Some people might think it’s a little out of the centre. To me that’s perfect. Especially as the Grab and Baht bus are very cheap.

Great stay with excellent breakfast and service I had a very pleasant stay at Aster Hotel. The breakfast was excellent, especially the rice porridge, which was really delicious. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and not too crowded, so I could enjoy a relaxing breakfast. I also really appreciated that breakfast is served until 11:00 AM — perfect for a slow morning! A special thank you to Plai, Sang, and Ping from the service team. They were very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout breakfast. The room was a good size, comfortable, and I slept very well. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay with great food and lovely service. I would definitely stay here again. 😊❤️

Das Hotel hatte eine sehr gute Lage, es war sehr sauber, die Zimmerausstattung war mehr als genug und vor allem das Personal (Yochi, Muay, Patty, Sang, Wan, Ping & auch alle anderen) waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Понравилось всё:профессионализм сотрудников,всегда чисто и в номере и во всей гостинице. Любезный персонал,всегда готов помочь,всегда доброжелательны и очень внимательны к гостям отеля. Frühstück war prima!

Stayed here 5 times and I don't conciser anywhere else. Staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful. To have a washing machine and bath in the room is so rare but invaluable. Swimming pool is shaded well, perfect temperature and price is always very reasonable. Beds are soft (great for foreigner), 4 free water every day, very quiet location, incredibly friendly staff who go out of their way to make your trip memorable, great facilities, A+ 10/10, thankyou team for making another trip so incredible.

Wir wurden aufgrund eines längeren Aufenthalts in ein besseres Zimmer geupgradet. Das Personal war hervorragend und das Zimmer ebenso. Wir hatten sogar eine Waschmaschine.

Manchmal wurden Speisen vom Vortragsfrühstück erneut angeboten. Das hat man zumindest bei den Süßspeisen geschmeckt. Ansonsten war das Frühstück super.

This hotel was amazing. The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful The restaurant staff was also amazing and friendly. . The pool is actually a lap pool for swimmers. The rooms were large and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay I will return at the end of the month for 1week.

Отличный сервис, ежедневная уборка лучшая, из того, что мы видели. Добрый, вежливый и внимательный персонал. В номерах есть все необходимое, начиная от тапочек, заканчивая зубной пастой. Хочется отметить очень удобные кровати. Отель находится в тихом месте, шум по ночам не беспокоил.

Но в его местоположении так же кроется его главный минус. До бич роад или централ фестиваль идти минимум 15 минут, для нас это был определенно минус. Не очень понравилось состояние розеток в номере, часть розеток просто не работала, часть требовала переходники, а оставшиеся были уставшими.

I had a wonderful stay here. The breakfast was always full of fresh food with great variety every morning. Special thanks to the friendly breakfast team — Plai, Wan, and Ping — who were always smiling and super attentive. At reception, Momo and Pukky were very helpful and welcoming. The housekeeping team also impressed me a lot — the room was spotless every day, and I loved the creative towel art: one day a beautiful elephant and another day cute dinosaurs on the bed. Really made me smile! Highly recommended. I'll definitely come back!

The location is very quiet 🤫 Every day cleaning is awesome and they provide bottled water daily. The breakfast was delicious and the service is great. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well 😌

I had a problem with smoke coming in my room and it was difficult to determine the source and how to stop it. They offered to switch me to a different room after cleaning the air conditioner didn't resolve the problem. Turns out that keeping the bathroom door closed solved the problem.

None of the TVs are compatible with iPhone screen share only Samsung also none have the capability to download or watch Netflix so basically you can’t chill and watch a movie on the TVs there pretty pointless and it’s really frustrating , the staff at the desk had the attitude of oh well buy a Samsung or it is what it is , people should be aware before booking the rooms that the TVs are old and crap and don’t have Netflix capabilities also there constantly putting the rooms up to high prices especially in high season robbing people simply because of the time of year

The Reception team Puk Patty Muay were brilliant in dealing with any requirements. Also the beds and housekeeping are 1st class.

I had an excellent stay at Aster Hotel Pattaya and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The room was spacious, modern, very clean, and everything worked perfectly. The hotel facilities were excellent, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the swimming pool and fitness center were both clean and well maintained. What made my stay truly memorable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to thank Yochi, Pukky, and Momo for their exceptional kindness and professionalism. They were always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm smiles, helpful recommendations, and genuine care made me feel at home throughout my stay. Hotel très propre, calme. Personnel très aimable, accueillant et aux petits soins. Bon wifi et insonorisation correcte. Un peu de bruit extérieur mais c'est une rue assez calme dans l'ensemble. Le balcon est très appréciable et aussi la grande salle de fitness et la piscine bien au calme. Petit drink de bienvenue offert au bar de l'hôtel.

L'emplacement est central mais un peu loin de tout. Après tout est accessible facilement en max 15min à pied ou grab ou songthaew qui passe pas loin

I have a great room. Spacious with sleeping area, lounge area and even a small kitchenette… I have my own washing machine that’s is so helpful. Breakfast included with a wide window of time, which means I can go for my run and still have time to relax and shower before breakfast! I have stayed here 3 or 4 times now. Slightly away from the main hub, but Grab bike/car are very cheap.. and can walk to most places within about 10 minutes. Staff are superb.
