夜9時過ぎにチェックインしましたが、部屋の電気の付け方がわからず、真っ暗な中、内線番号もわからず携帯で外線にかけて確認した。 鍵がカードキーではない古いタイプのもので、それを差し込むとはわからなかった。夜チェックインする場合は一言教えてもらえると助かります。

Bed was very soft. There was only one blanket on the bed and it was very heavy even though it was summer. I slept on top of it as the mattress was uncomfortable. I only stayed one night. I arrived late and left early the next day. If I was actually going to stay here longer I would not stay here. Good location but better options on the other side of the station of o was planning to stay longer.

L'hôtel est très vieillot et ne correspond pas du tout à ce qu'on attend d'un 3 étoiles. La chambre n'était pas très propre et les équipements étaient de mauvaise facture. Le lit était horrible, on sentait les ressorts juste en posant la main sur le lit. Je suis très déçu de cet hôtel surtout qu'il est très cher. Les photos du site lui donnent l'air agréable, mais, en vérité, pas du tout.

Reviewed May 24, 2026朝ごはんがすべて美味しかった（おかゆ、信州のものなどもあり、お腹にも優しかった。味もよかった） 立地も駅に近くよかったし、部屋から山も見えてよかった。夜も松本城のある市街地に歩いていけるし、よい場所だった。
1階の中華レストランが実は夜メニューも美味しそうだったり、おそらくテイクアウトして部屋でも楽しめるということを翌朝知ったので、もう少し宣伝してくれていたらよかったと思った（たぶん、それでも夜は松本城の方のガイドブックに載っているところに行ったとは思うんですが）

シャワーカーテンの幅が足りないので洗面台や浴室が濡れてしまわないように気を付けないといけない。 ホテル紹介の写真で備え付けのシャンプー類がPOLAだったのを期待していましたが、DHCでした。

強いて言えば、「枕が少々硬く高過ぎ」「一泊目夜間の降雨時、窓際に雨漏りがあり、連泊2泊目のお部屋変更の提案がなかったことへの対応について、2泊目は晴天につき雨漏りはなかったので良しとしましたが。」「新聞の種類が少ない」「排水管の音が少し気になることがあった」です。

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Die Lage ist perfekt für Reisende, die mit dem Zug unterwegs sind. Die schwarze Burg und die Altstadtstraße Nawate sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Angebot von allem, was man im Bad zusätzlich zu Seife und Haarpflege braucht, auf einem Tisch nahe der Rezeption: gegen die Verschwendung! Geschäfte für kleine Verpflegung im Bahnhof und auf der anderen Seite des Bahnhofs.
Das Zimmer war etwas eng; bzw. das Bett stand über Eck an der Wand, schwierig zum Ein-und Aussteigen für die zweite Person. Kein Adapter zum Aufladen für Handys usw.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026お世話になりました。 最近はフロント不在のホテル等で宿泊していた事が多かったのですが、フロントの方が対応していただけることで、対面のありがたみが改めて分かりました。 高校生の娘が持込のヘアアイロンで備品を損害してしまったのですが、丁寧に対応していただき娘の不安も解消致しました。 ご迷惑おかけしました。
駅近ですが、駅裏となるため繁華街とは反対側となります。 駅のコンコースを通って行くと近いです。
