We booked a villa and expect a nice room, but when we arrived the room was like so basic. The room was huge but their tv was to small.

The staff was excellent. From our initial checking with Virginia to the husband and wife team that helped clean or room, and pools. Cannot say enough about the outstandling level of hospitality they offered. Any the guy handling our bags (we brought a lot) was very kind and efficient going up and down the stairs.

The Cosy Nest room was a delight. It’s beautiful, the little terrasse is perfect for morning coffee and evening tea or wine. The nice (non heated) swimming pool is just under the room. The bed was super comfortable, the shower with a view on the Caldera, stunning. Staff was super nice and helped accommodate a safe breakfast according to my specific food restrictions. They carry your luggages and bring you to your room. It’s located before the entrance of the busy area so it’s calm. I had the best time there, this view is printed on my mind for life. Get your breakfast delivered to the terrasse it’s 300% worth it. Nice touch on the wine glasses and wine opener, it was a great stay.

The Jacuzzi is a super nice touch but inside the room I wouldn’t do it again. The air gets too humid and hot, it can be a less comfortable to breath. Then the air circulation machines are loud to sleep. I would recommand getting your jacuzzi outside and you’ll probably be perfect there.

The room was nice, and the staff were very welcoming, helpful, and kind

I’m giving it an 8 because our stay went well and the staff were lovely. However, there are definitely things that need improvement. First of all, some lights in our room weren't working—such as the ones for the indoor Jacuzzi. Also, the outdoor Jacuzzi isn't on the same level as the room; you have to go outside and up to a terrace. That’s fine, but it really should be specified for guests with mobility issues. The view was superb. The worst part, though, was breakfast. Despite the quality of the food, it isn't a buffet, so the selection is limited, and you have to pay extra for water, milk, or tea. But the real issue was the wait time; one of the mornings we had to interrupt our breakfast short so we wouldn't miss an activity—we waited over 50 minutes, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standing.

Amazing views!!!! The staff were incredible. They have a porter who takes your bags to your room! The location is at the beginning of the pedestrian only area. Very quiet and private. Anna communicated with us via WhatsApp ahead if time and took care of arrangements for transport. She is very friendly and helpful.

This is an FYI, our room was at the bottom of the hill. 100 steps to get to the room. If you have mobility concerns this is not the room for you. If your mobility is fine than you are good to go.

The room was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The view was incredible too and overall would definitely recommend staying here!

The only feedback I have is the wifi is not great in the bedroom, worked best in the patio area and living room area. This is not a big deal as we spent most of our time out exploring the area.

The location and view over the caldera was wonderful. Also the communal pool was really lovely and often no one else was there.. The managers were very accommodating and shifted our booking forward a day to account for a ferry strike. It was also very nice, quiet and private.

Only two small issues- the bed was just okay. It was sinking in the middle. Needs to be replaced. There are SO MANY cats walking around the property- we have to keep everything closed so they wouldn't bother us. My husband has a sever allergy to cats, so even having them around us diminished the experience.

La chambre spacieuse. La literie très confortable. La vue caldeira magnifique depuis la chambre, la terrasse et le jacuzzi. La gentillesse de Katerina pour nous faire passer un bon séjour. L’emplacement à l’entrée d’Oía.

Les chambres Blue Horizon sont situées au-dessus du café Luno (où sont également pris les petits déjeuners). Du coup, la terrasse de la chambre donne sur la terrasse du café Luno et sur le chemin piéton où il y a du passage. Et le vendredi soir, on a entendu la musique du café depuis la chambre. Rien de bien grave mais il faut le savoir en réservant. Le jacuzzi pas assez chaud pour en profiter pleinement au mois d’octobre.

I stayed in the Hidden Gem room, which as the name suggests, really is nicely hidden away, with a private pool, nice patio/lounger, and nothing but the caldera out in front of it. It's a 2-room arrangement in like a 'Flintstones cave'. There's the bedroom, which was quite comfortable, and then a living room with a big couch, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc. Each room has an entrance door, as well as windows out to the patio and the caldera. The whole experience was seamless. Katarina arranged a car to pick me up from the ferry port for an extra charge, and she and the porter were waiting when we pulled up. On that note, the location is kind of perfect, as the road 'ends' right where the drop-off point is, and it's a short walk from there to the villas. There is no having to wheel luggage through town, but at the same rate, the location is perfect.

Everything was perfect!!!!!!

Communication was 10/10, we were met by our host and also had our bags collected and taken to our room which was a huge bonus as the steps down to the room would have been a real work out with a back pack or wheely bag so we were super appreciative. I can find the word to describe the view/setting of White Pear Villas. Picturesque, stunning, "I was in awe", I was constantly pulling out my camera to take photos of the outlook. In the evening it became a whole additional spectacular view. It was everything I thought Santorini to be. If you are heading to Santorini, Oia is the place to stay and of course White Pearl Villas! Absolutely epic!!!!

Wonderful location with amazing Caldera views. Hosts were so responsive and accessible. Wonderful service. Someone was waiting for us at a nearby area accessible by car; the property is in a pedestrian zone only, like much of Oia.

