Eine sehr schöne Anlage, es hat uns alles bestens gefallen. Sehr gute Betten, und die Ausstattung vom Zimmer inklusive Waschmaschine war super. Die Reinigungskraft von unserem Zimmer 322 war sehr nett und sauber. Auch das Personal von der Rezeption war super, und im Frühstücksraum hatten wir auch keine Probleme. Auch Ands war sehr freundlich.

プールは楽しめたが、2日目から工事が始まり利用できなかったのが残念だった。近くの姉妹ホテルのプールを案内していた。部屋に洗濯機が付いているのが良い。乾燥機はないので近くのコインランドリーへ行った。乾燥のみで1回40B 25分でしっかり乾いていた。suite room宿泊者には可愛らしいアフタヌーンティーがサービスで付いていた。

家族大人4名で2泊しました。Two-bedroom suite で、片方はシングルベッド2台の部屋を予約していましたが、部屋に入ってみると、両方キングベッドだったためフロントに行くと、お詫びではなく予約した部屋がどのように満室なのかをずっと説明されました。仕方なくその部屋に泊まりましたが一人はソファに寝ました。さらに、夜になりバスタブが付いている方のbathroomからかなり強烈なドブのような臭いが充満してきました。1階だったからか？プールの修理を始めことと関係があるか？考えても分かりませんがそれはそれはひどい匂いでした。2泊目はツインベッドルームのついている予約通りの部屋に変更してもらいそれ以降は快適に過すことができました。しかし、この宿泊で一番悲しかったのはフロントの対応でした。朝コインランドリーに行くために100Ｂ紙幣をコインに両替してもらおうとフロントに行くと、話を最後まで聞かず途中で遮り洗濯についての話しを始め、英語がよく分からないので戸惑っていると終始高圧的な態度で洗濯について説明してきて、結果ただの両替希望だとわかるとコインがセットになった袋を放り投げるるよに渡して去っていきました。チェックアウトの時にはとても感じの良いスタッフの方がニコニコと宿泊サイトへの投稿を勧めてきたので、「あー予約した部屋と案内した部屋が違っていたことやドブ臭かったことなど何も共有されないし、何とも思っていないのだな」と思いました。

Very good room and bed very confortable, I spent one week.The staff is great, at reception, housekeeping and the doorman are very friendly also.I would like to thanx Ands, Toay, Nice, Nan, Jam, at the front desk : Nueng, Koong, Jamie, the bell boy: Zang, Nong, Beany and the housekeeping Tom and Aon. Because they repaired the swimming pool now (finish 1 september) , the staff brought us to an another hotel and they offered beverage and ice cream.They also have massage, sauna, gym and a shuttle to go central Marina and Pattaya Beach.

I didn’t like the reception staff they wasn’t very welcoming also I was not told that the swimming pool and sauna was going to be closed. Mee told me after I had checked in a spent the first night. My friend got locked in the bathroom because the door handle was already broken, my friend was in there for sometime until they got a staff member to open it. Luckily my friend had is personal phone with me to call me and tell me his locked in. They did upgrade the room for free of charge but they should have provided a better service.

The staff were amazingly helpful and very professional. Always greeted with a smile and how I can I help .

For me personally the bed was a bit soft and also the pillows, this only due to what I use at home .

Overall, we had a very good experience at Arden Hotel. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment, while still being very quiet and relaxing. The staff were always very polite, friendly, and helpful. A special mention to Ands at reception, who welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel, and the swimming pool was always clean and well maintained. We were also very happy with the hotel restaurant. The food was good, the portions were satisfying, and the prices were very reasonable for a hotel restaurant, making it a convenient option during the day. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose Arden Hotel again. A very good combination of location, comfort, cleanliness, service, and value for money.

Emplacement à proximité du terminal 21 et central Pattaya les shuttles sont très appréciables. Les chambres sont très bien équipées la machine à laver est un plus. Le petit déjeuner y est super avec beaucoup de choix et de qualité. Personnel irréprochable.

