The beds are super comfortable, aircon works very well and the pool is nice and cold! Best location, not right in the thick of Oia where people can watch you swim in your pool….just a 3 min walk around the corner is worth the privacy.

The Views are breathtaking and it is very well positioned. Walking distance from all the attractions that Oai have to offer.

One of the best locations in Oia with an uninterrupted view overlooking the water. The place easily accommodated our family of 5, and it was very well appointed. It was clean and provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also delicious and delivered to our balcony each morning. I would highly recommend staying here!

We didn't stay long enough!

The most incredible breathtaking view and ability to dip in to the pool throughout the day. Nice for my boys to cool off. Amazing beds. The porter carried my suitcase which was great with stairs.

The view was amazing. The location was perfect close but yet away from the crowded areas. Everything was walkable. The porter helped us with our bags. The breakfasts were simply amazing and ready for us every morning at the time we requested.

Tile was a bit sloppy coming out of the pool. Otherwise no complaints!

The location was incredible. Right at the end of the main pedestrian street so it was easy to walk into the main town, but very quiet and away from all the crowds. The views from the room were very beautiful and private. Vasili was an amazing host, very communicative and helpful. We also got massages right in our room and they were perfect. Vasili arranges anything you need and provides helpful suggestions. The daily breakfasts in our room were always delicious! HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are in Oia.

Breakfast was very good as you got to choose from a menu the evening before and it was delivered to our terrace at our selected time. The rooms were far larger than I expected - we booked a premier suite with plunge pool- it was 2 bedrooms BUT each room had 1.5 baths - each room had a full shower plus a half bath which was fantastic as I was traveling with my wife and 2 daughters. View was amazing and very calming, especially when relaxing in the heated plunge pool. The property manager, Vasilis, went above and beyond during our 4 nights at the property. His restaurant recommendations were fabulous. The porter that carried all of our suitcases at one time was amazing.

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of exceptional. The property was immaculate and beautifully designed. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The private pool quickly became our favorite spot. Vasilis and his staffs are nice and friendly.

The staff did not help us with our bags on departure after we asked for helped. We did not have small bills to tip and staff seemwd reluctant to help due to this which was highly disappointing considering the price you pay for the stay. Lastly our breakfast order was missing items daily (food and coffee cups.) These were the only negative aspects of our trip. The rest was perfect and we would gladly stay again.

Close to everything but tucked away and super private. The breakfast was amazing and served to our beautiful outdoor patio every morning. The room was giant with 4 toilets total.

This was the best possible choice of a hotel! The location is outstanding - close to everything you want to see in Oia but with its own privacy and quietness. The rest of the hotels with a more central location do not have privacy due to tourist crowds. Also, the hotel is only 37 steps down from the main street, which is very important for Oia. The cave suite was impeccably clean, bed was extremely comfortable and the views are mind-blowing. The breakfast is served on the pool balcony every morning based on your preferences and selection from a breakfast list. It was delicious! The pool was heated, which was crucial for us, as we visited the island at the end of October. The suite is very cozy and everything is well thought of, up to the last detail! Vasilis is the best host one can ever dream of! He was so polite, supportive and smiley! He gave us valuable recommendations for restaurants and what to see/do on the island, he had arranged someone to assist us with our luggage and he let us stay more in the room (beyond check-out time) as we had a late flight. The whole experience in this hotel is a life-long memory! We will definitely come back!

The only thing you may not like is that, eventually, you have to leave :)

Gorgeous location about 50 meters down from the main Street in Oia. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was very private. Great bathrooms, comfortable beds and lovely pool overlooking the coldera. Quintessential Santorini stay.

Amazing view and wonderful decor! The dipping pool was absolutely perfect, and we loved the delicious breakfasts. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything but not right in the middle of the crowds.

Fantastic location away from the crazy busy parts of Oia. Quiet, peaceful well designed accommodation in the traditional cave style. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Pool with view was great way to start and finish the day away from the heat of the Sun. Close to the taxi stand to access the rest of the island.

Stairs up and down to the property gave a solid workout to the calves but nothing unmanageable and standard for Santorini.

The team met us at our drop-off point and carried our luggage down to our villa. He walked us through the villa pointing out everything we needed to know for a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and very comfortable. We had a family of 4 with 2 teen boys and we had plenty of room to spread out. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious and plentiful. The host and his team were friendly and very helpful with recommendations that made our stay in Oia fantastic. The location in Oia is perfect because it is on the main road but still quiet and private. Its location also makes it very easy to access transportation.

The view was fantastic. The villa was so private. Unlike others in the area. It was a very clean and spacious property.

The accommodation itself was great and the staff were amazing. We paid extra money to stay in a place with a private heated pool. However, due to the seismic squarms the pool had been emptied. We understood this was beyond their control, but it would have been appropriate to discount the accommodation.

It’s a great location at the beginning of the walking path and 30ish steps down. Eating breakfast, overlooking the ocean can’t be complained about. Units are self contained with their own entrances and as private as they can be while stacked in the hill.

The best location, 3 minutes from taxi drop. Quiet peaceful location, mini supermarket 2 mins from apartment. Eateries, shopping beautiful views on your doorstep.

We absolutely loved this property! Great location in Oia, there are steps to get to it but its nothing crazy...doable by anyone. Plus, there is a very pleasant helping hand to help with luggage so dijt worry about that! Breakfast was delicious and multiple options available to choose from. Vasilis and Fegan made our stay that much more memorable. Do yourself a favor and book this amazing incredible and unique horel!! Wont be disappointed i promise you that!

Everything was top notch here. They communicate well 1-2 days before Your trip so you are not overwhelmed/ forget information. The Location is soooo convenient!! 5 Minute walking Distance from the main shopping area in Oia yet it is tucked away from the chaos of tourists. Just walking To the hotel is scenic, gorgeous and breathtaking taking!! This was a girls trip, we got a 3 bedroom suite and the 4 of us were very comfortable. we had an incredible and relaxing stay here.

Wow we were blown away with our stay at elite suites! At first we couldn’t find it, but we gave them a call and they met us at the local cafe beside the hotel and showed us the way. It was very close to the cafe which is very convenient for transportation, since that is the drop off location for anyone staying in Oia. We even had our bags carried to and from our rooms, which is extremely kind. Our suite was jaw dropping - such an incredible view of caldera, clean, spacious, and very unique! Property workers were super kind and helpful. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!

This hotel was incredible! The location and views were amazing! The breakfast was beautiful, delicious and filling. The suite was breathtaking - modern yet historical. The private plunge pool and sitting areas were relaxing and unbelievably gorgeous. The staff were so helpful with local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone coming to Oia. You will not find a more perfect place!

The property was beautiful and clean. We loved the outdoor space with amazing views and pool. The breakfast is great with lots of choice. The staff were really friendly and helped with both transfers and excursions, nothing was too much trouble!

Not a big problem for our group however there are quite a few steep steps up to the Main Street.

Location is ideal but being on the slope requires climbing steps , tho they are wide and gradual.

Vasillis at the Front Desk was amazing. The view of the caldera were perfect. The accommodations looked better than pictured. We had an amazing stay. A real respite from the hustle & bustle of Athens. It was healing. Would highly recommend for couples or friends.

We liked many things about this property. The two bedroom suite we stayed in was a very spacious unit overlooking the caldera. Views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. This hotel is on the slightly quieter side of Oia, which we highly recommend to anyone. Manager Vasili and his helper Dyonisis were outstanding. Vasili arranged us airport transfers, a car rental, and provided information about valuable island attractions. Breakfasts served were very delicious. We will definitely be back to this hotel in the future.
