湯畑には面してませんが、徒歩で4〜5分と近く，夜のライトアップも見に行きました。 夕飯は、食べきれないくらい品数あり、満腹。上州牛のすき焼き，しゃぶしゃぶどちらも美味しかったです。

ご飯おいしくて、2度回目の宿泊でした。部屋や、温泉は古くて少し残念です。

スタッフの人は優しいが、説明が少し足りない感じがある。 エレベーターから遠い部屋だったが清潔で広く居心地がよかった。 温泉温度が高く、子供が入れない。お風呂が何個かあったが、温度が低いひとつのお風呂にみんなが入っていた。

自転車乗に親切でロビーにに入れずに置かせてくれて客室へのそのままでの持ち込みもOKだった。 　ホテル自体は改装したのか新しくキレイだった。ただ客室の設備が古いままで特に使える100Vのコンセントが冷蔵庫と併用の１つのみだった。

Website and pictures do not show how the hotel really is. It’s false advertising the rooms smelled like old, the shower room was discolored and disgusting. Food was not great. Onsen is older looking and does not appear like the pictures. Not worth all the money we paid. The lobby is beautiful and looks like it will be fancy but it’s run down and old.

I really liked the dinner options, we stayed for three nights and had different dishes each evening. The waitress was very lively and kind. It was a lot too it and I was very sad that I wasn't able to finish everything.

The room is quite old and seems a smoking room, which smells a little. It is quite old and worn-out, not clean. But, it is acceptable given the price in the neighborhood. The lobby is good and spacious.

This is a amazing experience, that hotel is comfortable and nearby ski resorts and attractions, all staff is kindly and helpful!

Great place to stay to experience the room with Japanese motif. Also has its own Onsen and a nice Yuma tan you can wear outside while strolling the town

This hotel has good and bad areas. Staring with the good areas, staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Complimentary drinks and onsen. On the bad side, this hotel has limited non-smoking rooms. We expected a non-smoking room but was assigned to a smoking room. Strong cigarette smell when we walked into the room. After a long discussion with front desk, they told me that they couldn't give us a non-smoking room even if I was happy to pay more. Finally they found another smoking room and offered me to check it out. The new room still had the cigarette smell but it was not as a strong as the first one. Hence,very moved. Secondly, the hotel rooms need a good facelift. Lights were not working and walk and door had damaged marks.

Wonderful stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is absolutely superb, short walk from the city square and hotel has private onsens for anyone with tattoos or who would rather enjoy the experience alone.

もう少し気遣いがほしい。宿泊者の立場になって考えてほしい。食事は満足でした。

換気扇がシロカビだらけでダニもいた。 部屋は、古く汚なかった。 湯畑が近く 立地条件は、良い。かなり大きな旅館で東京(八重洲)迄送迎バスがあるので 旅館に確認したらお得に行けますよ。 改装を繰り返ししている。ベトナム人を多数採用にしており かなり頑張っているように思いました。 温泉は、とても良かったです。 又 是非行きたい🎵

現時至二月尾，下午二時三十分有免費高速巴士回東京八重州車站。若回程去東京很方便！

There was bed bugs crawling at night in the wall, bed sheets and comforter. I have never seen bed bugs so visible and they were fast and hard to kill too!! Even thinking about it gives me goosebumps. My husband didn't even sleep at all, just watching and killing them. We were too tired from a long trip so we had to suck it up for one night. And we just saw one of the reviews here recently that there's bed bugs. I wish we could have seen it sooner. I got bitten twice. There was blood after killing those that bit me. The room smells like murky and old. I can't even fit my face in the sink. I am already a size of a 5'1 asian. I can't even go to shower it looks really old and gross. They really need to update the room and get rid of those bed bugs. Ceiling has water marks too. The lady in the front is really nice though. The real problem is the room. Private onsen was good too.

The parking is super far, you have to follow the hotel car to the parking site which is like 10 mins away then take the hotel car back to the hotel. Very troublesome if you want to use the car during your stay. The room was terribly small. The main door and toilet door knocked against each other so the toilet door must be closed in order to open the door. The hotel room is super old and I had bed bug bites from this hotel. The Pro is the location is very convenient, walking distance to the main attraction. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again due to Bed Bugs and Parking.

