Decent size appartment, clean, well looked after. Has everything we needed. Bathroom is renovated. Amazing host - helped us almost daily with something ranging from "where could we print some photos for the grandma" to "could we have a cook's knife". Location is right by the centre of the restaurants/shops/nightlife.

The only beach in a walking distance is payable to enter and not cheap. Also given the apartment is at the old town where the night life is blooming, it is rather noisy at night.

أقمنا أنا وابنتي في هذه الشقة، وكانت فعلاً مثل بيتنا؛ مريحة، نظيفة وهادئة، وكل شيء فيها متوفر ويخلي الإقامة سهلة ومريحة. الشقة واسعة وجميلة ومجهزة بكل الأساسيات، وكل التفاصيل كانت مرتبة ومريحه من أول لحظة. الموقع ممتاز، خصوصًا إذا تحب الأجواء القديمة والتاريخية؛ المنطقة القديمة حيوية وجميلة وفيها طابع مميز، و منظر البحر كان رائع ويعطي جو خاص. استمتعنا بالمشي على البلاج القريب والحديقة الكبيرة اللي جنب المكان، كان مكان مثالي للاسترخاء. بشكل عام كانت تجربة حلوة جدًا وحسينا كأننا في بيتنا. نشكر أصحاب المكان على حسن الضيافة واهتمامهم، ومع شكر خاص لسميح اللي كان متعاون جدًا ودايم حاضر لأي شيء نحتاجه، وخلّى إقامتنا أسهل وأريح بمتابعته واهتمامه. أكيد بنرجع مرة ثانية إن شاء الله. أنصح فيها بق وة، وكانت من أجمل إقاماتنا ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐

La localisation et top, à proximité de tout mais calme. Grand espace de rangement pour les affaires. Personnel très gentil toujours là pour nous aider et répondre à nos attentes. Vrai plus dont on sous estime souvent l’utilité, la machine à laver.

La salle de bain est minuscule, rien à voir avec les photos. Le débit d’eau est minime il était très difficile pour moi de me laver les cheveux c’était très complexe sur ce point. Pas de quoi étendre le linge dommage pour un logement avec machine à laver. Sinon top.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était bien, notamment les produits mis à disposition étaient de bonne qualité. La salle de bain et les chambres étaient propres, et le balcon était très agréable et calme malgré l’emplacement en plein centre-ville. Le personnel était également très gentil et serviable, avec une mention spéciale pour Aïcha, qui a été particulièrement attentionnée.

Quelques petits points pourraient néanmoins être améliorés : certains éléments de la cuisine n’étaient pas parfaitement propres et il manquait quelques équipements, notamment davantage de couverts.

Прекрасное расположение - в центре Старого города и одновременно тихо и спокойно, окна выходят во внутренний двор. Мы останавливались на два дня, вполне можно заезжать на продолжительный срок.В квартире полноценная кухня, комфортные матрасы, свежее белье, качественный клининг. Дружелюбный, заботливый персонал. Особая благодарность менеджеру Semih , он всегда был на связи, помогал нам по вопросам, даже не связанными с проживанием)

First of all, I want to say that the host was very nice and helpful. Also, the cleaning lady was lovely - I don’t want to upset anyone with this review, but I must leave it as if I saw it myself before booking the apartment; I wouldn’t rent it. + The location is great + The sea was close (although you must check in advance that it’s the “beach” on rocks)

The photos look much nicer than the apartment in real life. The apartment is VERY tired. There were three of us, and the person who slept on the couch suffered a lot. The couch is old, loud and with stains. The cleaning refused to wash the dishes because it’s out of their duties. The lid from air conditioner fell off the first day, it smelled at some point as well (but the host fixed it). The doors don’t close easily, they are all off and old. The bathroom was another disappointment: it smelled from time to time, and the water steam was very weak. The washing machine didn’t work well - the clothes we washed were not clean after their washing. The kitchen: there was nothing like salt or sugar or pepper. But the main problem was that there was not enough cutlery even for two people - let alone three people. I wish I took a picture: there were like 2 cups, 3 glasses, 4 plates, 1 fork, 1 DESSERT fork etc Wi-Fi didn’t work well enough. We had only two sets of keys for three adults. So the price (we paid 1000 EUR) was much higher than this apartment really deserved to cost.

Could be somehow noisy in the weekends evenings, if the window faces the street. But I am a sensitive early bird, travel with earplugs.

What an absolute gem, a home away from home. The facilities at the flat were brilliant, just right for our needs. Semih, our host was very welcoming and provided a great service. Above all, you just can not ask for a better location! I will be returning for sure. We loved every moment.

I often stay at this accommodation and it is always brilliant. Excellent staff who make sure you are always well cared for and always very helpful. I will never stay anywhere else when in Antalya. Special thanks to Semih and Abla.

Clean, modern spacious apartment with nice terrace. It’s also very quiet despite it’s in the lost town. Stayed for the second time already! Big plus is the bathroom, it’s hard to find one in Kaleiçi where the show works properly. Very friendly personnel.

