Amazing experience, during my last trip in indonesia, the staff was very Nice, the food amazing and my room was very clean and comfortable, i totally recommend this hotel

Had a great experience at this hotel. The receptionist was friendly and efficient during check-in, and the customer service throughout my stay was excellent. The lobby was clean and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. My room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with modern amenities, The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the restaurant staff were attentive and professional. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, shopping centers, and local attractions. Highly recommended

Hotel Harper Purwakarta is a comfortable and modern place to stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful esp Mas Ivar (really helping us), making the overall experience pleasant. The location is convenient, not too far from the city center and nearby attractions. The breakfast is decent with enough variety. Overall, it’s a good choice for both business and leisure trips in Purwakarta.

Some fruit and vegetarian options should be included.

Alat fitnes perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan Menu sarapan bukan Aston banget, buah kurang, main course kurang menarik. AC kamar kurang dingin, exhaouse kamar mandi berisik. Parkir dekat gardu pas saya tidak dibolehkan, sementara yang lain dibolehkan (kenapa ya???)

I stayed at Harper Purwakarta, and honestly, it was such a peaceful and classy place. Right from the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed by how cozy and well-designed everything was. My room was super spacious and had an amazing view of the city. The staff were all super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The food at the restaurant was really tasty too. every meal was a treat. I also loved chilling at the pool, and the gym had everything I needed for a good workout. Overall,this hotel was a great place to stay,comfy, stylish, and just really well taken care of. I’d totally recommend it if you’re visiting Purwakarta!

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Beautiful hotel to stay. Was on business tour n it was my intransit stay. It had a unique vibe. Ms shania was supportive. Everyone was attentive to our needs. Food options were good. Room was super clean n comfortable. All n all a good hotel for stay.

The locations is very good, near exit toll. And the staff very nice and helpfull.

The parking access to lobby little bit too far and please the tv room upgrade to smart tv.

Decent amount of food to choose from and overall pretty good. Staff was nice and smiling. Kids pool (60cm deep) that my daughter really enjoyed.

The room and bathroom are clean and air con is cold. The reception is also nice and memorize guest so it makes us feel happy that they are remembering..

No water available inside room anymore so need to get it from dispencer in the hall. Not much fun if need to drink and running out of water in jar at night.

The location is easy to find and near the famous Sate Maranggi.

Going into the bath tub is like a mission impossible and very very dangerous. Could be a perfect stay if not for the bath tub issue.

I'have bad experience...after i already check out for about one hour suddenly the hotel staff Asked me about the glass that look like uncompletely the qty from beginning, it's my mistake also that not take the glass picture from beginning. So i hope in the future during check out process the hotel staff make sure about the things of hotel equipment already completed or not before the guest leave the hotel

At 5.30 am when I wanted to use the bathroom, there was no water at all, totally off :(( 1 hour later the water was on but very dirty, its color was like mud color..

I stayed in the hotel with Mum, she's old and has limited mobility. But I feel comfortable because the staffs were friendly, very helpful and care to Mum. It made me easier when I have to handle other things. So thank you for an outstanding services.

This is a fairly good hotel in Purwakarta, price is reasonable with good services and comfortable room.

The hotel was clean. Staffs were nice. I had an amazing dinner here. The food was very tasty. Breakfast is limited but seems similar to any other hotel. This is the best option in the area.