房很大，房鐵門很重，閉門時很嘈，離湯田步行行5分鈡，早晚餐好味，溫泉水很好！

和式傳統溫泉酒店，房裏面有私人浴室廁所，如果浸溫泉可能都不會在房間洗澡。 溫泉有大池及露天風呂較好，另一個細獨立房，但不是私人的（容納三個人左右）。 真正溫泉區酒店。 我們四人一房，食完晚餐已準備好榻榻米床鋪。 包早餐和晚餐，很滿意 有車送我們到火車站 價錢性價比高✌ 可以一試

酒店房間浴室沒有熱水, 沖涼很不方便o 如你早上不浸大浴場, 沖涼、洗髮很冷o 風筒也是只有冷風的。 房間不大, 但整潔，我們三人同房很擠。

傳統日式房間及榻榻米床舖具特色, 對於外國遊客有一定的吸引力。房間亦備有日式温泉浴袍及精美浴巾以及梳洗用品。

I had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Takamatsu. The onsen facilities are excellent and I thoroughly enjoy them, especially the outdoor onsen. The breakfast spread is good and nice. I also want to thank Mr Akira Miura who found my son’s debit card and took effort to return it back to us. Thank you very much and hope to go back again.

Good and efficient pick up & drop off services between the bus station and hotel. The Onsen for men is better than the women one. The water from outdoor Onsen could be hotter since it can be offset by the temperature. Some hotel offer free private Onsen so that customers can enjoy different experience.

わけありのお部屋ですから仕方ないのでが、他は温泉にもう少し湯の花のパワーがほしいかったです。 群馬県のトラベルサービス頂き嬉しいかったです。

施設自体が時代を感じる劣化度合い Wi-Fiが使えるという触れ込みだったが、繋がらないので諦めた

客室内のトイレは古いです。窓の外が、非常階段で景色は良くなかった…

建物は古いですが、湯畑まで歩いていけますし、お風呂も広く風情があります。 ヘア－ドライヤーは安いものが設置されているので、普段使っているものを持っていったほうが良いです。

部屋の設備をもう少し新しくしてほしい ウォシュレットへ 枕もとにコンセントを

朝食をあまり美味しくないもう少し工夫してほしい。 お風呂は、硫黄分がありよかった。

This hotel is old the twin room that we stay so small and uncomfortable the onsen its fine the service is good but about restaurant we are not include to our booking because we prefer eat outside so many restaurants and coffee shops can choice that's why we don't have idea about food in this hotel

特に不満はなく、宿泊先として選んでよかった

お風呂が広く気持ち良く温泉を楽しめました。 また湯畑方面を散策するにも立地が良かったです。 ただ、晩御飯の料理が席に着く前から用意してあって時間が経っていたり、朝ごはんのビュッフェもまあまあといった感じで、食事よりも温泉入浴と温泉地観光に適した宿だなと感じました。 スタッフの方の対応はとても感じが良く、安心して滞在させて頂きました。

施設は真新しいものではありませんでしたがリフォームもされている箇所もありましたし、お掃除も行き届いている感じでした。お食事も美味しかったですし、チェックイン、アウトもスムーズで満足でした。 お風呂は熱めの湯船、ぬるめの湯船があり、露天風呂もとても気持ちよかったです。

今どき洗浄器が無いトイレに驚き。

草津温泉バスターミナルから徒歩7，8分ですがバスターミナルから向かう場合は急な坂を下ります。 というワケで、チェックアウト後にバスターミナルに向かう場合は坂を登ります。でも、宿がバスターミナルまで送迎してくれるので連絡しておくとよいでしょう。 場所は大滝の湯に近く、草津熱帯圏にも難なく徒歩で行けます。 お風呂は気持ちの良い露天が充実していました。 お部屋も広々していて満足しています。 いろいろ手を加えていますが、ところどころ旧式のシステムが残っており、客室冷蔵庫は最初からビール、酒、ジュースが満載です。 それらを抜いて持ち込みの飲料を冷やした場合は、チェックアウトの数時間前までに元の状態に戻さないと、冷蔵庫のドアがロックされて、抜いたものがチェックアウト時に清算される仕組みになっているので注意が必要です。 しかし、間違えて閉じ込められたりしても、フロントに連絡すれば解除してくれます。 氷が必要な場合は有料との事、製氷機などありません。 少し残念な仕組みです。

とてもリーズブルなお値段の素泊まりで満足していますが…部屋の電気のカバー部分に何匹か虫の死骸があり、とても気になりました。

建物は古いようだが、清潔に保たれている。 お風呂の朝男子が入れる風呂は良かったが、午後の風呂は 少し不満（熱めの風呂がない）。夕食のお肉は満足できる美味しさだった。リーズナブルな料金で二泊してのんびりできました。有難うございました。

