- On-site restaurant was very good and affordable - Super friendly staff - Internet was good - Great location. Easily accessible to most things with a simple tuktuk ride - They were great at organizing island tour. - Walking distance from White Island port - On-site Yoga, Qi Gong and Freediving is available and affordable. We only did the Yoga and it very well instructed - Great price to stay and check out the island

- Beach is swimmable but was poorly maintained. Alot of trash in and around the water. Also very rocky which isn't the resorts fault.

Nada me gustó, quizás que tienen un restaurante con buenas vistas al lado de la playa, pero les falta una gran mano de limpieza y mantenimiento.

Habitación sin aire, sin ventanas y llena de telarañas por todas partes hasta en las literas. Lo bueno que que estaba sola en la habitación y me pude poner hacia mi los don ventiladores. NO HAY AIRE y como no tiene ventanas cuando llueve y truena que son todos los dias, no puedes dormir por la noche. En la misma habitación hay como un cuarto con trastos lleno de suciedad y bichos que pasan a la habitación.

The place is clean and peaceful. There are hammocks and tables outside where you can chill and watch sunset. The location is also good, near restaurants and diving spots. Worth the price!!

Only thing is that the A/C in room is very noisy but you can get over it - at least there is one. 😊 Restaurant on site offers delicious food options. Tuvimos problemas con hormigas en la habitación, pero hicieron lo posible y se solucionó.

La vista mare e la posizione meritano. Forse le camere private sono più accoglienti. La cena sul mare e le amache per riposarsi sono carine.

Il dormitorio è molto basico, il bagno è ok, doccia fredda ma piacevole con queste temperature. A mio parere un po’ neutro come posto. Non c’è accesso ad una spiaggia come pensavo.

Lieu parfait pour se reposer, établissement très propre et au calme !! Le premier établissement en un mois aux Philippines aussi calme. Tout ça face à la mer, un vrai bonheur ! Ils proposent aussi des cours de yoga, apnée, journée à mantigue. Possibilité de manger sur place très bon restaurant.

I chose this place kind of randomly and I got so much more than I expected. The room itself was basic but it fulfilled all my needs. What was extra is everything around it. The location was great for me, the sunsets were amazing from the garden, the restaurant has great vegetarian options and there is a freediving centre attached to the accommodation so I got to try it out in the introduction course (Robert is a great instructor). Our stay here was very pleasant and Camiguin is a great island in general.

The air in the room was a bit stuffy. There was the smell of moisture. But it was a minor detail I disregarded very fast.

- good location, close to ferry to white island, a cheap eatery, a great message place and the coffee spot - beds were comfy - bathroom was big - staff were nice

- compared to other places this place had less space to hang out. You could sit in the restaurant but it felt like you should order something. No place to make yourself a coffee (no hot water for drinks) etc. They wanted you to eat on-site. - Our room was never cleaned and neither was the bathroom in the 3 nights I stayed there. I had to make sure we got new toilet paper. One guest left and the bed wasn't made again after. - for that, I felt the price was a bit more expensive than at other dormitories

This was such a beautiful place to stay! You can hear the waves crash, just so peaceful and relaxing. Tried some free diving which was awesome! The staff are all so friendly and helpful.

The place is great and the room by the sea very ce and comfortable. All the staff was very nice and helpful for every demand. I would come back anytime.

Het een heele andere naam heeft dan hier op de site staat aan gegeven er zit een andere eigenaar in en een andere chefkok Ik had aan hun gevraagt om ons naar het verblijf te brebgen vanaf de ferry en er ook weer terug te brengen maar dat ophalen was helemaal goed geweldiche chaufeur maar voor de terug weg hadden ze dus niets geregeld hebben we uit eindelijk zelf moeten doen Terwijl hun wel hadden gezegt dat ze het zouden regelen

L'établissement est très agréable, le restaurant, le jardin, les hamacs, la terrasse, la vue, le personnel adorable! A 5 minutes à pied des bateaux pour white island et de différentes petites cantines de rue et sari-sari stores.

Notre chambre était peut-être un peu ancienne car le bois des lits et dans la salle de bain se faisant grignoter, il y avait toujours des petits tas de poussière de bois au sol et sur l'un des lits.

My stay at Kurma Eco Beach Club was generally pleasant. The place is clean, simple, and has a relaxing charm. I really liked the paintings around the property—they add character and a warm, artistic touch. I also appreciate that my room was upgraded to a family room, which was a thoughtful gesture. The staff were genuinely nice and accommodating, making the stay more comfortable. There are still areas that can be improved. The room colors could be enhanced to create a more refreshing or cozy ambiance. Also, the Wi-Fi was very slow, which can be challenging for guests who need to stay connected. Overall, it’s a nice place with good service and a peaceful vibe. With a few improvements, it can offer an even better guest experience.

