Reviewed May 24, 2026La chambre était très propre, belle et spacieuse. Le lit était confortable et l’ambiance générale de la chambre était agréable. Le personnel restait gentil et serviable malgré la difficulté de communication.
Un bruit constant provenant de la chaudière située au dernier étage était présent en permanence. Ce bruit de fond, similaire à un aspirateur, était particulièrement dérangeant, surtout la nuit. De plus, le personnel ne parlait pas anglais, ce qui obligeait à utiliser des applications de traduction pour communiquer.

The brown duvet covers are so 1970s! Time for a refresh with new happier colors and not squeaky yucky polyester. The pillows were lumpy and too hard. The bathroom was difficult to enter. It would be nice to have a grab bar.

ナイトガウンがありましたがワンサイズしかなくちょっと窮屈で着れませんでした。 小袋になってる化粧水や乳液などがあると良いなって思いました。

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026何度かよろずやさんを利用したことありますが、朝食のカレーがやっぱとても美味しくて、朝カレー何度もおかわりしました。チェックインの際に朝食時間は6:45からと言われましたが食事会場が6:30にはオープンしていて、朝早い電車に乗らなければいけなかったので大変助かりました。松本に行く機会がまたあればよろずやさんを予約したいと思います。
エアコンのカバーがガタガタと振動して音が発生していたのが気になりました。

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Typical neat, clean, small room with all usual amenities and included breakfast, so good price. Located between train station and Matsumoto castle. I was able to store my luggage with staff before official check in time and they did take my details when I first came. So at check in time I just had to pick up my room card and my luggage was already in my room. Great service.
Room was small, so be prepared. I'm tall, so a single bed in Japan, can be a bit small for me, but it was ok. Thin towels. All in one bathroom is small, but you get used to it in Japan. Breakfast is basic, but for free, so can't really complain.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Hotel was great! Location is good near station and near castle. 7 eleven across the road. I had a few onto the Matsumoto castle which was nice cause it was illuminated at night. The room is basic but has everything it was nice and warm. Even laundry machine! And it was such a good price for value.