部屋に蜘蛛の巣があった 大浴場の湯船の中が汚い 脱衣場が髪の毛がすごい

お部屋の中は旧と新に分かれていて、差が激しく感じられた。 事前にこの様な案内もあったら、この価格のこの部屋は選んでいなかった。

お部屋の扉が開け閉め狭かったです。 お風呂はとても良かったです。 朝のバイキングもとても美味しくて お腹いっぱい食べてしまいました。 湯畑も近くてとてよも良かったです。 また利用したいと思います。

せっかくの草津温泉でお湯はよかったけど、脱衣場は髪の毛だらけで気持ちが悪く素足で歩ける状態じゃなかったです。夜と朝で男女入れ替えがあるから期待していたけど、朝イチにいったけど、どちらも同じでがっかりしました。 夜入浴後部屋に戻ろうとエレベーターをあがったら、なんと…廊下の電気は消されてる始末。まだ11時なんですけど。 草津が好きだったはずなのに何だか私のランキングからなくなりました。

湯畑にも近くお土産を買ったりするのにも立地的にはとても良い場所でした。チェックイン・アウトの時の対応等も良かったです。 今回、禁煙ルームを希望しましたが、空きがなく喫煙ルームに『消臭スプレーでのお部屋になります』との説明があり、承知の上で入室しましたが、やはり滞在中ずっと気になりました。 ベッドサイドの時計が壊れていたり（他に目覚まし時計がありましたが）、この時期（コロナ禍）にしては室内の除菌状態が？？？と思ったりしましたが、廊下のあちこちに除菌液が設置されていたり、随所にお花が綺麗に生けられていたのには好感が持てました。

料理とお風呂は良かったです。 大浴場の脱衣所がほこりや髪の毛だらけで汚かった。 部屋の冷蔵庫は昔ながらの飲み物がセットされているタイプなので、他のものを入れる場所が缶を２～3本と少ないです。

大浴場が気持ち良かった。朝食バイキングが美味しかったです。湯畑も近いです！

天然温泉あり、部屋は清潔、周囲の施設へのアクセス良し。文句なしです。

お値段が良かったのと、写真で大浴場が綺麗だったので喫煙ルームを予約しました。 お部屋は喫煙ルームなのでお世辞にも綺麗とは。。。 トイレも、部屋風呂も。。。 大浴場も写真ってすごいなと思う感じでした。施設に関しては経年の影響だと思いますが過度の期待はしない方が。 しかしながら従業員の皆さんのサービス、湯畑までの立地は素晴らしかったです。総合的にこの旅は満足できました。 草津はとても素敵なところだと思いましたので、また次回行く際は禁煙室を予約して伺いたいと思います。 改善点としては、車で行く場合はどこへつければいいのかをわかりやすく事前説明して欲しかったです。駐車場まで従業員の方が持っていってくれるのですが、到着時わかりづらくウロウロしてしまいました。

夕食の準備数が少なく、準備されたものも足りないものがありました。また、子供用の食事にわさびも入っており、少し残念なところがありました。 ホテル内のコロナ対策も、もう少し徹底して頂いた方が良いと思います。（東京から来ている方もいたようなので）

湯畑に近く安いので許せるって感じです。 頻繁に草津温泉に行くのでなければ、基本、安くて大きなホテルはお勧めできません。

部屋構造上、ドアを部屋側に開けた時狭くて部屋への出入りが、しづらい。

ご飯が美味しくて、お風呂も綺麗で広くて思い出に残る旅行になりました！ 帰りにバスターミナルまで送って頂けたり荷物を預かって頂けたりとホテルの方も親切でよかったです。

The hotel has some long history, so as their carpet. The maintenance is poor in Japanese standard. There is no curtain, just a piece of paper between the window and the room.

