Suites Murillo Catedral

Everything was great at suites Morillo, there was everything you could possibly need for your stay. The kitchen area was really good. The fridge was well stocked, air con worked great, the bed was comfy. The shower room was also well stocked with all your needs. Everywhere was super clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. It really was a perfect stay at this well run hotel. Also thanks to Maria the office lady who helped a lot during our stay. We will be coming back again.

Besides that fact that you need to go to a complete other location to check in, everything during our stay made up for that inconvenience. The location is perfect, the room was excellent, the amenities were more than we hoped for, all was spotless clean and sparkling.

The remote location check in. I wish you could find a solution for that.

En general todo fue excepcional, todo acogedor, cómodo, limpio, increíble, gracias por todo, la chica que nos llamó para la salida porque nos retrasamos un poco fue muy amable y profesional.

Lo único que tanto para personas con discapacidad como para las que no, es el aparcamiento y las calles tan estrechas para acceder a los apartamentos, tampoco había mucha opción de aparcar como no fuese en un aparcamiento de pago y ya la estancia no es barata, lo merece, pero el aparcamiento por parte de el ayuntamiento es malísima

Apartamentos muy limpios, a dos pasos de la Giralda. Quizás la última pega sea que la recepción estaba en otro hotel, muy cerca, a dos minutos andando.

Collection of key cards was great and we were shown to our room by a member of staff - a five minute walk from check in location.

We left our luggage at the chick in location after our 11am check out time ( our flight was not until 21:50 and the reception booked a taxi fro us to get to the airport. When we returned to obtain out luggage we were unable to access the reception. Fortunately our taxi driver knew when he could get hold of the manager and eventually we retrieved our luggage (after an stressful 15min), no apology was given,

This place was perfect!! It couldn’t have been in a better location for walking anywhere. It was quiet. There’s only nine suites in this place. We were on the second floor, and there was only one other suite on this floor, with a terrace outside of our rooms. There was a washer and dryer to use outside if we wanted which we did use one time and in the suite it was perfectly set up. We walked to the store the first day and picked up breakfast items and we were able to cook, eggs, and ham every morning before starting all day it saved us money and was very quick. I would definitely stay in this place again. Only problem is there was no reception in this building and it was about a 10 minute walk however there was a porter who rolled our luggage across the cobblestone streets for 10 minutes. The housekeeper was amazing! Again, love the place and everything about it.

Great place in the heart of Seville near the cathedral. Instructions for check in and communication from Murillo were easy to follow. Room was well appointed and spacious. Staff did a nice job. Highly recommended for others traveling to Seville.

L’emplacement exceptionnel, le standing de l’appartement, la terrasse agréable, lit confortable, décoration très soignee. Rapport qualité prix excellents. Nous avions une petit en vue sur le clocher. Plutôt calme pour un centre ville.

Le retrait des clés à l’hôtel après avoir sonné à une adresse non disponible. Vous devriez renvoyer directement. À la réception très aimable de l’hôtel Murillo de la même chaîne. Ils ont gardé nos bagages et bien orienté sur le parking. I. Auraient dû nous alerter de travaux dans la rue d’accès mais c’est un détail.

Great location and hotel! Excellent rooms that were clean, comfortable and upscale. Breakfast was wonderful. We always stay at a Hotel Murillo Group hotel when in Sevilla and will return again and again.

The initial check in was a little confusing you need to arrive from one hotel to collect keys and walk in the dark with suitcases to the rooms. The staff were lovely and provided a map and tips on the quickest way to our accomodation. Once we arrived Suites Murillo Catedral in Seville made us feel completely at home. Our room was impressively spacious, thoughtfully divided into a comfortable sleeping area a relaxing lounge area and a small office area, which made it feel more like a luxury studio than a hotel. The fully stocked kitchen was a fantastic touch, offering everything we needed and more perfect for longer stays or simply enjoying a quiet meal in. The bathroom was spacious with a lovely rain shower and lovely bath towels, robes and slippers. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of the old town near the cathederal. Everything we wanted to see and do was within easy walking distance. Overall, this was a truly relaxing holiday as we felt we had alkl tghe comforts of home provided . Exceptional comfort, thoughtful amenities, and a perfect central location highly recommended for anyone visiting Seville.

