Le personnel, la proximité, le cadre, les chambres, la propreté, petit déjeuner complet et très bon.

Badkamer was brandschoon. Heerlijk en voldoende ontbijt Ruime kamer netjes en goed schoon. Zeer vriendelijk personeel zowel achter de balie als in het restaurant. Eten was van goede kwaliteit.

Très belle hôtel très bien équipé , un super accueil et des chambres très confortable À 2 pas du châteaux et de l’hippodrome on trouve facilement une place pour y accéder

The room was spacious ,clean and convenient . The location of the hotel is a walking distance from Chantilly’s attractions and the hotel’s restaurants converts at the evenings into a very good french restaurant.

Das Personal ist freundlichen und hilfsbereit. Im Restaurant haben wir an 3 Tagen sehr gut gegessen und getrunken. Wir waren das 3. mal in diesem Hotel und kommen gerne wieder hierher.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Le personnel est compétent et accueillant. Les lits sont confortables. Le ménage est bien fait.

L'établissement n'a pas le même profil que ceux de Senlis et de Nantes. Un peu déçue pour le petit-déjeûner. Un mini réfrigérateur non fonctionnel (problème récurrent dans la chaîne). La Salle-de-bains est équipée d'une baignoire, ce qui n'est pas adapté à tous. La première nuit, un individu a fumé une substance nocive et l'odeur désagréable nous a incommodé mais heureusement pas très longtemps.

Il personale cortese, camera e bagno di dimensioni corrette, buona la pulizia.

La colazione può essere migliorata, la frutta era insufficiente e la macchina per il caffè non lo serviva con il latte caldo.

Confortable et très bien situé. Calme. Personnel au top. Très bon restaurant.

Tout était très bien. Petit déjeuner varié ! Aussi, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait de pouvoir boire un verre dans le jardin et manger dehors !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, qui est proche des restaurants, des magasins, Auchan, boulangerie,etc…

En revanche, nous avons trouvé que les couettes n’étaient pas adaptées à la saison. Nous avons eu très chaud et il était pratiquement impossible de dormir correctement. Lorsque nous nous découvrions, nous avions froid. Des couettes plus légères, adaptées aux températures estivales, auraient été appréciées.

La chambre avec terrasse ,le lit over size et très confortable, la salle de bain avec baignoire, la propreté ,le personnel très accueillant (surtout la jeune femme qui nous a accueilli à la réception à notre arrivée le soir)

Tout était très bien. Une chambre spacieuse et confortable, un petit déjeuner très qualitatif.

Seul petit bémol c'est l'alarme du réveil de la chambre qui n'avait pas été désactivé ... 5h30 ca fait tôt quand on commence à 9h

Do conforto do quarto, cama super confortável, e o cuidado de terem deixados uns tampões para ouvidos, apesar de não ter ouvido barulho nenhum.

Teria sido útil que tivessem frisado o horário do pequeno-almoço durante o check-in. Como os horários variam de hotel para hoje, conjugado com a vaga de calor intensa que se sentiu no final de junho em França, essa informação no check-in teria sido importante.

Чистый, приятный отель в центре. Доброжелательный персонал с хорошим английским. Кондиционер работал отлично. Удобные кровати, отличная сантехника. Есть лимонная водичка и яблоки на стойке регистрации. Рядом парк, хороший ресторан. Вкусный завтрак.

Платная парковка, но если повезет, то можно найти место рядом на общественной парковке (с 19 до 9 бесплатно)

Modern and super clean, aircon and dog friendly. Staff were really helpful. You cannot hear the road noise either and it has a back garden for the dogs

We booked 20 minutes before arriving and must have received one of the last rooms available on floor 5. This is difficult to get to as the lift finishes on floor 4 and then you have to climb a spiral staircase into the attic for the fifth floor. The Felix window was open when we got into the room and the extractor for the deep fat fryer was right outside pumping fumes into the room so it smelt really bad and our clothes smelt the next day. The bed was too hard for us personally but absolutely fine for one night

Good location

The room was spacious and tastefully (neutrally) decorated. We were worried on the first day when we were told of an offer from Housekeeping - free drinks if we didn't have the room made up. That implied to me that they were short of housekeeping staff. Anyway we refused that offer - and I have to say that in spite of our fears the housekeeping staff provided an excellent service. They definitely worked long days and worked very hard. The only thing I did not like was that the bathroom, instead of having a proper shower cubicle, had a shower over the bath. If a hotel goes that route - and I wish they wouldn't - the bath has to have a non-slip surface - which this did not.

Only for people wanting to park there: The car park is a problem. It has 6 bays - blocks of 3/2/1. The size of the bays does not take into account the size of modern cars and the space is tight. We were lucky over our 4 night stay in that we were usually one of the first to arrive in the evening and last to leave in the morning - otherwise I am not sure how many manoeuvres it would have taken to get in and park / get out! A redesign / reduction of bays is needed.

