Lovely peaceful spot. We enjoyed the private pool and spacious rooms. Great spot to stay with the family and amazing service.

The villa was beautiful the staff were excellent and we really enjoyed the bar/ cafe.

Great villa

we had such an amazing experience at abia villa the staff were so kind and they really looked after us the villa was stunning it was very clean and very neat will definitely be booking back here on our next adventure to bali !!!!

Beautiful Villa, great location short walk to the beach.Lots of bars and restaurants close by. The Villa itself was great and the bed very comfortable, the service at the front desk and at the cafe was second to none, rooms cleaned everyday and fresh towels also. All staff were amazing. Will be back.

Great place to relax without being too far away from walking into busy Legian. Great cafe and very friendly staff.

My third stay at Abia in 18 months! Incomparable staff, so kind and will do their upmost to look after you. As a single female traveller, having the ability to feel safe and have everything I need in my villa and surroundings is invaluable. Special thanks to the spa team for taking such beautiful care during treatments and my favourite drivers, Dwi and Danny. So much gratitude to you all, I will be back!

Abia Villa in Legian is an absolute gem, and this was our second time staying here—it’s easy to see why we came back! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff made us feel right at home, just like they did during our first visit. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly make this place special. The villas are stunning, with spacious, beautifully designed rooms that are always spotless. The private pool was a highlight again—big, tranquil, and perfect for relaxing. It feels like your own little oasis. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety and always served with a smile. We looked forward to it every day! The location is another big plus—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short stroll to restaurants, shops, and the beach. It’s the perfect base for exploring Legian. After two stays, we can confidently say that Abia Villa delivers consistent excellence in service, comfort, and atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Great location. Friendly staff. Amazing property.

Abia is clean quiet and the staff are fantastic

Excellent spot, villas are private and away from The hustle and bustle

The property was exceptional and the service provided from staff was excellent. Especially Dwi, who went out of his way to help and ensure a memorable stay

Loved our stay here. Great people and great place. Definitely coming back. 11/10

Beautiful hidden gem! Sparkling clean pool, the location is fantastic and the staff are very friendly and take excellent care of their guests. The on site cafe is very nice - coffee was great and the food was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the villa was spacious and had everything we needed. Abia Villa is our new favourite in Legian and we can't wait to return and stay again one day. Thank you for having us!

We have stayed here several times over the past few years and we love it! It’s quiet and very clean and the staff are lovely

Very clean and tidy place short walk to beach, very quiet great place to get away from the hustle and bustle staff are great

Friendly service, safe and convenient location

the upside, it's a nice little villa with private pool nd outdoor bathroom, comfortable and the staff is nice and helpful, the downside The room wasn't very clean at check in.

Super clean and spacious Villa. Very kind and friendly staff. Beautiful food at the Cafe.

We’re so happy we stumbled across Abia Villa! Truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed, from the staff, to location, to food - we absolutely couldn’t fault. We can’t wait to return!

Very pleasant stay. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

From the moment we arrived to the checkout we were treated so well by the lovely staff and the breakfast and food from the cafe was just next level

My favourite place to stay in Legian, staff are incredibly kind & will go out of their way to accomodate your needs. This was my second stay at Abia and I will return a third time! Thank you so much for having me!

My Wife and I have been to Bali many times. This has been undoubtedly the best pkace we have stayed at. Location 10/10. Villa and cafe 10/10. Staff 10/10. We will definately be back again and again. Thanks for looking after us. Chris & Kristina

We loved the staff and our private pool in our villa. The a/c worked like a charm. The breakfast was quite nice but the service at the restaurant was very slow. The hotel staff were apologetic. My birthday was made special with a cake and song from the whole staff. It was wonderful to be so close to lots of shops and restaurants. It only took 10-15 min to walk to the beach. Loved it! Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Abia Villas. The staff were amazing and so considerate. The villas were spotless everyday and the private pool is amazing. Thank you so much, we will be back soon.

The villa was so beautiful and clean. Even though it was in the center of Legian, it was really quiet. But the best was how kind the workers were👍

The villa itself is so beautiful. The pvt pool, the bedrooms and the bathroom...exceptional good. Service was quock...except sometimes breakfast asked in room service was delayed. But overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Talk about privacy! Abia Villa is the ultimate private getaway. The villas are beautiful and clean. The beds are comfy and the pool is lovely! The AC in the bedroom was perfectly cool and easily controlled. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We opted to get a driver for the day to see the sights. He was great and very reasonably priced. The cafe had great breakfast options that you could enjoy in the cafe or villa. We would highly recommend Abia Villa to anyone staying in the Legian area. (Also highly recommend Legian area, if you are trying to pick betwee Kuta, Seminyak, etc.)

