Meine Eltern haben dort übernachtet und haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die Terrasse/ der Balkon sind sehr schön. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und das Personal und Chef (Pedro) waren super nett und freundlich. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Die Lage ist ebenfalls super!

The room was huge and beautiful. Everything was clean and we loved it there.

When I booked, I asked for the same room I stayed in last time. But when I checked in, it was the wrong room. There was no air conditioning, even though the booking indicated it had air conditioning. The TV didn't work, and the window couldn't be opened because it faced the roadway. The room was clean. When I asked to change anything, they told me they couldn't do it. I'm very sorry about this experience, because I was happy with the room the last time I stayed there, several years ago.

No podíamos regular el aire acondicionado en la habitación y durante la noche hacía calor, si habríamos la ventana había mucho ruido de la calle. Nos tocó una habitación al lado de la puerta de entrada, se oía el ruido cada vez que ponían el código de la puerta. Nunca vimos el personal

Everything was perfect, the kitchen was so well equipped and the little balcony was a great spot to enjoy the food. The rooms and bathroom were also fantastic and the staff were very accommodating. Would love to come back one day.

I had a wonderful stay. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was quiet, and the room was beautiful and comfortable.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi did not work very well in the room. Apart from that, everything was fantastic!

Очень хороший вариант для проживания в Лиссабоне. Номер, в котором мы жили - часть большой квартиры. В квартире есть кухня и общие санузлы, но мы забронировали номер с приватной ванной комнатой. Вся квартира отлично декорирована, на кухне есть всё необходимое для приготовления. Шикарный зелёный балкон, на котором можно читать, пить кофе или просто отдыхать после долгих прогулок. Расположение центральное, сразу за португальским парламентом. Мы очень довольны своим выбором, будем рады остановиться тут снова

Единственный момент, который можно было бы улучшить - это система кондиционирования. В квартире установлен центральный кондиционер, от которого поступает холодный воздух в комнаты, но нет никакой системы регулировки или отключения. Возможно, в самую жару это работает хорошо, но мы были в Лиссабон в умеренную погоду и ночью было прохладно. Приходилось открывать окна, чтобы согреть комнату воздухом с улицы

Es war soo schön hier!! Tolles, gemütliches Zimmer, in dem ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt und super geschlafen habe. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist sehr schön und die Badezimmer waren sauber. Tolle Atmosphäre:) ich komme gerne wieder, wenn ich in Lissabon bin!!

Todo muy limpio. Bien decorado. Cogimos baño privado. Estaba muy cerca de la habitacion y muy limpio. No vimos al personal. Nos dieron las indicaciones y códigos por email. Bien ubicado. 15 min andando a las estaciones.

We liked everything basically. The place looks very cool, it is in the old renovated apartment. The floors and high ceilings are beautiful! There is well equipped kitchen with some free cookies and stuff from the owners. We had a room with private bathroom that we had only for us. We had 2 keys - one for apartment one for the bathroom. The location was great! We took a walk to the city center. We found the neighborhood chill and beautiful in comparison to the center of lisbon.

Everything else about our stay was perfect. However, we were disappointed by the setup of the "private" bathroom. While it is technically private to you, it is actually located outside the room across a shared hallway. Having to remember to bring the key every single time you need the restroom was quite inconvenient, especially since they are older, traditional keys that take a bit of fumbling to unlock. It got pretty tedious walking back and forth down the hall just to use the toilet, especially in the middle of the night. Even just upgrading the locks and keys to something more modern would have made a massive difference.

This was a really fantastic cozy stay. The room was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the A/C was much appreciated. The kitchen was cozy and clean. It had everything we needed including small snacks, some instant pasta packets, coffee and tea, fruit, even some home-made jam for all to use. The bathroom was clean, and spacious. Almost made us want to stay longer!

Not a lot of complaints. The main entrance from the street (outside the apartment door) didn't have any lights on, so it was a bit of a struggle trying to find our way holding our phones up while carrying our luggage. A tiny nitpick: the door was a double door, but there was no clear way to open the other side so it was quite a narrow entry.

The room, I had private room and private bathroom. Both very spacious and nice. It is a hostel but just like a hotel with a shared kitchen with some food you can have. I could give my daughter a toast with butter and jam when we arrived late. Ve loved it :)

The bed and bedding was comfortable! The private room with en suite bathroom is lovely, decor is delightful. Loved the kitchen and balcony!

The air conditioning was nice during the day, but we couldn’t control the temperature in the room so it was a bit too hot for us overnight. It was a rare heat wave, so understandable. Would have been nice to have a light in the hallway outside the guesthouse.

Very convenient location. Check-in was easy, even late in the evening with a combination lock. The kitchen including free milk, coffee, biscuits etc was appreciated. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. It was kept cool with air conditioning.

The private bathroom was not attached to the room, but rather a separate door on the corridor. It was not possible to close this door without locking it (from the outside, this was with the room key). Coded door locks on the bedroom and bathroom would have made it much easier than taking the room key to the bathroom each time. Our first contact with the room staff was to be told off for leaving the bathroom door unlocked (because the other guests might use it). The data protection seemed questionable: the member of staff took photos of our passports and sent them by WhatsApp.