Un peu cher pour ce que c’était. Plus de 200€ la nuit alors qu’il n’y a vraiment rien d’extraordinaire: les chambres ne sont pas spacieuses, il n’y a pas de vue remarquable, pas d’accès gratuit au spa (il faut payer un supplément…)

Le restaurant attenant à l'hôtel propose un diner de très bonne qualité, tout comme le petit déjeuner.

Les chambres sont basiques, il n'y a pas de peignoirs, de chaussons ou petite trousse de toilette. Le sauna et hamman étaient fermés sans explication.J'avais reservé un massage pour l'anniversaire de ma compagne. La personne n'est jamais venue Il n'y a pas de parking, et aucun emplacement réservé pour les personnes de l'hotel

L emplacement pour visiter le château de Chantilly

Impossible de dormir dans la chambre, pourtant j avais spécifié vouloir une chambre au calme lors de la réservation. La première chambre était à côté de l ascenseur, il nous a été proposé une autre chambre qui était à côté de la cage d escalier avec toutes les nuisances sonores que cela implique. J ai dû dormir sur un canapé convertible avec un confort sommaire… Le serveur du petit déjeuner avait oublié politesse et bienveillance: j ai dû réclamer des serviettes malgré ces passages répétés cela ne lui a jamais venu à l idée de nous en fournir, malgré mes salutations dès mon arrivée car de sa part aucun mot n est sorti de sa bouche. Enfin il n y avait personne pour ouvrir le parking, ce n est pas faute de sonner et de téléphoner, nous avons attendu plus de 5 minutes au soleil.

My colleagues and I recently stayed here for 1 week, and I highly recommend this hotel. Even though I had to make numerous changes to the bookings, all my enquiries were handled quickly and professionally. All the staff were friendly, but I would like to thank Shanna and Alain for all their help. Chantilly is also a beautiful place to stay.

Mi era stata assegnato una camera singola molto piccola e poco confortevole e con alcuni accessori non funzionante. Molto disagevole. Lo staff molto gentilmente mi ha spostato in camera più grande e confortevole

Location for Chateau and train station was excellent and receptionist Lea was very helpful.

Couldn't purchase a soft drink on Sunday afternoon as we were told the bar was closed and the guy at reception couldn't put it through the till. Not great on a very warm afternoon. Reluctant to give us refills of cream/milk for our room to put in our coffee and when he did it was 1 each!

L'emplacement est bon.

Le tarif exorbitant par rapport a la qualité de la chambre et du service. Cela ne vaut pas la moitié du tariif facturé. De même pour le restaurant : qualité très moyenne, quantité insuffisante et service " limite" . Pour 250 € la nuit dans une chambre single, on aurait attendu une chambre spacieuse ( très petite), un grand lit ( il était minuscule), et des services de qualité ( très "cheap"). Hyper déçue, je ne recommande absolument pas!

L'hôtel était excellent et tout le personnel, de jour comme de nuit, était très aimable. L'hôtel était d'une propreté impeccable, notamment grâce au directeur, Thomas. Merci pour le confort et la tranquillité absolue.

Un excellent séjour au Best Western Plus Hôtel du Parc Chantilly. L’accueil a été professionnel et attentionné, la chambre très confortable et parfaitement entretenue, et l’emplacement idéal pour profiter du parc et du centre‑ville. Le petit‑déjeuner est varié, de qualité, et servi dans un cadre agréable. Mention spéciale pour le la grande gentillesse des professionnels et la qualité du service, qui rendent le séjour vraiment reposant. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour alliant confort, sérénité et hospitalité.

le tarif élevé de la chambre et du du late checkout le petit déjeuner pourrait être enrichi avec du citron pressé et des fruits frais en larges tranches (pas en salade de fruit)

The room was very clean and quite nice. We had selected Chantilly as the location for our last night in France and it was perfect for wrapping up our vacation. Super easy to get to CDG airport.

Parking was problematic. The hotel had misplaced our parking reservation and was able to find us a very small sliver of a parking space. (You had to back in and then crawl out the passenger side as the wall was too close to open the door. We had a very small 2 person car!) There also is no place on the street to pull off to go into the hotel upon arrival. I would more confidently recommend this location if arriving by taxi or public transport.

Un bémol, le bruit permanent de l'extracteur VMC sur le toit qui dégrade le calme du beau jardin et des terrasses.

I went there largely to get together with friends living near it. They came for dinner in the restaurant Le Cob and we had an excellent meal and very nice wine. Breakfast was an excellent selection including hot food (bacon, sausages, egg).