Loved every bit of our stay. My wife loved the suprise birthday decorations and birthday cake in our room after a day of sightseeing

Great location , of the main road in a quiet location , great cafe with great food overlooking the river . Staff always greet you with a smile, excellent customer service . Lovely pool

Property was very clean the rooms were exactly like in the pictures. Staff was very helpful and friendly will definitely revisit this property again when I’m in Bali again

We had a lovely stay at Abia. Very easy to find and close to many restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable, Villa was clean and quiet with every amenity needed. Staff were wonderful. Our room service dinner was the best meal we had the whole time we were in Bali. We will definitely be staying again.

Great place first time staying in Villa beautiful

We really like the place. Staffs are great. Will stay there again.

It was our first time coming to Bali and we loved everything in this property, the staff the service everyone was amazing

What a pleasant surprise from start to finish... From friendly airport pickup, super friendly and helpful staff and the unit was amazing for the family.

Abia Villa was amazing! The staff were so accomodating and lovely. They went above and beyond in every way. Thank you!!

Perfect location, so close to everything we needed. Our villa was cleaned daily and Lovely staff looked after us so well and really great pricing.

The room was so clean, the pool was well maintained, the resort surroundings were spotless, service was amazing and staff couldn’t do enough for us. Good location in a fairly busy area but it was so quiet within the resort itself.

Property is clean and tidy, staff is very good. It is near to good beaches, cafes, restaurants and massage shops. Internet is a problem (really slow) and vegetarian options are very minimal. Although it is not difficult to find places with good internet & vegetarian food nearby.

I loved everything about this gorgeous place. The villa itself is amazing. Spotless, huge, pool was amazing, the staff were incredible. Even the limited room service menu was fantastic. They couldn’t do enough for you. Cannot wait to go back. Love love loved it!!!

Abia Villas are amazing! A little slice of paradise just only moments away from the hustle and bustle of Legian beach and great shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay here and the staff go over and above to make sure all your needs are meet. Definitely worth a visit!

Better than most, would stay there again, nice area also.

The private pool is cool, but there are too much insect. the floating breakfast is full of ants after a while... The room is good for phototaking, but not very clean though.

Abia Villas was in an excellent location to shops, beach and eating places yet was quiet. Villa was very clean, pool exceptional. Never seen such a clear pool in Bali before. Breakfast was amazing - good selection and tasted fantastic. Staff friendly and helpful, not pushy to sell tours or anything. Nothing to fault here. We plan to stay again.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Excellent getaway location.

Everything was ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!! My husband andI are sadden that our honeymoon vacation had to come to an ens at Ambia villa. A special thank you to all the front desk young ladies Nadri Sandy & one more i cant remember her name for making our stay spectacular! Mr. Dana thank you for your immediate response on the surprise flower pool from my husband and the floating breakfast. I would 100% recommend this property. Close to city but at night you do not hear the hustle and bustle.

Hi, We liked our villa. The staff were friendly. Everything we needed was close by and only a short walk to the beach. We would recommend staying at Abia Villas

Bed was amazing and comfortable, food was never ending, service was incredible

Very friendly staff and nice two bedroom villa. The room is a bit dark though. Need to keep a look out of the birds that may peck on your food if you are having breakfast in villa.

amazing villa, excellent staff and everything about the villa made our trip enjoyable.

We got upgraded to 2 Bed Villa and the pool area was amazing. All staff were very friendly and made you feel at home. Had an issue on first night when a stray cat had had it kittens in our roof space and got no sleep. Next day it was sorted and Miss Sandy upgraded us and turned a problem into a huge positive. We cannot thank her and the staff enough.

Love this villa. Staff are friendly and helpful. The villa was spotless. Great wifi Clean decent size pool Good water pressure for shower Comfortable bed Breakfast good variety Cannot fault Abia Villas

This was our honeymoon and everything was perfect. Staff was very kind and helpful. Absolutely recommend it.

Stunning private pool villa. Fantastic location, close to everything. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

Staff are excellent , property is great !!!

Staff were excellent and could not help you enough with everything. Cleaning staff kept the room and pool spotless. We would certainly stay there again.

Staff very friendly. Villa very comfortable in good location

Amazing one of the best places I have stayed in staff amazing rooms incredible location fantastic

From the time that we arrived at the Villas the staff were attentive and helpful. Any issues that we raised with them about the room or otherwise they immediately attended to the problem. The on site spa provided very clean and professional services. The pool at our villa was kept very clean and there was an endless supply of bottled water to keep hydrated. Every night staff would light mosquito coils in the outdoor area and in the open air bathrooms to ensure there were no unwelcome visitors although I did not see any mossies around our villa during our stay. Also the staff would deliver a plate of snacks each evening to the villa. I would happily stay there again.