料理も接客も良かったです。 期待していたよりも宿の清潔感があまりなかったかなというところです。 歩いていける距離に温泉や湯畑があるのはとてもよかった

The hotel is located quite near to the major area in Kusatsu. The dinner was conducted at your room and the traditional Japanese food tasted pretty nice. The staff was nice and friendly

ที่พักไม่ไกลจากใจกลางเมือง แต่โรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า ออนเซ็นอยู่ชั้น4 จะแยกชายหญิง แต่เค้าจะมีเวลาให้สลับกัน จึงสามารถเห็นได้ทั้ง2ฝั่ง นี่ซื้ออาหารเช้าและค่ำ อาหารค่ำโอเครมากๆ เป็นแบบชาบุ แล้วก็จานเล็กๆย่อยๆ มีให้ตักเพิ่มตรงกลางเป็นบุฟเฟ่ต์ด้วย แต่อาหารหมดแล้วไม่เติมนะ ตอนไปปลาดิบหมดอะ กินได้นิดเดียว โรงแรมจะให้เลือกว่ากินข้าวเวลาไหน แบ่งเป็น3รอบ แต่โดยรวมชอบนะ อาหารเช้าเป็นบุฟเฟ่ต์ อาหารเยอะดี พนักงานบริการดี มีรถตู้รับส่งไปลงสถานีรถไฟด้วย เหมาะกับคนมีกระเป๋าเดินทาง

露天風呂は良い 湯畑まで歩いていける

建物が古いのはしょうがないけど、非常灯の蛍光灯が切れきってﾃﾝﾒﾂしたままだったり、掃除がお粗末でしたね。食事はボリュームもあり美味しくいただきました。

１.17日朝の男性風呂の床が滑りやすいので、高齢者の方には大変だと思います。このままで良いか、対策をして下さい。 ２.部屋の鍵が1本しか無いので家族でも、早く風呂から上がっても待っていなくてはならないので、考えて頂きたい。 ３.自家用車の配車対応は良かったです。 ４.913号室のトイレが狭いです。 ５.今回、台風19号の影響での道路情報が不安でしたが、フロント内の情報の共有が弱いと感じましたので改善をして下さい。

ホテルのお部屋は割と年期を感じましたが、綺麗でした。湯畑からも近く、よかったです。お風呂も素敵でした。また利用したいです。

I reserved a non smoking room but my room smelled of stale smoke. There were smoking rooms next to me and the smoke came into my room. The rooms are a bit run down and old. The onsen area within the hotel is quite nice.

Japanese style type room with ability to rent private onsen. Facility is definitely dated and room smells of smoke despite requested for non-smoking room.

This is definitely a 10/10 for me. I came early before check in time. I left my luggage at the reception, only to realise that they have put my luggage in the room. The lady staff is very friendly and despite the language barrier when she saw my reservation in English, I assured her that conversing Japanese is perfectly fine because I understand the language at conversation level. The food is great too. First time experiencing this on my solo trip, I would definitely bring my mom along in a different season. My mom can't handle cold seasons so I'm planning either summer or autumn, whichever dates are available for both of us.

Very friendly service staff, location was around 7 to 10 mins from the bus terminal but fret not, remember to call the hotel to arrange free shuttle bus services.

The hotel was great and was showing a little bit of its age. Staff were helpful and their customer service was great. The food was good and as it is right in the heart of the town, we were able to walk to other free onsen bath houses close by. There is even one just across the street.

The hotel was reviewed before as 'outdated' When I've read this I thought that it's no big deal and sometimes people have high expectations. They But the hotel is so outdated and old that it smells a bit like a nursing home. I think it was already old and outdated with a need of change in the 70's Clearly this hotel is geared for packaged deal tours and groups Pros : Location - its located in a very central place Buffet - very good selection of food Cons: -old rooms that smell stuffy - not very comfortable

I never write negative reviews but there is always the first. Pragmatically speaking, here it goes: 1. Price was 250 per person per night. I understand that this is one of the famed Onsen tourist spots - I get it. 2. The room was about 10ft x 12 ft. You had to be careful when opening the room door because there is no 'space' to pull the door open. The bathroom is so small that the door swings about an inch from the basin and toilet. 3. In Japan, ALL BATHROOM are ToTo Bidet. This hotel is NOT. Shocking. I mean, we all visit Japan and expect Ramen and Bidet toilets right? 4. The front desk staff is great, the greetings were great, the breakfast staff is great. The hotel owners are the ones that are not reinvesting into the hotel. 5. The view from my room included some drainage pipe that was dangling since 1970. Again, the ownership is not focusing on maintenance. Hence, you wonder what else is not maintained... My conclusion is that this is an investment property that is screaming out for maintenance. I was not happy due to having a very high expectation due to staying at Fujiya (Niigata) where the price performance was ultra high (and we had Kaiseki Dinner!!!). Then again, you get to stay close to this great Sushi cafe just up the street. Good Luck.