This was a great hotel with an excellent location. It had a small kitchenette as well as as a clean and big bathroom. The pull out sofa was adequate for sleeping for kids but not great for adults. Washer dryer service for free was included with the suite rental. Checkin is at a separate location about half kilometer away. The location is excellent in very short distance to the alcazar as well as cathedral.

I don’t give 10/10 very often but this is well deserved. You get a comfy, spacious and well equipped room in the middle of the old town which is just amazing. And as I light sleeper I was concerned about noise because of the center location - but no, it was really quiet and I had a good sleep. The cleaning lady and reception also very friendly. I can highly recommend this apartment that even felt underpriced for what you get.

Wifi could be a bit faster, but still enough for watching Netflix

Location was a few steps away from Catedral Sevilla and lots of dining options with the best Alvaro Pergil . Few steps to taxi stand located behind the Cathedral. 10 minute walk to Torre de Oro, Teatro Maestros, which is also a bus stop for Get Your Guide tours. Then another 5 minute walk to Triana bridge and market. One block to Alcazar entrance. Amenities: Washer and dryer in the top floor Elevator Shampoo/ bath gel basic toiletries. No front desk staff but can easily be contacted, they respond promptly, Raphael came to bring us a fan because it was unusually warm on one of the days. He was so kind and polite. We arrived early and no staff at front desk, so we had to walk to another hotel Murillo so they could take our passports and credit cards. They were very nice. Thanks to the English speaking housekeeper, she allowed us to leave our luggage. Maria and Mara were wonderful at helping us with our lost luggage. They spoke to Iberia airlines and translated for us. Our luggages were delivered to another Murillo hotel but they conveniently delivered them to our room. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, Nice bed with a sofa and full kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher. Very clean and had a patio upstairs where we could see the Giraldo tower.

The only downside was that the apartment was quite dark.

Suite spacieuse, finement décorée, bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Le plus c'est la kitchinette qui permet le petit déjeuner le matin et éventuellement certains repas.

L'éclairage du patio toute la nuit et le manque d'efficacité des rideaux occultants qui laissent passer beaucoup de lumière

Absolutely perfect! 💯 recommend. Location was very central without being noisy. Flat looked very new and clean with all details catered for, only missing thing is a washing machine If you want to stay long.

Excellent stay! Super clean and has everything you need and more (robes, slippers), lovely baby cot. Perfect location, so central but on a super quiet road. Only issues were no kitchen roll restocked, entry door pass didn’t work one day and we were evacuated for a fire alarm at the time we were due to check out and made us rush for our flight.

Beautiful suite with a very comfortable bed, so close to the cathedral and other attractions. You can leave your bags after check out at the hotel nearby.

The online communication with the host was not very good, due to the not so good english. But at the hotel, they spoke english very well.

The property was centrally located in the Santa Cruz area of Seville. Close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment was clean, stylish and very roomy. Excellent kitchen living area and bathroom. Could not fault it in anyway. Would book this apartment again and would have no problem in recommending it to family and friends.

There were so many impressive features about our stay at the Suites Murillo Catedral. The location is the most ideal. There is nothing better than walking out your hotel door and finding the heart beat of the city on the same block! There are cafes, bars, shops and so much more within footsteps. However, the most important feature is the cleanliness of the apartment. It sparkled! It was beautifully curated and thoughtfully laid out. There were robes, fluffy towels, beer and coke in the fridge (replenished every day) and employees were amazing. The only suggestion I would make is about the key card - the hotel should provide a paper holder for it. Our key card became de-magnetized two separate times, and because there isn't a reception desk at the building someone had to come over from another building to deliver a new key card. We would definitely return to Sevilla and stay here or another one of their properties.

The suite was very nice with the perfect location. It has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook and the fridge is refilled with water beer and coke each day.

Good overall, but quite difficult to check in as you have to go to an as you have to go to a completely different hotel. And this was not described in the check-in processand not helpful when asking for 30 extra minutes to check out. A bit rude.

Once we arrived at the room, everything went superbly. The support staff was very kind and helpful.

The location to find the keys was awful having the taxi waste nearly an hour to find the place. Better/improve in processing for arrivals or exact written directions to arrive! Digital maps / GPS do NOT take you to your exact locations when entering your address.