This hotel was in a prime location and within walking distance of everything including shops and the beach. The room was always very clean and the staff were very friendly

loved it...Staff were terrific, so we're the management.... would stay again.

We stayed for 2 nights only, would love to stay longer if possible! The hotel looks the same as the photos, rooms are clean, beautiful pool, lots of privacy, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, great vibe and relaxing spa. I love how the hotel is small but it has everything in it and it's so convenient. It's like a family more than a hotel. I especially love the chalk board in the common area where guests can leave comments. The staff is especially a pleasure- on our checkout the driver we hired was late, the staff helped to call and offered to arrange the hotel's own driver for our day. In the end our driver arrived and all the staff is very helpful and cheerful the whole time. The only area for improvement would be the water cleanliness - there's some green algae coming out from the sink tap (and sometimes from the bathtub tap), so we had to use the shower water or kitchen sink.

The maintenance and cleanness of the clothes cupboard and sofa need improvement. I could see stains on the sofa and the doors of the cupboard has creaking sound whenever you open and it is dusty too. The mosquitos coil container does not help to keep it burning thus mosquitos issue is bad in the bathroom area as it is in an open air area.

Staff were amazing, abia was clean and tidy, staff were attentive overall relaxed feel! Great position

We absolutely loved our time at Abia Villas and will return there every time we need to recoup, relax and spend time alone as a couple! Nothing better than the accommodation, staff and position of the Villas - not miles away from shops like some villas, this one is walking distance. Quiet and peaceful with an environment that enhances romance! We will definitely be back

We had a great time at Abia Villa. The staff are so helpful and really go above and beyond to help. The private pool was a great luxury.

Normally I stay in larger resorts as they have "everything". This was the first time in a Villa and I have to say that it was amazing. Being so private and not having hundreds of people everywhere and not battling for a position around the pool, as you have your own, was the fantastic.

Fantastic hotel, in the hustle bustle of Legian but so peaceful and quiet as soon as you get in the hotel. Great villas with beautiful pool and rooms. Very new and clean. Great staff who will do anything for you and help with their local knowledge.

It was quite difficult to find the exact location of the hotel as its is hidden behind a very narrow lane...but inside of the hotel is modern and relaxing, sort of a boutique hotel...we have booked a 2 bedrooms villa with private pool, room size is good, garden and dining area near the pool is huge, bathroom is very unique with open ceiling above the shower area. But the beds are not exactly comfortable...overall, it was a very pleasant stay, 1/3 of the price compare to other 5 stars hotels, excellent service, all the staffs there were very helpful and nice. Thank you.

Stayed here for 13 blissful nights. Presentation first class, comfortable bed, spotless clean bathroom, excellent air con, beautiful lap pool, we could not fault this villa. Very quiet location. Staff were delightful, happy friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Location was great close to restaurants and shops. Wonderful place to stay, excellent professional staff. We will be back

Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Our orders for breakfast were taken every night and served promptly at our villa exactly the time we said we wanted it. Property was very new, started in Dec 2015 - Villa was very clean and well-kept

Great experience Great Villa Great staffs Great Villa Great staffs Great Villa Great staffs

Beautiful hotel with modern facilities. Staff are helpful and friendly, they also go above and beyond to cater for your needs and nothing is a problem. The hotel is central to Legian but not far away from Seminyak or Kuta. The Villa is amazing and clean, value for money would stay here again!

Excellent location, close to everything, but still quiet and very private. Able to have breakfast in the villa which was nice if you don't want to get dressed up to go to the restaurant. Staff were very attentive, nothing was too much for them. Overall a very enjoyable stay, would happily recommend this villa to anyone.

We only wanted a relaxing holiday & having a pool villa at Abia Villas thats exactly what we got. The villa was beautiful, roomy & very clean. The temperature of the pool was great to swim anytime of the day/night. The staff were fantastic very friendly & helpful. It was only a short cab ride to Kuta & Seminyak which made it a good location. I would definately stay here again.

Excellent villas Sandy and Dana made it very hospitable. Very comfortable bed and very clean. Restaurant needs a bit of a menu overhaul. Signage to the entrance needs to be made a lil larger/clearer was a little hard to find at first. All in all highly recommend!

Staff would do absolutely anything for us. Made our stay perfect. The villas are beautiful, new and clean. Restaurant food is amazing! Would recommend to anyone any day!
