This gite is simply magnificient. I give it the gold medal for all the gites (BandB) we visited over decades. The place is sumptuous, the grounds are beautiful, the host very friendly and the breakfast gorgeous.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Das selbstgemachte Frühstück als Menüfolge war toll und wurde serviert.

La fenêtre de notre chambre ne s’ouvrait que pour la prise d’air… c’était chaud, mais bon as d’inconvénients majeurs ☺️

Établissement qui date un peu

Accueil chaleureux. Merci encore pour cet accueil et ce petit déjeuner excellent et servi avec autant d'attention. Nous sommes plus que ravis d'avoir fait cette halte à Trois Rivières, cela nous a permis de croiser le chemin de Yolande qui est une hôte formidable ainsi que son fils qui nous a offert les breuvages. Cette petite halte restera un très beau souvenir de notre voyage. La maison est magnifique, pleine d'histoire, avec un jardin au bord du Saint-Laurent

Fenêtres désuètes qui ne s’ouvrent pas. Coin lavabo vieillot. Douche avec renvoi qui évacue mal.

Pas grand chose et ce n'est pas la faute de la propriétaire, c'est le vacarme que faisait les autres invités.

L’emplacement au bord du Saint Laurent, le bel extérieur et la piscine. Le charme suranné de la maison. L’ extrême gentillesse de notre hôte et la générosité du petit déjeuner fait maison. Incroyable.

Certains équipements sont vieillissants mais ce n’est qu’un détail.

Nous avions l'impression d'être en visite chez nos grands parents ! Ils nous on accueillis chaleureusement, se sont assurés que nous étions confortable et satisfait. De très belles attentions pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Et que dire de l'endroit ! Une maison oubliée par le temps qui nous fait voyager dans le passé tous en offrant les commodités modernes. Le terrain et la vue sur le fleuve sont a couper le souffle !

Sérieusement, je ne vois pas ce qui peut l'être. Ce qu'il offre sur leur site est identique à ce qu'il offre sur place. Les attentes sont comblés si c'est le genre d'endroit que vous cherchez.

Nous avons été reçu avec beaucoup de soins et de gentillesse. Les hôtes nous ont traité aux petits oignons du début à la fin. Et que dire des déjeuners... c'était à chaque matin un déjeuner de Roi !!!

Comme il s'agit d'un gîte, bien sûr il faut s'attendre à partager la salle de bain avec les autres clients mais bon tout s'est quand même très bien passé. Et au besoin, nous avions quand même accès à une 2e salle de bain au premier étage.

Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, tolle Lage mit einem großen Grundstück direkt am Sankt-Lorenz-Strom und einen Pool. Leckeres Frühstück!

Tout d'abord la maison est très belle dans un charmant quartier résidentiel, on peut observer les écureuils dans les pelouses. Ensuite le plus ce sont nos deux hôtes charmants qui se "mettent en quatre " pour nous recevoir avec un petit-déjeuner extraordinaire.

Un gîte très charmant sur le bord du fleuve. Un terrain magnifique. Le déjeuner était délectable. Les hôtes étaient gentils et aidants.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par nos hôtes. Très belle maison avec une vue époustouflante sur le lac..le petit déjeuner est préparé avec beaucoup de soin. La piscine est grande est très appréciable. Je recommande vivement ce lieu apaisant pour un séjour.

La décoration du studio est un peu défraîchie mais cela n'entame en rien l'expérience.

Petit déjeuner complet Piscine agréable en bord du st Laurent

René et Yolande nous accueillent dans leur maison avec une convivialité incroyable. Ils sont aux petits soins et s’arrangent pour que tout se passe bien. On se sent comme si l’on était dans la famille et le petit déjeuner servi dans leur salle à manger est incroyable. Nous avons eu des croissants, du pain, des confitures maison, du beurre, une omelette incroyablement moelleuse et des cafés à volonté. Sans parler du petit yaourt aux myrtilles préparé par Yolande. Rencontrer les autres voyageurs au petit déjeuner étaient aussi un moment très convivial, C’est un lieu où se faire cocooner. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé nous promener dans leur magnifique jardin qui descend jusqu’à la rivière. On peut se poser sous les arbres car des fauteuils nous attendent ou même si l’on a envie prendre un bain dans la piscine ou encore s’installer pour un petit café sur une des tables disposées ici est là. La maison a un charme suranné et l’on sent la patte d’artiste de Yolande, qui était une ancienne Potière. Ils ont tous les deux beaucoup voyagé et les discussions sont très intéressantes avec eux. Un bon moyen aussi de connaître un peu mieux le Québec.

Même en cherchant bien, je ne trouve pas

Très bien reçu dans le studio de ce gîte. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés et disponibles. Immense jardin avec piscine, le tout parfaitement entretenu.

Awesome experience staying at this beautiful place. Very delicious and delicate breakfast prepared by the hosts.

A good, quiet location in a beautiful house with wonderful hosts and a great, home-cooked breakfast. Splendidly decorated, along the River, private parking. We stayed in the apartment with private bathroom. Parking is directly behind the building. Very good choice for Trois Rivieres. We saw a lot of comments about neighborhood noise in almost every downtown location--seems like Trois Rivieres has lots of bars and partying downtown.