Location was great, really quiet area but not really far from the centre (30 mins leisurely stroll). Nice park nearby and a few amenities such as supermarket & coffee shops. Staff really helpful & friendly

Shared bathroom but I knew that beforehand, so can’t complain

Everything was clean and approachable, didn't feel the ick of dirtiness. Very spacious everywhere and thank goodness for the AC during this time of the month. The room I stayed was beautiful and very comfortable.

Maybe can put a sign especially for guys to not pee on the toilet seat or wipe the seat after they are done.

So clean and cute, the hosts were so thoughtful and quick to reply. They have snacks on offer and have kept things that previous guests have left behind like a beach ball, beach towels and umbrellas which really enhance the experience. Overall was very happy

One of best stays we ever had, place was nice and stylish, clean, in a fantastic neighbourhood. Kitchen was big and fully equiped with a lot of things to eat for guests. Bed was amazing and I had best night sleep. Also contact with owners was super nice! Thank you so much!

Die Lage war ok, das Bett sehr bequem nur das Bad zu weit weg. Küche war ok aber eher alt vom Interior her. Das Service Personal war sehr nett.

Die Klimaanlage war ständig an und musste vom Mieter her bedient werden. Das Zimmer war daher zu kalt obwohl es Sommer ist. Das Bad zu weit weg. Man musste rüber zim anderen Korridor laufen. Viel zu umständlich.

The suite is amazing! It faces the backyard and is very quiet. Staff Pedro was super helpful and responsive. Luckily we could upgrade to the suite for the last night and it was a completely different, elevated experience. Location also perfect, very close to the most chic area in Lisbon!

The external bathroom was quite far away from the small room so not very intuitive and convenient. No sound proof for people walking/speaking/laughing in the corridor.

Das eigene Bad auf dem Hausflur war nicht abgeschlossen, sodass es anderweitig genutzt wurde und dementsprechend hinterlassen wurde. Von einem "eigenen" Bad kann man daher nicht sprechen, eher ein Gemeinschaftsbad.

Comfortable, clean, cozy, well-equipped, and nice staff. Location is right by tram and bus lines, cafés, restaurants, convenience stores, yet very peaceful.

Struttura accogliente e da poco ristrutturata. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Grande cucina attrezzata e dotata di tutto a disposizione degli ospiti per colazioni, pranzi e cene. Ottima la posizione vicino al parlamento e al centro cittadino. Proprietario sorridente e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare e dare consigli agli ospiti.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und der Check in und out verliefen problemlos. Die Lage ist super und man erreicht schnell die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Location was great

They say they are a guest house but I would say is more of a fancy hostel. We had the external bathrooms room but we never thought it would be on the other side of the corridor. It was very uncomfortable to have that to be honest. The house had very high ceiling and everything ecos so if people talked on a normal voice you you feel they were inside your room. You hear people coming back at 3 am talking and you would wake up so much from it. There was air conditioning that was centralized and you had no control over because the owner switch it on and off whenever they want. I hated waking up cold. I messaged them and they said they would switch it off when they were coming to the property but because they don’t live there we would have to just get dressed cold. I gave up the second day to be honest. Also we arrive late in the evening although there was a smooth self check in they forgot to mention that there is a specific way to open the door both of the bathroom and the room, so we had to sleep without locking the room and without using our bathroom but the communal bathroom. The room is ok but the whole set up is quite annoying for how much you pay. We tried to get a en-suite bathroom room but everything was sold out. I have heard other people asking to switch. So my recommendation would be if you stay here get the en-suite but the location is great.

Posición estratégica y zona muy tranquila. Ambos host fueron muy disponibles, tuvimos un problema dejando la llave adentro de la habitaciones y fueron muy gentiles y nos resolvieron el problema de inmediato a pesar de la hora. La habitación fue muy acogedora!

Det var oversiktlig, alltid reint og ryddig.Kjøkkenet hadde det ein trengte for enkel og god frokost. Samt alt av utstyr til å lage seg mat, eller varme opp i mikrobølgeovn . Maten til oss gjester hadde fine merkelappar / I tillegg var det god plass til private varer i kjøleskapet. Frisk frukt på kjøkkenbordet kvar dag. Espressokanne og god espressokaffe samt traktar. Anbefalast.

The rooms looked good, they were clean and the beds were comfy. The shared kitchen was nice, well-equipped, and there were even a few free items. It is somewhat close to the center (if you use the tram).

The soundproofing was really bad. During the night, we could hear the people upstairs walking and the people next door talking. It was pretty hard to fall asleep. The room had a very small and old TV that wasn't working well. There is no AC, just some ventilation that you cannot control. Also, we encountered a few mosquitos. The initial communication for check-in was pretty bad. We arrived at the location and were calling at the door, but no one was answering. We spent a few minutes waiting outside until someone opened it. There were no slippers.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, schöne Zimmer. Eine schöne Unterkunft zu einem super Preis. Gerne wieder.