Everything was perfect! The room was neat, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I loved everything about Arden. Its was fantastic. Truly. The team was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited to see me each day. They tough me some fun Thai phrases, were constantly checking if I was happy, helpful is my getting around Pattaya, and just overall amazing team! I will be back in pattaya very soon and will absolutly be booking with them again! Without a doubt, best team and accommodations in all Pattaya. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I lost the piece of paper with the hotel managers name on it but it started with the letter (A)! I hope that helps! I will see the team again innthe coming weeks!

La piscine , la moquette dans les couloirs, mon surclassement à cause du bruit extérieur, merci la réception.

Le petit déjeuner. Pas d’eau froide dans la salle de bain, mitigeur grippé. Propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer. En sachant que j’ai été surclassé c’est inacceptable.

員工的態度非常好，賓至如歸，我們提出的疑問，都可以立刻獲得解決。WiFi訊號強，冷氣夠冷，床墊夠軟，可以睡兩個大人，中間還有空位，棉被夠大，捲棉被另外一個人還是蓋得到。吹風機馬力夠，女孩子長髮約10分鐘可以吹乾。早餐夠吃，而且是從6點開始到11點，晚起的人都吃得到。12點退房，有足夠時間離開。附近有兩家7-11、一家miniBigC，買東西很方便。離機場夜市，走路約十分鐘可以到。飯店內有按摩，按足部400元，夜市附近為350元，價格差異不大。香港客人較多。價格很實惠。USB插頭很多。

I had a memorable three-week stay at the Arden Hotel and would like to thank Ands, his colleagues, the reception team, the restaurant staff, the cleaning staff and everyone who helped make my stay so enjoyable. I travel a lot for business, and this hotel is ahead of all others for the attention to detail is excellent. The rooms are well finished, the bed linen is good quality, and everything feels carefully maintained. One detail I particularly appreciated was that the cleaning staff often serviced the rooms in the late afternoon or evening. This meant I could have a lie-in without being disturbed, which made a real difference during a longer stay. Overall, the hotel offers very good comfort, friendly service and excellent value. I would happily stay here again.

There is very little to criticise. The only points worth noting are that if your main aim is to spend a lot of time on the beach, it is around a 20-minute walk away, although the hotel does offer a free shuttle bus. Also, while the accommodation includes a kitchenette, the cooking utensils provided are quite limited.

I have been coming to to this hotel for 3 years of all the hotels I choose Arden is a small property with excellent facilities , it has everything you need on a holiday especially when traveling on your own. From the moment you arrive you are politely greeted and recognised by all the staff , from reception staff to food and beverage staff including housekeeping staff, I stay 2 x each year for 4 weeks each stay and it never gets old.

There is nothing not to like about this property albeit the facilities are 4 star they are more like 5 star especially through the dedication of the staff from top to bottom.

В отеле есть бассейн с лежаками, всегда много свободных, поэтому нет необходимости занимать их заранее, температура воды в бассейне идеальна. Отель расположен на тихой улочке, напротив отеля есть 7/11, у отеля своя просторная подземная парковка для автомобилей и байков.

Плохая шумоизоляция входных дверей, поэтому слышно громкие разговоры в общем коридоре.

他们的员工都非常的友好，Ands Neung的团队给予了我很多帮助，比如深夜提供了碘伏和棉签，因为我那天脚后跟受伤了。还提供了房间里洗衣机的洗衣液等等。才到的时候会提供一杯欢迎饮料。

泳池比我想象的小一点。在餐厅吃饭的时候会有一些蚊子，但是这不是酒店的原因。

Per dir alguna cosa, el quarto de bany feia pudor a clavaguera. Hi han fogons però no estris de cuina De tant en tant trucaven a la porta de l'habitació preguntant si anava tot bé. Encara ara no sé si era amabilitat o pura xafarderia. Tot i així, content d'haver-lo triat

Alle Angestellten, vor allem Ands, sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hervorragend betreut und aufgehoben gefühlt. Check in und check out waren völlig entspannt, die lange Wartezeit bis zu unserem Flug durften wir in der Hotellounge überbrücken, dort gab es kostenlos Wasser, Popcorn und Eis. Was für ein toller Service!