Suites Murillo Catedral was the perfect base for our first trip to Seville, and we would stay again on our next visit. We ended up in a suite on the 2nd floor, which was wonderful, but we had only booked a standard apartment. On arriving early, the suite was ready and our receptionist, who was extremely helpful throughout our entire trip, offered us the upgrade. There was a small fee for this but we were very pleased with our suite, with its huge bed, walk-in shower, and daily-stocked fridge. Just a minutes walk from the Catedral de Sevilla, the location is extremely central, with access to everything could have wanted. We will absolutely visit Sevilla in the future, it’s a beautiful city, and Suites Murillo is the first place check for availability. It’s worth noting that the Catedral Suites has no reception, so check-in and out was at Plaza Santa Cruz, a 5-10 minute walk away. This is also where our taxi collected us, which was included as part of our booking.

Great place to stay! Why wife and I were in apartment 7 at Murillo Catedral for 5 nights and really enjoyed the location, layout, amenities and maid service. Location is right in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood with so many bars, tapas restaurants and attractions nearby. Recommend the ‘Naked & Famous’ bar around the corner in the evening for great cocktails and happy, fun staff (no naked people :-) ) Room layout included a large bathroom, comfortable, big bed, living room and a kitchenette, WiFi was good. The fridge was stocked with several waters, Cokes and local beers!, We made good use of the free, common clothes washer off the terrace up top, though the drier was more of a steamer/dewrinkler (maybe we missed the right setting?) The maids were very nice and accommodating to our needs; very clean, well kept place!

Great hotel apartment. Right off of the cathedral area, near restaurants and bars. We stayed at Hotel Murillo Catedral and the room was spacious, housekeeping was exceptional. There was a shared washer that opens at 9:30 AM. Like other places in Europe you dried clothes in your room as there is no dryer. There is also a rooftop sitting area. We would highly recommend.

Hotel was very nicely furnished and clean. It was located in a central location. Accessibility was somewhat difficult with no parking at or close to the hotel. Luggage transport was also quite far over city streets.

The room was great! It was very spacious and modern, and provided amenities like robes and slippers. The kitchen is also very complete. The only downside is that the internet isn't that strong in some areas of the room. The location was also great and a short walk from everywhere we wanted to go.

Excellent location with easy check-in. Bed very comfortable. TV needs updating for easier connectivity, especially for UK users. Shower pressure could be better. No hot water on last morning. Other guests in the complex were VERY noisy at 02.30am!!! Coffee pods were not replaced. Kitchen good though.

The Murillo Catedral Suites offered total comfort and a great location for exploring Sevilla. The staff were accommodating and friendly. All in all a great experience.

The location was nice but the reception was at a different location. It was not communicated to us before or was not clearly mentioned while booking that we have to walk, with our bags, for 7-8 minutes to a different location to register and get the keys, then walk back to the building we reserved our room at. Dragging bags with small wheels on a cobblestone roads is not easy.

La habitación era realmente muy bonita, con una sala de estar y una habitacion. Una ducha excelente y muy buenas toallas y blanqueria. Sin embargo, lo que REALMENTE hace la diferencia es la calidad del servicio del recepción. Tanto María, con su experiencia y facilidad para dar indicaciones, como Paula con su predisposición natural a un excelente servicio, aun a pesar de ser novata, ambas cambian un servicio "bueno" a uno "EXCELENTE" Mis felicitaciones al personal.

Siendo 5 sedes de Murillo Hotel/Suites, y con lo laberíntico de las callejuelas de Sevilla, se hace un poco dificil encontrar el punto exacto donde comenzar. Pero una vez resuelto eso, el resto es perfecto.

A little confusing to start with our check in as google maps did not recognise where we needed to be and as we were driving this was a little frustrating. But our rooms were amazing we loved our stay. We had everything we needed and a brilliant location. Thank you

The rooms were nice but check in was not great. It didn't say anywhere in the description that it was not a hotel but rather apartment-like rooms. We had to check in at another hotel which was difficult to find, then check out at yet another hotel. Thankfully we didn't need to call housekeeping for anything because there was none!

Really beautiful suite in the center of Sevilla. Easy check in and hands-off management. Great rooftop terrace and great service from staff. Really loved the experience.
