クタにありながら、静かでリスや小鳥と過ごせます。施設は新しくはないですが、毎日掃除もしてくれますし、朝食も部屋まで届けてくれ、サービスは良いです。スタッフの方も丁寧でサービスが気持ちよかったです。 ホテルの周辺はレストラン、スパ、ビーチ、コンビニ、ショッピングモール全て徒歩圏内で非常に便利です。

Everything this property had to offer was exceptional ! My family and I felt so welcomed, and loved, the staff always day in and day out went over and beyond ! When I travel to Bali again this will always be my pick !

Our stay was filled with love. We sincerely thank you for your warm hospitality—we truly appreciated your kindness, smiles, and exceptional service. I have a small suggestion for improvement, which does not take away from the excellence of the resort. The villa lacks bedside charging outlets, and in general, the number of electrical outlets is quite limited. Additionally, some maintenance work is needed.

We had a wonderful 5 nights at Alaya Dedaun! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous with a luxurious feel. We had the lovely Made take us through the property who explained everything really well. He was sort of our butler as he was there every day during our stay. Property is well maintained. We had the deluxe villa which means the living room is indoors rather than the typical outdoor balinese kitchen and living room. Well worth paying extra as its nice to sit in air-con at times. All rooms are equipped with a TV, Balinese robes and slippers, and also a hand-bag which you can use for during your stay. Outside near the pool, there is also mosquito repellent and sunscreen for you to use. All very thoughtful and one less thing to bring. The villa complex has a hotel feel to it as there many villas, beautiful gardens, a gym, a restaurant and spa on site. We got the BBQ dinner during our stay. It was worth the price- the food was delicious (seafood, chicken and beef, as well as salads, and nasi goreng) and conveniently cooked for you while you can chill in the villa. Thank you to Chef Wayan Darta and waiter Suandi for the amazing service. A point of difference and highlight of staying at Alaya is also the daily tea service between 3-5pm. We got given beverages and a variety of Balinese pastries and cakes at no extra cost. It was so good!! Finally, I have to mention the amazing, award winning spa at Alaya dedaun. We had foot massages, hot stone massages as well as the couples package. Probably the best massage of our trip to Bali. The ladies, Maya and Sri were so professional, had good techniques and really looked after you. Overall a wonderful stay. The staff are all amazing and the villa is well located on Sunset road. Everything is at your doorstep.

Absolutely beautiful villas and wonderful service. Location is perfect. We couldn’t fault this place. The spa treatment is superb. Daily breakfast included was a treat. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and it was perfect for us. We will be returning in January 2026.

I recently stayed for six nights at Alaya Dedaun Kuta, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa was absolutely stunning, with a beautifully serene outdoor area and a private pool that made every moment feel luxurious. The room was impeccably maintained and thoroughly cleaned and refreshed daily, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff truly set this place apart. They greeted me by name and with the warm local greeting of “Bapak” every time they saw me, which made me feel genuinely welcomed. Every member of the team displayed the level of professionalism you’d expect from a 5-star resort, and their friendliness made my stay even more enjoyable. The included breakfast was another highlight. The variety and quality of the freshly prepared dishes were impressive, with options that featured fresh local fruits, coffee, and juice. My personal favorite was the smashed avocado on sourdough topped with thinly sliced eggplant—delicious and memorable. Alaya Dedaun Kuta exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a luxurious and welcoming experience in Bali.

We booked two villas, a one bedroom villa and a two bedroom deluxe villa. We travelled family of 6 and stayed 10 nights. We all absolutely and thoroughly enjoyed our stay we loved both villas and the breakfast was amazing! Very well looked after and the beds were to die for!!! So comfortable. The staff wow the UK should really take a leaf out of what hospitality should be about as we do not get that in the UK. Thank you all so much for having us stay we will definitely be back!! To all the staff well done and take care and be happy!! Thank you all for one of the best stays I’ve ever had!!

I really enjoyed staying in this villa. Even though in the busy area, the villa creates very cosy and tropical space. I like the good sense of the room, patio, and garden. They are so fashionable and have a natural taste. The staffs are very friendly and kind.We had a very nice breakfast (we can choose from many varieties, including Japanese) and afternoon tea beside the pool everyday. We upgraded to Royal afternoon tea one time. The arrangement was lovely and we enjoyed the taste of Bali. Moreover I’m impressed the heart-warming messages with cookies are on the table every night when we went back from dinner. We enjoyed the complimentary herbal tea making class and foot massage, too. An exceptional place to stay. Located in off the main street you find these quiet and peaceful villas. Staff were excellent and having a butler was a lovely touch. Service was impeccable and you are well looked after from the breakfast served in your villa, to afternoon tea, and nighttime turndown. The on-site spa is one for pampering and that extra special indulgence. The room was very spacious and included all amenities, slippers, and robes. The bed and pillows were very comfortable ensuring a great night's sleep. The pool was large and so pretty at night. They spray your room each night for mozzies. I would absolutely recommend a stay here if it's within your price for that something extra special. I loved it.

