder aus dem Bad. Die Ausstattung in der Küchenzeile hätte besser sein können.

The only downside was the noisy refrigerator; a silent one would be ideal, that would make a perfect stay and score. It would also be great to have a toaster, though this is not a major issue. Lastly, the shower lacked water pressure

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026I can't find enough words to express my satisfaction with this hotel. Clean, cheap, comfortable. 2 minutes to a small beach, 4 minutes to the proper one. Very nice staff (when taxi didn't arrive, the lady at the reception drove me to the bus station herself!), English-speaking, accessible from 7 AM to 11 PM (much above what's claimed in the description). And I was lucky to have an apartment with a direct view on the sunrise over the island :)
Oh, if you don't mind climbing up a hill for 2 blocks or living in a second line from the beach instead of the first - then literally nothing... Oh, no breakfast... Go to the beach - they have one :)

La difficulté pour se garer devant ! Il fallait descendre sur le port pour se garer gratuitement mais très faisable ! C'est le cas de nombreux hôtels à Agios nicolaos

Il est plutôt compliqué de trouver une place dans les rues autour de l'hôtel et le parking gratuit en bas est souvent plein. Le studio pourrait être mieux équipé (sopalin, télé plus grande) mais c'est sont des détails

La posizione è centralissima, due minuti a piedi dal porto. Per il parcheggio non abbiamo avuto problemi con la macchina a noleggio, in qualche stradina si trova, oppure nel parcheggio del porto vicinissimo! Abbiamo visto dalla nostra camera 2 albe spettacolari! Struttura consigliata!

C’est en peu difficile d’accès car sur une petite colline. Prendre les escalier de oui le port car plus facile. En octobre des gros bateaux accoste juste en face et ce n’est pas très agréable.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you might need – clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The atmosphere is lovely, and the hosts are very kind and helpful. Everything was smooth and pleasant from start to finish – highly recommended!

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025Super Apartment, sauber, geräumig, mit einer modernen gepflegten Ausstattung und einer traumhaften Aussicht von der großzügigen Terasse. Ein Parkplatz war (meistens) am Hafen vergügbar.
Wegen der engen und beidseits zugeparkten Gassen konnten wir das Hotel nicht direkt anfahren. Der Zugang erfolgte für uns (mit Gepäck) über eine steile Straße von der Hafenseite.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025Lovely balcony and amazing view. A kitchen I could make a meal in. Comfy bed. A small problem in the room which was speedily sorted. Friendly and welcoming staff. A short walk into the main town areas and beach.