Alojarse en Kurma fué fantástico. La ubicación del lugar es perfecta. Justo delante del mar donde pudimos disfrutar de los mejores atardeceres de la isla. El personal que trabaja en Kurma son siempre muy atentas, simpáticas y acogedoras. Las instalaciones están muy bien y las habitaciones muy espaciosas y super limpias. Íbamos a quedarnos 3 días al final alargamos a 10!

Todo estuvo genial

El alojamiento estaba frente al mar. Tiene un pequeño porche con una mesa y dos sillas para poder relajarte contemplando las vistas. Está muy bien ubicado, a unos 7-8 min del aeropuerto en “moto-carro” típico de Filipinas y a unos 12-15 min de Mambajao. El alojamiento es maravilloso, tiene mucho encanto. Tiene restaurante propio y lo que probé estaba muy rico, tanto desayuno como cena. Tiene una terraza delante para poder disfrutar del atardecer, que para mí, es un atardecer de los mejores que he visto en mi vida. Si todo esto es maravilloso, el personal del alojamiento lo supera!! A pesar de mi bajo nivel de inglés, el trato fué super amable, cuidadoso y servicial, están pendiente a todo y hacen que la estancia sea como en familia. Si vuelvo de nuevo a Camiguín repetiré sin lugar a dudas, mi experiencia personal ha sido de 10.

La localización es espectacular. A metros del mar, con una playa de acceso directo y con puestas de sol enfrente. La amabilidad del personal y la comida también fueron excelentes.

It was a fun experience, we enjoyed the beach though it was a bit rocky but the water was clear and clean.

I’d recommend it as a restaurant (pricey compared to the area) but not as a place to stay. Food was really good and staff friendly and helpful, aside from that is a big no.

Property is much older than the pictures, there are holes everywhere and it’s pretty rundown. The room and bathroom was full of ants, they would come and go. We assume they were gone everyday immediately after the room was cleaned but then they came back. The bed is so hard we woke up everyday with neck pain. The breakfast is very good but very expensive 350pesos/person without coffee! It basically cost more than a dinner! The aircoin is ridiculously noisy! Yes, we know it’s pretty typical in the Philippines and we learn to leave with that after a month in the country but this was something we never experienced anywhere so far, we had to use earplugs or switch it off entirely. The price is incredibly high compared to standards in the area and in the Philippines in general, also considering that nothing is included in your price and that the place does not look as new/nice and clean as in the pictures.

Bathroom needs to be cleaner, the shower should be replaced, water pressure is poor. The place in general wasn’t the cleanest.

We loved every bit of moment during our stay here. All 3 of us stayed in one room but it was still comfy inside. My bf & my close friend took their Freediving course here and will return this October for their next level. It is waaaay different from the freedive courses offered in Manila. They use the Molchanovs Movement. I encourage freediving enthusiasts to take their course. Best of all, Kurma's community is over the top. Peope here are amazing, the owners, the staff even the other guests.

This was a tucked away plac, absolutely peaceful and very quiet. Amazing staff. I was in Camiguin for 2 weeks, (5days I was very sick) other than that I loved it there. I would stay again for sure.

The staff and owner were amazing, so kind and helpful; Location didn’t matter so much with scooter but we were still well located I would say; Great breakfast and coffee every morning; Able to rent kayaks to get to White Island in 20 minutes; Sunset view is incredible from the lodge;

Wish there were hooks/spots to hang wet towels/clothes inside room, room was very basic; Plants/surrounding was a little sad looking due to the last typhoon; Unfortunately lots of ants and the bathroom but I know that is not their fault.

Really nice place, the staff is super friendly, the place was clean and super quiet. You could hear the ocean from bed. They have a good vegetarian option in the menu and good breakfast. We did a yoga lesson in the morning and was very nice. We would love to back.

This was a good place to stay. We rented 4 rooms to sleep 12 people total. The rate was very good for this many people. The food was good, AC worked well relative to other places in Philippines, staff was helpful, shower water was always hot, beds were more comfortable than the 4 star hotel we stayed at prior to coming to Camiguin. Great location for a starting point to your day on the island.

Sink focet didnt work in room 2, and a lot of ants all over the bathrooms (especially on the toilet).

El estado de conservación del hotel deja mucho que desear. Pero tiene una ubicación increíble junto al mar, nosotros al llegar siempre nos tomamos una cervezas con unos camotes chips. La cocina es muy buena, no dejes de probar la hamburguesa de coco. Y el personal también. Nosotros lo cogimos porque no conducimos moto, pero si la tienes solo iría a probar la hamburguesa de coco, hay hoteles en Camiguin en mejor estado de conservación y con iguales o mejores vistas al mismo precio. Eso sí, sin su hamburguesa de coco

The location, the healrhy food and the free, helpfull and open atmosphere are all great. Diggie gave us good advice on what to do. Definately a relaxed place to stay for several days.

To say goodbye to kurma … it was just amazing.

It's not good to stay again. The washroom has a cacroch the shower no water we use the pusset and no bucket. We request kettle they gave use a kettle it has a stain inside, we are not happy