The beds were quite comfortable and the temperature and noise was ok - we slept very well. The bathroom was modern, and the hotel itself was quite quiet. After our miscommunication with the staff we got an upgrade, which was nice.

Unfortunately we tried to drop off our bags early - and despite confirming time of drop off the night before and messaging in the morning to say we were on our way, when we arrived we stood at the entrance for an hour ringing the door bell, calling the listed phone number, and messaging the property to no response (we then went to a coffee shop and waited for another hour, to no avail). We eventually got a response in the afternoon, and due to this misunderstanding the hotel upgraded us, but in our new room there were several hairballs on the floor when we arrived.

Very clean, comfortable bed, easy to access kitchen and multiple bathrooms. Host Pedro was very easy to communicate with. At tram 28E location which brings you right through to main Lisbon areas.

For us it was no issue but is on a hill (but if you’re coming to Lisbon, everything is!) so accessibility wise might be a struggle for those who worry for this.

Pięknie urządzony pokój, czysty, tak jak i łazienka. W obiekcie wszelkie udogodnienia umożliwiające przygotowanie i spożywanie posiłków w kuchni, można było też znaleźć koszyczek z niezbędnikami do łazienki. Gospodarz szybko odpisywał na wiadomości i pozwolił na pozostawienie bagaży przed zameldowaniem. Lokalizacja obiektu idealna! Do centrum można było zejść pieszo w dół, pod samym domem znajdował się przystanek autobusowy, a za rogiem odjeżdżał słynny tramwaj nr 28.

Gostei da decoração. Os dois quartos em que estive eram bonitos e bem decorados. Eu também gostei da localização.

O check in foi confuso. Enviaram o código de acesso de um quarto que estava trancado. Acabamos perdendo muito tempo com isso, porque, apesar de termos chegado antes das 18h, não havia ninguém no local para nos auxiliar. Só enviaram o código e o quarto certo depois que perceberam a confusão depois de termos trocado várias mensagens. A saída do ar condicionado (central) era fora do quarto, em uma pequena área de circulação entre o quarto e o banheiro, não sendo suficiente para refrigerar de forma adequada. Depois de questionarem nossas reclamações, mudaram nosso quarto, mas só no dia seguinte. Nesse novo quarto, a saída de ar era dentro do quarto, mas não adiantou porque mantiveram a temperatura alta deixando o ambiente muito quente. Esse fator comprometeu nosso conforto porque estivemos em Lisboa nos últimos dias de maio/26, que estavam bem quentes.

Gostei do conforto da House, a recepção ao chegar, tudo bem organizado e limpo.

Das Zimmer war schön und originell/individuell eingerichtet. Die Betten waren für uns ausgesprochen gut, d.h. eher weicher. Ist vlt. nichts für jedermann. Das separate Bad, das zu unserem Zimmer gehörte, war groß genug, sehr sauber und modern. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war gut ausgestattet, es gab Milch, Kaffee, Tee, Kekse, Toast und Marmelade for free, sehr nett. Es gibt noch ein Zimmer zum Garten raus mit eigenem Bad, das wäre unser Traumzimmer gewesen Der Kontakt lief problemlos, wir bekamen rechtzeitig eine Mail mit allen Codes, um in die Behausung zu kommen. Von der Metro Rato waren es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Wir hatten nur Rucksäcke, damit war es einfach zu laufen. Auf dem Rückweg haben wir den Bus genommen, der direkt vor der Haustür abfährt. Das war super. Die Gegend ist gut, nicht so weit fußläufig von der Innenstadt und dem schönen, alten Stadtteil Santos entfernt. Und die Strassenbahn 28 fährt gleich um die Ecke bzw. wir sind öfter am Estrella-Park (auch ganz nett!) eingestiegen.

Das Zimmer ging zur Straße raus, d.h. es war eher laut. Man konnte nachts ein paar Stunden lüften, aber dann musste man das Fenster schließen. Da das Zimmer eher hohe Wände hatte, war es nicht so stickig. .

The fact that you could encounter some disgusting beheaviours from other guests, like leaving the toilet dirty with skid marks. I know there's a possibility with these types of structures but the price should be lower.

Acomodação razoável, porém muito decepcionada com o que prometeram e entregaram.

Quando fiz a reserva me atentei a ficar em um local que tivesse ar condicionado, já que sabia que Lisboa pudesse estar calor, e de fato estava, chegamos aqui e n tinha ar condicionado, e anfitrião nos enrolou durante a estadia dizendo que ia consertar e nada foi feito, estamos decepcionados e não voltaríamos pela desorganização e desonestidade conosco, coloquei foto do que foi nos arrumado, um ventilador quebrado se não teríamos morrido de calor, onde meu próprio marido foi quem pegou e consertou um deles.

The house is very cosy and the communal areas are well-maintained and well-equipped. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood and is very convenient for getting around the city, with a bus stop right outside the front door and others nearby. Excellent value for money for sure.

The doors are made of wood and do not provide good soundproofing (if you are near the front door, you can hear people coming and going at night).