If you tidy up the garden it would be 11 star :)

good location - sights, restaurants, parks and public transportation in walking distance. very nice host gave us not only a free room upgrade but also lots of really good local recommendations for food and activities. clean apartment equipped with bathroom essentials, cleaning stuff and even laundry detergent.

Loud music in the neighborhood during the night; but nothing the owner can do about it. Description said that kitchen would have essentials like salt, pepper, tea, coffee - that was missing, but since we went out for food, we didnt mind.

Beautiful building and perfect location just a minute walk away from the coastline.

Virkelig god beliggenhed i et roligt hjørne af den gamle bydel. (Man kunne godt høre musik fra hostels om aftenen, men primært på badeværelset og soveværelset vendte rigtigt, så det ikke var generende). Rigtig god service fra personale, der meget gerne ville hjælpe, hvis man havde brug for det. Aflåst hoveddør gjorde opgangen tryg. Lejligheden havde dejligt lysindfald, gode balkoner ud til stille (uudnyttet) have væk fra vejen og aircondition i både stue og soveværelse.

På trods af at lejligheden generelt er pæn, bar detaljerne og udførsel tydeligt præg af manglende finish. Døre der bandt, puds fra småskader i loftet, larmende emhætte, manglende ledningstilslutning til sengelamper, valg mellem gasalarm og mikroovn, da det var på samme stik, træpaneler med sjusket afslutning osv. All in all var det detaljer, som i sit store hele ikke påvirkede hvor god lejligheden ellers var med både placering, ruminddeling og møblers komfort.

Good communiation with the host Semih who was attentive, really centrally located in the old town of Kaleici. Good value for money Clean but small apartment, air conditioning OK. Would return no problem.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable for my son. Shower could have a little more power. Lots of noise late as our room was 10 meters from a hostel with young travellers, the noise woke my youngest son up a few times.

The photos here are complimentary and differ from the reality In reality the air conditioning is barely working, and with the given humidity and no central heating it is a disaster, we could not open the windows in the living room and the bathroom which made things worse, all of our personal stuff got damp in like 2 days, towels were never really dry, after washing some of our clothes my pajamas was still wet 4 days after. Furthermore it started to stink in the bathroom on the 4th day because again no proper ventilation and no option to open the windows (at least we could not). Some other things in the apartment like lamps in the bedroom or the coat rack were broken and also gave the feeling of "tiredness" to the place. Dust on the furniture like wardrobe and lamps 🫤 Our aparatment did not have any balcony, although i expected one, and all the windows were right in front of the hostel or guest house, which either had loud music till midnight or loud guests who tend to have conversations right under the windows

Very comfortable and well equipped. Location is perfect for a stroll around the old town. The Harbour is a 10 minute walk. The host was very welcome and helpful.

There was some rain damage to the apartment due to the extensive rain they had prior to my visit. When I contacted the host and mentioned the result of the damage, he was extremely responsive and did everything he could to fix the issue. This was very much appreciated.

It is in a great location, in the heart of the old town. It is clean and has everything we needed. The staff continually made sure everything was good and arranged the cleaning to fit in with our schedule. Very good value for money.

I stayed at Deluxe Large Flats and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and absolutely perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made the stay very comfortable, and the balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Я согласен со всеми положительными отзывами об этой квартире. Расположение шикарное - в старом городе Антальи, но при этом в тихом районе. Все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Рядом несколько атмосферных баров, но музыка из них не слышна в квартире. Балкон нашей комнаты выходил в заброшенный сад, что тоже способствовало тишине и хорошему сну. В общем, отличный вариант для спокойного отдыха. Семих прекрасный хозяин, был с нами на связи по WhatsApp, дал ценную информацию по местной инфраструктуре.

Как уже говорилось в ряде отзывов, фото квартиры несколько не соответствуют её реальному состоянию. Двери в спальню и ванную до сих пор плохо закрываются, хотя на это уже обращалось внимание прежде. В правилах проживания сказано, что уборка в квартире производится каждый день, но по факту за 4 дня нашего проживания ее не было ни разу. Уборщица пришла только к нашему отъезду. Если бы мы остались ещё хотя бы на полдня, мусор уже просто некуда было бы складывать. Остановился ли я бы в этой квартире ещё раз? Пожалуй, да, но только максимум на 3-4 дня, так как нет гарантии, что в квартире будет производится надлежащая уборка.

Great location. Super jazz house 2 houses from us. Nice balcony. Nice bedroom. There is park near it and if you walk towards the bay, you will find nice pool inside the sea.

The bed sheets weren’t clean, someone else’s hairs and stains. The fridge is incredibly loud and the sofa is barely suitable to sleep on.

First of all it is silent part of kaleici. Adan won’t wake up in the morning, neither music from the bars disturbs at night. Everything is ok with water, which is often issue in kaleici. Bed is comfortable, apartment is clear, staff is helpful. Everything is like on the pictures. Very good place to stay.

Ac makes horrible sounds sometimes and smoke alarm blinks quite brightly when lights turned off. Takes time to get used to this “disco”. Lack of space and light in the bathroom.

