We had a disappointing experience with dinner during our stay. We placed our orders at check-in, just after 6:30pm, assuming the food would not take too long. We would have been happy with a 30-minute wait, but unfortunately it took up to two hours for some of the meals to arrive. Had we been advised of the expected wait time when ordering, we would have made alternative arrangements and eaten elsewhere. The long wait was particularly difficult for our group after a long, hot day. Unfortunately, the gluten-free meal also arrived with gluten in it, despite the extended wait, which was especially disappointing given the dietary requirements. We however really enjoyed the accommodation and would definitely like to come back. The property itself is amazing, and we had a great stay overall. We just hope the dinner service and communication around wait times can be improved, as this was the only real disappointment during our visit.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026FALSE ADVERTISING: .. i told the owner upon arrival that i was feeling sick, he kept pushing me to go on safari! then i said i don’t wanna go and he said the room costs will be MUCH HIGHER if i don’t book safari. then he told me im not allowed to stay more than one night ONLY. basically you have to arrive, stay one night, do safari with him and then leave.. to get this online price. i call that SCAM because they don’t tell you this in advance

Restaurant Personal spricht leider sehr schlechtes englisch und so kam es zu einigen Missverständnissen bei der Essensbestellung und Lieferung des Essens

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Schöne Bungalow Anlage, mit Blick auf den Pool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, insbesondere im Restaurant. Großzügige Gartenanlage, schöner Pool. Wir waren zweimal im Restaurant essen, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine 6-stündige Safari gebucht. Toller Guide, wir hatten Glück und haben einige Elefanten gesehen.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Un hôtel absolument génial, dans un cadre magnifique et très calme. Le personnel est adorable et très accueillant. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour à plusieurs. Gros coup de cœur pour la salle de bain extérieure, très grande, magnifique et vraiment dépaysante ! La piscine est également superbe et entourée de végétation, ce qui donne beaucoup de charme à l’hôtel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026We had 2 luxury safari tents overlooking one of the pools, they were beautifully clean and we loved the outdoor bathrooms. We loved that there was a park for the kids and the food at the restaurant was great! It was really good value for money as we had breakfast and dinner included in our booking. We also booked a safari through the hotel which was amazing and good value. We loved it here.
The service at the restaurant was a bit slow but once the food arrived it was really good and they even brought desert to our rooms for us as the kids were tired!

Las dos piscinas son de ensueño. Además, el desayuno fue el mejor de todo nuestro viaje, muy abundante y riquísimo. Sin duda, el mejor hotel de todo nuestro viaje.

Diciamo che le aspettative erano più alte. Il condizionatore un rumore infernale. il wifi non funzionava inizialmente ma poi sono venuti a risolvere il problema. La doccia e di conseguenza il bagno si allagano perché è tutto aperto e allo stesso livello. Il frigo non ghiaccia. Forse però erano solo problemi della mia stanza.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Struttura molto caratteristica: abbiamo alloggiato in questa tenda-palafitta dotata di tutti i confort e con bagno all’aperto. La struttura ha anche un ristorante, due piscine e un parco giochi. Nel complesso molto carina, molto rilassante. Abbiamo anche usufruito del loro Safari. Debbo dire ben organizzato, non so dire se prezzo nella media o alto perché per mancanza di tempo per organizzarlo mi sono direttamente affidata a loro.
Forse a tratti un po’ fatiscente, andrebbe data una rinfrescata e ristrutturazione generale. Piscina piena di foglie. Capisco che essendo completamente immerso nella natura, molto è dovuto a questo.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026El lugar es increíble y súper natural, parece que estés en la selva. La cabaña es muy amplia y cómoda, cuenta con A/C , secador, terraza, TV, etc. el buffet de media pensión es muy bueno y variado.
No había mucha agua caliente lo cual era complicado poder llenar la bañera tan bonita que tenían. El menú cerrado de media pensión es un poco ajustado, mucho mejor el buffet. Las almohadas poco cómodas.