Amazing stay. Villa was as pictured. Service was incredibly thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious. They even had mosquito repellent and sunblock for us to use. Massive, luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms. Really appreciated the free 30m foot massage as well.

Had the best stay at this resort. We looooved our villa and everyone was so warm and friendly. Check in was done by Dwi. She was efficient and got us to our villa soon after. Breakfast was served daily in the villa by the pool which was so nice. I was so happy there. We were acknowledged by name and staff were very attentive. The spa is a must. The couple room is so opulent and classy. The girls were super amazing. Thank you Dwi and all at Alana Dedaun, we will be back!!!

The villa is too old, they need renovation again. even some locks does not working as well. The villa is not good as the image.

Stayed here for 6 days during our Bali trip and we can say that it's the best villa we have stayed at. The villa is clean and spacious. The bed is very comfy, and even though it is located right in the centre of Kuta it is very quiet. No outside noise is heard inside the bedroom. They served us breakfast and afternoon tea. We also got a massaged twice at the spa located inside the villa and I can say it is one of the best massage I have ever had. The staff are very polite and attentive, they try to accommodate us as much as they can. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and was very sad to leave. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again when we visit Bali next :)

Beautiful villa and private pool to relax in. Helpful and friendly staff, who provided a great breakfast and helpful reception. Great location in the middle of Kuta, just off the street. Felt like your own oasis amongst all the hustle and bustle.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, property is clean, spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. Will absolutely recommend it and would definitely stay at Alaya Dedaun again.

Absolutely outdated. No good value for money. It should cost half the price for what it is. The towels are super old and grey. Not well cleaned. Small property. Noisy in the evening and roosters near by that start singing at 2 am. Horrible food. Excellent spa.

Alaya Dedaun is the most luxurious villa we have stayed in. We stayed in a one bedroom deluxe villa. Beautifully laid out and so spacious and clean. Everything you need for the most relaxing break. The staff are so pleasant from reception to gardener’s. nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is brought to your villa each morning and it’s very tasty. It’s located in the best area for bars, restaurants and shopping. I would recommend staying here 100% for the peacefulness of its beautiful surroundings

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying one night at Alaya Dedaun Kuta, and wish we’d stayed longer. The location is great, right in the thick of everything with endless restaurants, bars, convenience stores and shopping, but also somehow a peaceful oasis when you set foot on the property. Check in was lovely, and even though we encountered some technical issues with payment, the check in proceeded and we cleared up payment without issue the following day when a team member more experienced with the eftpos machine could process the transaction. The property is lovely with beautiful gardens and very private villas. Our villa was bigger than our apartment in Sydney, with a huge and beautifully designed bedroom and living area overlooking a lush garden and pool, and a ridiculously huge bathroom. Welcome tea was brought to our room with our bags, and it was lovely to sip on our iced tea whilst we relaxed by the pool. The bed is very comfortable and we slept peacefully. The bathroom had plenty of towels, with great water pressure. We enjoyed one Indonesian breakfast and one Japanese breakfast the following morning, and were genuinely surprised at how delicious everything was. Before breakfast was served we received a quiet knock on our front door to see if the breakfast could be set up outside. This was a welcome touch, as we had the opportunity to close our curtains and get dressed, whilst breakfast was set up outside. It was such a lovely start to the morning, to enjoy our breakfast outside whilst we watched the trees sway and the pool water ripple. Unfortunately we had to check out after breakfast, and were kicking ourselves that we didn’t stay longer to enjoy our pool properly, and a spa treatment onsite at the acclaimed DaLa Spa. I would highly recommend staying at Alaya Dedaun Kuta, and hope that you can stay longer than we did!

The villa was spacious, clean, and perfect. The service was top tier, and 10/10 would go again.