The location was very central to the old town so there were nice things within walking distance. The flat was a good size and better than just a hotel room.

We were very much self catering and the kitchen lacked some essentials like a can opener, a sharp knife, a tea towel, oven gloves etc. I did mention this before we left. The bathroom door didn’t close. I did mention this twice but no one sorted it. It wasn’t the end of the world for us but I don’t think it’s an unreasonable ask.

In the heart of the old town. Lovely and quiet. Super large apartment with everything we needed. Owners were great with good communication. Very clean with a super large comfy bed and large balcony.

A comfortable hotel for family vacations. The hospitable hosts are always ready to help in any situation and are very friendly. The room has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, a gas stove, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi. , and it is well-maintained and clean. The second floor has balconies overlooking the garden, where guests can spend pleasant time.

Wielkość łazienki jest naprawdę mała, ciężko się ruszyć. Pojechaliśmy w nocy ale w pokoju nie było nawet wody, nie mówiąc o czymkolwiek. Warto o to zadbać skoro jest kuchnia. Brak w salonie małej lampki

Mon Appartement était au rez-de-chaussé ( assez bruyant) coté rue donc rideaux souvent fermés....et dans le salon une grille devant fenetre qui ne peut que s entrouvrir. Jolie salle de bain mais il faut se faufiler pour aller aux wc ou douche.

Location is excellent, close to everything in old town and just next to two really pleasant restaurants..

A few little repairs are needed to the interior, but nothing that was upsetting or ruined our holiday (a bit of floor spiking up in the living room, a leak from the kitchen sink into the cupboard underneath)

Good location on a quiet street in the old town. Easy check in at 11pm. Comfortable bed.

No bottled water, tea or coffee supplied - when arriving at 11pm it was not very helpful to have to look for an open shop to get water. The bathroom is so tiny it was difficult to use, there was no where to put anything and you had to enter sideways to get past the sink.

Excellent wee flat in an ideal location. Has everything you could need. Excellent communication from Semih, who sent a wats ap a week before arrival and throughout our stay to see if we needed anything.

As others have stated, the bathroom is small, it didn't bother us, but anyone large would have trouble getting in to the toilet.

Хорошее местоположение прямо в старом городе. Довольно таки большая квартира, с детьми самое то. Хороший ремонт наверное только в туалете. За свои деньги покатит.

На фото была одна квартира с хорошим ремонтом, а по итогу дали с ремонтом чуть хуже. Смутил плохо помытый пол, наступаешь босиком на пол и нога сразу становится черная. Дети которые скачут туда-сюда, всю эту грязь заносят прямо в постель. В целом квартира старенькая, но это во всем старом городе так, даже если заплатить в два раза дороже, все равно будет старая квартира. Проживали в старом городе много раз. Тут видимо нужно уметь наслаждаться этой стариной.

Everything. The place has absolutely you need - washing powder, facilities in the kitchen are good as well. Good bathroom cosmetics. Very clean rooms. We arrived earlier but Semih took our luggage and gave us the key so we can return once the room is prepared according to check in time.

Appartamento nel cuore di Anthalia, spazioso, pulitissimo e fornito di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario e tutti i suoi collaboratori sono stati tutti gentili ed attenti, ma mai invadenti. Anche grazie a loro la nostra vacanza è stata così bella ed indimenticabile.

Uncomfortable sofa for sleep in the living room. Tired kitchen pans. No tea, salt, sugar etc - but fortunately we brought it with us.

Просторная квартира. есть небольшая кухня и стиралка. Расположения в старом городе рядом с барами и кафе. но одновременно в затишном переулке. Заселение проходило ночью и благодарен. что тогда встретили.

Оборудование кухни могло быть лучше. Что то приготовить проблематично было. Но рядом много кафе. В принципе немного переоценен из за идеального расположения. Наверное рядом можно было снять намного дешевле и тот же уровень комфорта.

Удобные аппарты в центре Старого города. Встретили, быстро заселили, на связи и в сопровождении 24/7. Квартира имеет всё необходимое для комфортного проживания- стиральная машина, порошок стиральный, посуда на кухни, чисто. Рекомендуем 100%.

Great location, smooth check-in, kitchenette and laundry machine were an essential addition for 8 days stay. the furniture is neat. The building is well maintained. ACs work perfectly - much needed in a VERT hot and humid July in Antalya.

Just worth mentioning that the bathroom is very small. More kitchen equipment would be certainly a plus. Essentials are however available.

The location was nice & central, the bedroom was spacious, the host was very helpful. The washing machine is very nice. The bathroom is beautiful.

The bathroom is incredibly small, we kept hurting ourselves on the doorknobs & corners. The ground floor understandably doesn’t have any privacy, so the curtains have to be shut constantly.

Good apartment near the sea (Mermerli beach) in the historical part of the city. Positive impression from the atmosphere of the old city, closeness to the sea and main attraction points. The apartment is sufficiently large and has a nice terrace. There is a beautiful park nearby, food shops.

Dishwasher and/or coffee machine would be desirable for this price. Clothes dryer requires replacement. Still, overall impression is positive.