Casetta veramente bella e suggestiva vista piscina; ristorante con una buona varietà e bontà; colazione buona e abbondante; personale molto cordiale, sorridente e ci ha fatto veramente piacere chiacchierare con loro. Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Eine tolle Anlage. Wir hatten 2 Glampingzelte/Deluxezelte. Diese sind auf Stelzen gebaut und haben ein openair-Bad. Das riesige Bett wartet einem Mückenschutz versehen. Der Pool war sauber und die vom Hotel gebuchte Safari zum Sonnenaufgang toll. Das Frühstück in Buffetform war toll.
Am ersten Abend gab es ein tolles Abendessen am Buffet. Am 2. Abend leider aller Card. Obwohl die Gerichte bereits am Nachmittag ausgewählt werden mussten, kamen die Gerichte um mehr als eine Stunde zeitversetzt.

Presente in tenda tutto il necessario e zanzariere intorno al letto. Bagno esterno ma completo di tutto. Staff molto gentile, cibo buono. Safari organizzato da loro eccellente.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Die Anlage ist Mega schön gestaltet, die zwei Pools sind sehr gross und sauber, es gibt ausreichend Liegen und Schirme. Das Luxuszelt ist super toll eingerichtet, tolle Aussendusche. Affen kamen zu Besuch. Das Personal war total freundlich und hilfreich, vor allem im Restaurant. Dort kann man (für uns unerwartet) sehr gut essen.
Die Mücken ;) aber das hat nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun. Die Betten waren mit Moskitonetz ausgestattet.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Outdoor Bad ein Erlebnis. Riesen Pool. Moskito Netz über dem Bett. Büffett am ersten Abend war super. Verschiedene Brotsorten zum Frühstück. Quark bzw yoghurt zum Frühstück Safari Start ab Unterkunft. Konnten die Parktickets selber kaufen. dadurch keine Kommision für die Tickets. Jeep preise für die Safari fair. Schönes Ambiente beim Abendessen.
Kein frischer Saft zum Frühstück. Kein kostenloses Wasser zum Frühstück. Personal als einzige Unterkunft in 2 w und zum Vergleich aller in der Zeit bewohnten Unterkünfte am unmotiviertesten. 2. a la carte Abendessen trotz Vorbestellung extrem lange Wartezeit . Die ersten waren schon lange fertig bis dann die weiteren Essen kamen. Bei einer 1- Personen Küche könnte man das nachvollziehen, aber nicht bei einer Anlage der Größe. Kaffee war extrem dünn.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Scam beware . Option for room only is untrue he will make you pay for the safari or cancel your room This was a scam. We booked the room only option and once we arrived the manager told us if we didn’t book the safari too through him he would cancel our rooms and we’d have to find alternative accommodation. At half 9 at night, two girls being told they would be kicked out if they didn’t comply was very threatening and made us feel very uncomfortable. (Also no towel in one room, no sheet in the other and no WiFi but the forced safari kinda trumped those little things)

Reviewed May 5, 2026Les piscines sont très chouettes et propres. Il y a beaucoup de singes dans les arbres mais c’est très choupi. Les sortes de maisons sont spacieuses, propres et agréable. La salle de bain dehors rajoute un petit plus.
Le jet de la douche est très faible et la lumière le matin entre dans les chambres.

The rooms are spacious and the outdoor bathroom is so lovely and cozy. The breakfast buffet is delicious as is the rest of the food, big portions for great prices. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, after arrival we got chilled towel and a juice. Loved it!

Das Bad war zwar ein OutdoorBad was ich mag, aber ich fand es nicht anmächelig.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Nous avons logé dans les cabanes vues piscine très spacieuse avec 2 lits une table une terrasse et une magnifique et immense salle de bain extérieure ! Le petit déjeuner était un buffet très bien. Le soir le repas était très bon aussi. Super pour se poser en revenant de Safari !

cockroaches in bathroom, living behind toilet. I understand that this is nature, and lizards and mosquitoes are fine, but those were cockroaches because of poor and old bathroom