It's been a month or so we return from our Honeymoon trip. And finally today I managed to write a review. Till today I will never forget the unforgettable experience I had during my stay in Alaya Dedaun Kuta. Honeymoon trip cum husband birthday was a blast at Alaya. From the time we step in we greeted by Adi at check in. It was seamless. The Thousand Flowers Dinner was amazing! The guy which assisted us that escorted us to the room till the time we finish our dinner he was very kind and patience. The deco was amazing. My husband was surprised! He loves it! We love our dinner at Alaya! Add on to the next day, breakfast, my goodness it was amazing! We change our breakfast choice everyday that was serve at our villa so we could taste everything in the menu. We could not find any fault in it. Kudos to the chef! The housekeeping staff I was amazed that 1 villa there were 4 of them just to clean the room. They know what they were doing. Even we had breakfast and while they were making up the room I was just there observing them which was amazing with how efficient and fast they were. All the staff in Alaya was super friendly and helpful. Bali has our heart. And Alaya till today has always been in my mind. As I'm also working in a hospitality industry, I'm truly amazed by the service that Alaya had given. Thank you Dwi,Rasmini,Adi,Yudhi,Made,Astawa,Suandi,Yudi, Rudi,Chandra,Kadek,Ngurah,Gede,Prasetyo and Erik.

We stayed for our honeymoon and the room was decorated beautifully. An outside fan above the dining table would have been appreciated as it was really hot and a microwave was definitely needed but wasn’t available.

Wow, we had a fantastic 5 night at Alaya Dedaun Kuta. Our deluxe 1 bedroom was amazing, beautiful garden, big comfortable bed, total privacy and a incredible pool. Staff were very friendly and welcoming hotels gardens were stunning. Room service and restaurant food was very good. Considering the hotels entry point is off one of the busier streets the hotels grounds were extremely quiet, during the day all you can hear are the birds and it was so quiet at night time. We can't wait to return again this was iur first visit to Bali, it wont be our last to Kuta or this fabulous otel.

We greatly enjoyed at these villas. We stayed in a one bedroom villa and found it to be clean and spacious. The villas are set back from the road amongst beautiful gardens and are calm and peaceful. Each villa has its own full sized pool which was greatly appreciated. We alternated between eating breakfast in the dining area or eating it by the pool in our villa. On one night we arranged for staff to cook a BBQ dinner in our villa for us and some friends- it was delicious and good value. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Our private Villa with pool was beautiful. We had in Villa breakfast every morning and had a quiet dinner at the Restaurant one evening. We had a lovely, relaxing experience. If I had to pick one negative and that would be a stretch, it would be that the pool in our Villa only sees the sun up until around 2pm and then it is fully shaded by the trees. No big deal. Had a wonderful time and wholeheartedly recommend.

Stayed here for two weeks in the one bedroom deluxe villa it was beautiful and clean, the staff were very friending and accommodating to any of our need. Would recommend highly if you want a villa so close to everything but tucked away and quiet.

Great villa, pleasant people, however, housekeeping needs to be strengthened and property needs to do something about stray cats that kept coming to our villa the first 2 days of our stay.

We loved every part of it from the minute we arrived till the time we left the staff were amazing they were above and beyond on everything they did from our pick ups our meals and everything else in between I would highly recommend them and I’ll definitely be going back

A quiet and beautiful haven just off a busy street of bars and shops, and only a short walk from the beach. For the price, this resort provides outstanding value. Amenities were excellent (although our fridge didn't work). Wifi worked well too. The private pool and garden were beautiful. and the staff were extremely attentive, professional and kind.

The villa was nice, without being the best we’ve seen in Bali. Value for money was excellent. Location is fine in Kuta, our regret was mostly going to Kuta in the first place as we have previously enjoyed Seminyak more. One thing the property needs to fix is the Wi-Fi. It’s really horrible, and drops all the time. Important presentations were ruined because the internet wasn’t working.

Beautiful place and very quite!

快適に過ごせました。 虫に悩まされるかなと思っていましたが全然問題なかったです。蚊取り線香も準備されていました。 ただ、ネコが自由に敷地内に入ってくるので困りました。

PRO: nice villa, free 30 min leg massage, free shuttle for nearby places CON: 1. AC doesn't work in one of the rooms. I was still sweating in the room. 2. Cats walking on the roofs. My friend woke up multiple times. 3. Roosters make non-stop noise from 2 AM to around noon, every day. 4. They stole our money from 3 rooms. For one room, they replaced 100 USD with 5 USD. For another room, they stole 100 USD and for the last room, they stole 1000 NT. When we asked for compensation, they only offer an extra airport shuttle (worth $8 USD) and lunch or massage. It wasn't enough, so we asked them to compensate one night. They refused. Then she suggested to call the police. Why call the police when this country is a developing country - no traffic lights, lots of pickpocketers, rude convenience store, no public transportation? NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

르기안 중심부에서 약간 북쪽에 위치해 있으나 전혀 소란스럽지 않고 조용하게 휴식을 취할 수 있는 훌륭한 위치..꾸따 비치까지 도보 10분 정도 소요됨. 내부시설은 약간 낡은 느낌이 있으나, 고객서비스로 충분히 cover되는 안락하고 편안한 숙소