No complaints except you must check in before 8 pm, so you can't have dinner and check in later....but the breakfast is worth it!

Rene and Yolande are amazing. They have opened their beautiful home and welcome guests. Breakfast was freshly baked croissants and bread with a selection of jam, fruit, juice, eggs, cheese and pates. Even a cake for dessert. Located right on the St. Lawrence, it is a beautiful property.

Breakfast was exceptional, pool was great for the kids and location was wonderful! Such lovely hosts too.

The property has a well maintained garden with views of the river/lake and clean pool. The apartment is spacious with a kitchen equipped with everything you might need. The owners greet you personally and are very warm and friendly people. Their 3 course breakfast in a properly set table makes you feel you are in Europe. They can speak many different languages and we could see their interactions with other guests and the environment was really good.

The decor in the apartment might need to be modernized but it didn't bother us much

Excellent home made croissants, fresh fruit for breakfast. Swimming pool, beautiful old house, nice yard and gardens.

Shared bathroom, bed wasn't too comfortable.

The breakfast was amazing - homemade crossiant made that morning etc, the pool was very clean with a view of the river

Yolande and René are the most charming and welcoming hosts, and made the trip excellent. Breakfast is outstanding, and a nice opportunity to chat to the other guests. In good weather, the pool and garden are delightful.

The hosts put a lot of thoughts and efforts. The breakfast exceeds our expectations.

Bedding.

We felt very welcome - the owners had many touches of hospitality such as a personal tour of the house and amenities, helpful information about where to eat and an exceptional breakfast. Home made croissants and baguette, condiments, beverages served to our table.

The beds were very soft and not the most supportive. And they made noise (squeaked) when you moved.

The breakfast was good, generous portions. the coffee was very good. The house although old, from another time, was spotless, beautiful back yard leading onto the St-Lawrence river. Quiet part of town.

There was one bathroom for 4 bedrooms of which 3 were occupied. The house is older so creaky floors and thinner walls. Doors get stuck when opened. You could hear anytime someone used the bathroom in the night and conversations in the next room.

Truely amazing hosts! Would always come back here. Such a lovely place with incredible self-made breakfast served by the hosts.

Excellent hosts who welcome you and show you around the entire property and cook up a multi course breakfast which was delicious. They have lots of international guests including France and Australia. I recommend it highly

Very nice room, and breakfast. The location is scenic, but is also convenient to the city’s attractions. The hosts were very friendly.

Breakfast very good. THree courses, of fruit, something hot and CAKE! Good coffee. Communal table for chatting eith other guests. And the garden!! All the way down to the riverbank, with a lovely swimming pool too. Easy parking at the house, too. Really friendly hosts.

The hosts are lovely people who care about their guests. The breakfast is tasty and the guests eat together. We had a wonderful time and are happy to recommend this place to others.

All guests share one bathroom. People were great about being fast in the bathroom but it is good to know that this is the set up. Each room has a sink.

We enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated older home. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were served a very delicious 3 course breakfast with speciality coffee along side of the other guests. Our room had a sink but no coffee/tea maker. It was a bit unusual to share a bathroom/shower with other guests. However, it was just for one night. There is a suite that sleeps up to 4 people that has its own bathroom. The swimming pool was nice after a long drive.

Location is spectacular. Right on the St. Lawrence. Beautiful old house.

Choose this place if you'd like a quiet location that's easy to get to by car or bike. It's a few minutes from Downtown Trois Riviere by bike or car, but if you decide to walk. It might be a bit far. The hosts were very kind and helpful. They took care of us and their hospitality is wonderful. There's also English, French and Spanish Translation for a lot of things. The Breakfast is also the exceptional part of the meal. We were given 3 courses. Fruit with pepper, Croissant with a hollandaise like sauce with hard boiled eggs, 2 slices of cake, With Bread, Croissant on the table with fresh confiture of 4 flavors. There was also tea, coffee. Fresh juice on the table. The breakfast was one of the best things about the stay. The place is very quiet and private. There's also free wifi

We had a great time here with kind hosts. I want to stress that our stay here was good for our needs and wanted to emphasize that the value for what we paid for is exceptional. Something I didn't expect was a shared bathroom. Which is alright. Another thing I wasn't as prepared for was that to get to Downtown, we needed a very brief car ride but still needed a car. That being said, for our needs. Which was that we were passing through Trois Riviere after Quebec City. We needed somewhere near an exit. We wanted to have access to good food which was possible through car though there are other restaurants in walking distance. The value of our meal as well which was a 3 course meal which is better than many hotels more expensive. We had a great value for the place and the hosts were very warm and helpful.

Extremely friendly owners who strive for the guest's well-being. An excellent breakfast prepared by the owner herself.

It was a very wonderful stay with Yolanda and Rene. The property was amazing and right on the St Lawrence Seaway. We love old houses and this is beautifully decorated to retain its 1930s deco. The breakfast, everything made from scratch including the pressed apple juice, jams, croissant and bread, made us feel pampered in an old fashioned way. We love it and hope more people get to enjoy this little piece of Oasis.

Only one washroom for four rooms upstairs which meant at least 8 people sharing, I found it occupied several times when I went to use it