The staff was a 10☆. If you ask they will be at your door immediately. I have already recommended it to our friends. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and clean. Large shower with rain shower and handle (Just need shelves). The Blue Horizon room with surrounding views was amazing. Ours had 2 balconies that couldn't have asked for more privacy and seating area. Being at the beginning of the famous Oia Blue Dome walk was so convenient to everything. Groceries on either side is so convenient to grab waters, snacks and drinks.

Needs a second garbage can and shelf in the shower to hold soaps and shampoos. It is above Luno Cafe that plays music at night that may interrupt kids sleeping We didn't mind as we were very tired from walking all day and slept through it.

I have never experienced such exceptional hospitality before. They genuinely care about every detail, not only about your stay in the hotel but also about your entire experience in Santorini. They help with what to do, where to eat, make reservations, and arrange everything seamlessly. The room size was perfect, and even the shower area had a beautiful view. You truly feel at home.

The staff from Pearl View Villas was exceptional: very friendly and with lots of care for the wellbeing of the guests. Special thanks to Katerina who organized all our reservations before our trip, with a convenient WhatsApp conversation. The location of the room was perfect, with a breathtaking view on the caldeira. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The private terrace is probably one of the best in Oia.

The property has a partnership with the Luno Cafe which provides the breakfast and room service for food. The personnel there could sometimes be more friendly.

Me and my partner were slightly confused how he managed to get such an exceptional deal which is why we were nervous but when we turned up… It was like we were on our honeymoon. Not only was the service absolutely exceptional the entire week with recommendations, bookings made on our behalf, et cetera, but the villa itself was so secluded and quiet. Neither of us think we will ever have a holiday like this in our entire life again.

The pool inside the room made the room so humid. We had a de-humidifier but had to keep emptying throughout the night as it filled up so quickly, and it was still extremely humid. The blue light that was supposed to look like stars in the sky was inop and couldn't be fixed :( Hot and cold water is located in different directions, but it still works. The main pool in the picture was why we booked the hotel, but it was located in a different building too far away from the room, so we ended up not using it.

I was highly impressed with the standard of accommodation provided. The room was impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, and offered a serene and comfortable environment. The service was efficient and courteous, contributing to an overall excellent experience. I would gladly return in the future and recommend this establishment to discerning travelers.

We stayed in the Mystic Villa. The room was great with gorgeous views and a private pool. We liked the fact that it was tucked away from the Oia high street and still had easy access to it. Dionysis and Katerina were very very helpful and friendly. They also guided us on what options we can avail in Santorini during our stay. The made our stay wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and the views were just perfect! Highly recommended! Missing Santorini n our pool already 😀. The breakfast was served at Luno Cafè nearby. It had ample options and huge portions. Also, they can modify the menu to your liking which we liked the most. Thankyou White Pearl Villas Team. Hope to see you in future!

The villa Aegean Magic was beautiful with the indoor pool and rooftop spa. Great location, could walk to many cafes and restaurants and shopping. Dionysis was an amazing host and was very informative. Arli who seemed to do many jobs was awesome, always smiling and nothing was a problem.

The pool filter ran from the afternoon to morning, I believe it was to do with reducing the humidity and we did get used to it.

The location is great and the views are amazing. But the best part was the staff. They were all fantastic!

The included breakfast at cafe Luno was not great for vegetarians. The villas required quite climbing up and down - not an issue for us, however for those with mobility constraints may find it challenging. This is typical of most properties in Santorini. Also the AC did not work initially and Jacuzzi also did not heat up water. They needed to be fixed. We were in a group and had 11 rooms. The villas are in 3 different locations (all close by), however splitting the group was not ideal.

The view from the rooms are incredible and the staff really go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your holiday

Location. Just beautiful.

-did not have direct access to the plunge pool from our balcony. We had to walk up a set of steps to access. -we booked a sunset wine tasting thru WP. We asked what time should we should arrange for pick up and they said 7:00 pm should be fine. It was way too early. I felt there was a miss with what we requested and what was offered. In addition, the experience did not scale with the price we paid versus what independent booking companies offered. Our transfer fees we in addition to the amount we paid. -we paid for 2 breakfasts for each of days booked. On the last day of our stay, we needed to depart by 6:30 and were told that we could not get breakfast because restaurant did not open until 7:00 am. No other accommodations were offered.

We were met upon arrival at Oia by our host and a helpful assistant to carry our luggage to our room, which made us feel like VIP’s from the start. The room was well appointed and incredibly spacious, and our view was amazing (see pictures). Fresh waters were delivered daily and coffee was always stocked. The breakfast was the perfect way to start our day! Our host was very knowledgable about the area and helped us plan our time on the island to get the most out of our stay, and the best part, he was always just a text away (and yes- we texted him with questions, requests, etc- to which he responded immediately). The property is just beautiful and the location is ideal. We hiked, sailed, shopped and dined- and had a wonderful time. We highly recommend.

Excellent location just on the edge of oia and still quiet with gorgeous view of caldera. The staff was so kind and responsive in WhatsApp, really helped us coordinate transport and activities to make the most of our time

Cave rooms were a bit humid/damp

Selection of private villas, each unique and offering different vibes. We stayed at Pure Bliss Villa, was the perfect location with private pool and stunning views. Very convenient for local supermarket, the villa is 20 steps away. We did not use the communal pool as loved the facilities of the villa with private pool. Even though on the cliff, balcony felt private and spacious. The communication with team was 10/10, very clean and comfortable stay. We will be back, thank you!