英語が出来る方ではなかったのですが、スタッフの方全員親切で、日本人ですといった翌日には日本語の挨拶で話しかけてくださいました。 朝食含めご飯もすべて美味しく、サービスも素晴らしかったです。 またバリに行くことがあれば是非使用させていただきたいと思います！ありがとうございました！

Villa was amazing and in the heart of a busy city but didn’t feel like it. Quiet and private villas. It really felt like Kuta’s little secret. We stayed for our honeymoon and they upgraded us and provided lots of nice surprises. Cake, spa treatments etc was amazing. The service was incredibly. Always at hand. Annoyingly there are cats around which was not great when trying to eat. The half board food choices were also limited. Was only a few set menus to choose and couldn’t mix and match.

Loved the 3 bedroom private villa. Enjoyed the private pool and the deliciously prepared breakfast each morning. The spa is amazing and so was all of the resort staff. We enjoyed the afternoon tea and complimentary snacks. The hospitality of the resort staff was impeccable. My only complaint would be my comfort level with all of the cats roaming the resort. If you don't mind cats then everything else will meet your expectations. I do not like cats and they made annoying noises late at night. One night two cats decided to fight each other and I had to jump on the sofa (outdoor sofa by reception desk). Luckily I was traveling with friends who where not afraid of the cats and shooed them away. You have no way of keeping them out of your villa as it is an open area (they climb over the walls). I don't particularly blame the resort, as the cats I'm sure are neighborhood cats but having to share my villa with cats when again, did I mention my fear and dislike of cats was a bit much for me. It was my birthday, I traveled 23 hours to get to Bali and I did not want to share my vacation with cats.

The staff were very friendly it was a 5 star room but there are AreAs For Improvement in Service. Shuttle Service Was Not Good And A Few Times Missed The Room Service Pick Up We Requested Which Attracted A lot Of Ants but Other Than That Great staff. Food Is Okay At Best but There Are Great Food Choices Right Outside Our Door.

Amazing holiday in Bali, had a hiccup with our room we reserved but was upgraded to a 2 bedroom pool villa. Our room was very unkept things like the sun beds were all ripped, the shower head was broken, toilet Handel was broken. The room in a picture looked amazing just all small things were falling to pieces. The whole villa needs a good refurbishment. But! The staff were the best! And the bed was so comfy.

We enjoyed our stay of 10 days here. We first stayed in a one Bedroom Villa and then upgraded to a one Bedroom Deluxe Villa. Both were lovely rooms. Bed was reasonably comfy. Bathrooms were spacious. We chose to eat breakfast in the Dining area each day and you order off an extensive menu ( a little annoying that you have to decide the night before though).. We had the Classic muesli most days and I had the healthy omelette a couple of times. All breakfasts are accompanied by freshly made juice and a bread basket. The free afternoon tea was also good every day. Any small issues we had were addressed promptly.. Staff were friendly and fabulous.. Such a quiet oasis amidst the bustling streets of Kuta any many good local eateries nearby. Stay away from the rooms on the left hand side of the complex as they back onto a lane way with a constant stream of motorbikes.. All in all an enjoyable stay.

I stayed in this villa with my husband and 3 year old kid! Outdoor pool and bathtub are amazing! (I'm in villa 21)My kid love this hotel so much! Hotel located in a convinence place that u can find food easily. One improvement is The curtain around the bed should be cleaner. When u lying on the bed u will see some dirty on top of the nice curtain..

The air-conditioning was not effective and you couldn't really sit outside and enjoy the pool and the eating area as it was too hot. Only the bedroom was air-conditioned. The pool was also not really clean and so one didn't really feel like swimming in it. The room was very nice, but dark due to insufficient lighting. The net around the bed although nice to look at blocked air so it became uncomfortably warm at night.

This place was awesome! Private pool was amazing, the villa well laid out, everything was very clean and comfortable. And it was remarkably quiet, yet super close to the hustle and bustle. really outstanding--would absolutely recommend it!

We stayed in a one-bedroom villa, which is well-decorated and comfortable. We love the home-like feeling and really enjoy the stay there. Trees and green grass are everywhere in the Villa De Daun and they make me very relaxing. We had our breakfast by the swimming pool and it was tasty. The only problem we find is that the noise from the busy traffic and construction. Our villa is the one which closest to the villa gate and the noise is not unbearable but hearable. Anyway, it is just a small problem to us and generally, we are very satisfied by the stay and definitely we will stay in this villa again next time.

Never been to Bali before. Found the hotel to be an oasis amongst the unending shops & bars.
