A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész, a takarítónak külön köszönet, az eddigi legtisztább szállásunk! Reggeli svédasztalos, bőséges és finom. A tengerpart az utca túloldalán. Saját partszakasza nincs, de fogyasztás ellenében sok napágyas hely van a közelben.
Nem igazán tudok negatívat írni a helyről, összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk. A berendezés és a fürdőszoba régebbi stílusú, a szekrényben nagyon hasznos lett volna +1 polc.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The hotel was fantastic! Right across the street was the beach and there was a nice bar. The location of the hotel is excellent a short walk to the city centre or if you prefer the bus the bus station was approx 50m away. The hotel was very nice and modern. Our room was very good with a balcony facing the ocean and there we took the drink before dinner, marvellous. The cleaning of the room was also excellent and the lady was responsive to our wishes. The breakfast was super and there was everything one can ask for, both hot and cold dishes. I must mention the lady working in the breakfast who was super nice and gave us extra feta paies. This will be my choice of hotel next time I visit Kalamata.
It could be a bit noisy due to traffic and the church close to the hotel. This was nothing that we reflected over but for sensitive people maybe this can be troublesome.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The two brothers that ran the place were fantastic,a wealth of information on Greek History and views with a sense of humor.They are gems and we formed a good relationship,the young girl was great too.Very close to the action and what a gem of a view we had on the fourth floor.
Not to be disrespectful to this great family business was that there was no safe in the room which we had to Cary all our passports ,money and mobiles,also that shower needs updating ,I am being soft since I grew up in these old showers and worse ,also the elevator was slow and old and needs upgrade but I am being soft in myself .

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Die Lage, direkt am Meer, ist fantastisch. Die Damen im Fruehstuecksraum leisten hervorragende Arbeit, sorgen für Sauberkeit und sind sehr freundlich.
Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer, welches zwar einen Balkon hat, aber von 2 Balkonabtrennungen eingezwängt wirkte. Darüber hinaus blickte ich auf ein unfertig gebautes Haus, ein Hausdach und ein wenig auf die Kirche. Ja, es gab auch einen Seitenblick aufs Meer. Da ich zum 3. Mal in diesem Hotel war, bat ich um einen Zimmerwechsel. Ich sollte ihn am Tag darauf erhalten. Erhalten? Nein. Ich wollte noch nicht einmal eines mit Frontblick, nur nicht auf die Puzzleteile schauen.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Tolle Lage mit wunderschönem Meerblick und richtig gutem Frühstück, nur durch eine Strasse vom wunderbaren Strand von Kalamata getrennt. Viele gute Restaurants befinden sich direkt neben dem Hotel. Auch gibt es genügend kostenfreie öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe.
Wenn man in die Altstadt mit seinem schönen Wochenmarkt möchte muss man zu Fuss ca 30 Minuten einplanen, aber darauf wird vom Hotel auch, vor der Buchung, hingewiesen.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Μείναμε σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο δίπλα στην παραλία της Καλαμάτας και συνολικά μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα είναι φυσικά η τοποθεσία του, καθώς βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά στην παραλία και σε κοντινή απόσταση από πολλά εστιατόρια, καφέ και καταστήματα. Υπάρχουν πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και πρωινό στην περιοχή, οπότε ακόμα κι αν θελήσετε κάτι διαφορετικό από αυτό που προσφέρει το ξενοδοχείο, θα βρείτε εύκολα αρκετές εναλλακτικές. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι κάπως παλιό, κάτι που φαίνεται και από τις φωτογραφίες, ωστόσο οι εγκαταστάσεις είναι καθαρές και καλά συντηρημένες. Το προσωπικό αξίζει ιδιαίτερη αναφορά, καθώς ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό και κάλυπτε τις βασικές ανάγκες, χωρίς να είναι κάτι ιδιαίτερα ξεχωριστό. Ένα σημείο που θα πρέπει να γνωρίζουν οι επισκέπτες είναι ότι, λόγω της έντονης κίνησης στην παραλιακή ζώνη, υπάρχει αρκετή φασαρία τα βράδια, συχνά μέχρι τις 2:00 π.μ. Αν κάποιος έχει ελαφρύ ύπνο, ίσως αυτό να τον επηρεάσει. Όσον αφορά το πάρκινγκ, η εύρεση θέσης μπορεί να είναι αρκετά δύσκολη, ιδιαίτερα τις ώρες αιχμής. Υπάρχει ένας μεγάλος χώρος στάθμευσης πίσω από την εκκλησία, όπου συνήθως μπορεί κανείς να βρει θέση. Διαφορετικά, ίσως χρειαστεί να παρκάρετε λίγο πιο μακριά και να περπατήσετε. Συνολικά, παρά τα μικρά μειονεκτήματα που σχετίζονται με την ηλικία του κτιρίου, τη νυχτερινή φασαρία και τη δυσκολία στο πάρκινγκ, η εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, η καθαριότητα και η άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ευχάριστη. Θα το προτείναμε σε όσους θέλουν να βρίσκονται δίπλα στη θάλασσα και στο κέντρο της παραλιακής ζωής της Καλαμάτας.
Στα αρνητικά, το ξενοδοχείο είναι κάπως παλιό, υπάρχει αρκετή φασαρία τα βράδια λόγω της κίνησης στην παραλιακή και η εύρεση θέσης στάθμευσης μπορεί να είναι δύσκολη, ιδιαίτερα τις ώρες αιχμής.

They didn't have plant-based milk at breakfast but they offered to get me some for the next day (which I didn't go for at the end). But I appreciated the effort. The bus stop is less than a minute walk from the hotel, should you want to use it to get into the center. Small thing but I really liked: the towels were super soft :)
The shower tray was tiny. The floor was tiled - it's optimal though if you stay there for a vacation, and you might bring up a lot of sand from the beach. It's much easier to clean it than a carpet, for sure. Breakfast was okay. Not great but okay.
