Reviewed Sep 17, 2026De eigenaar is echt een fantastisch. Hij wilt je de beste ervaring geven en probeert eventuele problemen mee te bekijken en op te lossen. De kamers zijn ruim en netjes. De warmwaterbaden zijn ook heel aangenaam na een dagje rondwandelen in Nikko.
De accomodatie ligt iets verder van het station en Nikko National park. Maar als je vraagt voor een taxi om je naar het station te brengen is dit geen probleem. Dus dat maakt het helemaal niet erg dat het iets verder gelegen is.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026ご飯屋さんへの送迎をしてもらえるのはとても助かります。 夏の暑い時期だったからか、お風呂のお湯はぬるめでしたが、意外にもそれがちょうど良い眠気を感じてぐっすりと眠れました。 インテリアが最高に素敵でした。ぜひまた利用させてもらいます。
朝のパンに合わせてコーヒーや紅茶だけでなく、スープやハーブティーなどがあれば嬉しいかも。

朝食がサービスのパンがたくさんあるのは、大変ありがたかったですが、パンの種類はほどほどでいいので、温かい簡単なスープとサラダがあると良かったかなぁーと思いました。 後、日光は夜が早くお店も閉まるので、夜ご飯を食べる店の紹介もあると良いと思います。

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Bellissima struttura, curata in ogni dettaglio. Le stanze tradizionali sono una vera “macchina del tempo” che ti riporta al Giappone feudale! La posizione è comoda per raggiungere a piedi molte attrazioni di Nikko. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, super consigliato!

L'hébergement est un peu isolé. Le prix est élevé comparé aux grandes villes.

The family hosting was lovely, the owner is super helpful and kind, and we had a great time chatting with the kids in the living room. It felt like a little home far from our home really.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Atmosfera magica, la villa è stupenda ed emana pace e serenità. La colazione inclusa è stata buonissima, così come sono utilissime le varie amenities. Onsen bellissime, noi le abbiamo trovate sempre vuote e pulite. Camera essenziale, zona bagno completa di tutto. Da tornarci sicuramente in inverno/autunno per godere a pieno del calore delle onsen e del caminetto nella sala comune.
La villa è molto fuori mano (un'ora a piedi e in salita) rispetto alla stazione/centro di Nikko e le attrazioni turistiche ma il problema non è la sua posizione quanto le tratte degli autobus di Nikko che sono quasi inesistenti. Credo che bisogna tenerne conto, ci siamo sentiti un po' limitati soprattutto per uscire la sera

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026The host was very friendly, the breakfast was tasty and we loved the private onsens! As we have tattoos it was perfect for us. The room was clean and spacious. The house is very beautiful.
We wish we knew before booking that there is a construction going on just outside our bedroom door. We couldn't sleep in because the works would start at 8:30am. Because of the noise we couldn't really enjoy staying at the hotel and we had to leave early in the morning. But that's the only thing we didn't like. Everything else was very nice.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Velice příjemný onsen s krátkým ale soukromým venkovním průchodem. Čistý pokoj s velmi milým přístupem personálu. Celkem intimní atmosféra bez lidí. Káva, čaje a osobní potřeby k dispozici.
Trochu vzdálenější od chrámů, vyplatí se přiblížit se bus linkou co jezdí hned vedle. Snídaně spíše formou takových malých pečiv jak z metra, rozhodně ne v japonském stylu. Trochu horší koupelna, ale v pořádku.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026Very friendly and helpful people. The views were nice. The breakfast was fun and different with the small pastries. It just felt like home with the wood floors and friendly staff/owners. We did use the onsen which was also a nice setup. Trust the puctures shown by the site. Our pictures are of what we saw at the nearby shrine and world model museum so you have a ferl for what is nearby.
Not bad since it is only one flight up - but there are stairs to take for those less mobile.

The baths were such a bonus, a lovely simple pastry breakfast presented very nicely. The lounge felt as cozy as you'd hope for at home and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive.

Camera spaziosa anche con 4 bagagli grandi, letti comodi, sala comune dove si possono utilizzare forni a microonde e bollitore per disporre della cena visto che tutto chiude abbastanza presto, è presente un frigorifero con alcuni cibi da acquistare e consumare direttamente in struttura! La punta di diamante è l'onsen da poter utilizzare privatamente (con il partner) 45 minuti, non serve la prenotazione, semplicemente andare quando si libera e segnalare con un tasto che lo si occupa! Ottima la colazione a base di pane caldo. Soggiorno incredibile, comodo e rilassante! Torneremmo subito!

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026スタッフの男性が、いつも笑顔で、気持ちの良いサービスをしてくださいました。朝食のパンも一人一人、丁寧に持ってきてくれます。質問すれば答えてくださいまして、最高に頑張っていることも伝わり、おもてなしが伝わってとても素晴らしかったです。細かい要望にも、お答えくださって、期待以上のサービスを経験させていただきました。ありがとうございます。ラウンジにはピアノもあり、少しだけ弾かせてもらいました。無料のコーヒーやお水も滞在中ありがたく頂戴しました。夜に雪が降ってましたが、お部屋で暖かく過ごすことができました。
他の方も言っている通り、部屋のトイレがウォッシュレットじゃない。また、浴場のお湯が濁っていたのは心配でした。また、ラウンジのピアノは音がずれてます(2026年1月3日現在)。チューニングしてください。毎日の清掃や管理で、全て管理するのは大変だと思いますが、これらを今後の改善点として参考いただければ幸いです。

The place is a little bit far from the center. Not a big issue, just make sure to get some food at the town. There are Microovens in the lounge.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026中の雰囲気がハリーポッターの談話室を彷彿させる、なんとも言えない落ち着きがあります。 ハイテク装備はありませんが、アナログの柔らかい空間に包まれるとてもいい体験ができます。 朝食の掌サイズのパンも焼きたてで美味しく、一人７個までオーダーでき、種類も10種類くらいあり、満足できます。 部屋数もそれほど多くなく、人で溢れてはいないので、のんびり過ごすには最高な環境でした。 また、電子レンジもあるため、外食ではなく持ち込んで談話室？で食べてもいいと思います。私たちは2日目はインドカレーをテイクアウトしてそこでゆっくり会話をしながら食べました。
お風呂についてですが、時間制限制の貸切なのはとてもありがたいのですが、45分のため時間をけっこう気にします。また、脱衣所は暖かいのですが、洗い場は寒く、さらにシャワーも押して一定時間のみ出る仕様なので絶えずボタンを押し続けていなくてはいけないのが、冬は辛い。あとは部屋の乾燥が気になったので、加湿器が1台はあると冬は快適かなと思いました。

Breakfast only consists of a choice mass-produced croissants/buns (several choices of sweet and savory) Coffee was not served in the afternoon unfortunately

I got to meet the children and the couple who run this place and we had a nice chat. I really liked the baths - it is valuable addition to this nice place.
Breakfast was small breads, there wasn't a lot of options. Although you could still get different drinks.
