Iedereen was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar het bed was een boxspring waarvan je de individuele veren kon voelen. de eerste kamer had een kraan die snachts met veel lawaai begon te lopen uit zichzelf en later weer stopte maar de volgende dag kreeg ik een andere kamer zonder dat probleem.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Elképesztő kilátás, jó elhelyezkedés, tulajdonos kedvessége. Van hűtő, 2 naponta tiszta törülköző, tusfürdő
Fel kellene újítani, sokkal több bevétele lehetne a tulajnak, apró javítások is sokat jelentenének. A fürdőszobában a zuhanykabin undorító, a csempe több helyen penészes, hiányzik a zuhanyváltó feje. Az előszobában koszos szőnyegek vannak a padlón, miközben alatta szép fehér márványos lépcső és járólap van, ezt meg kellene szüntetni, sokat dobna rajta. A légkondi nem sokat hűt, ki kellene takarítani évente, a kondenzvíz csak úgy a semmibe folyik, tiszta penészes alatta az erkélyen. A gipszkarton falak és az ajtó vékonyak, áthallani a zajt. Az út éjszaka is forgalmas, zajos. Összességében 1-2 éjszakára elfogadható, de kizárólag az elhelyezkedése és az erkélyről való kilátás miatt, árban sem a legkedvezőbb, újra ezek miatt nem választanánk, mivel az ágy is csak egyszemélyes volt pedig a szobánkba beférne kétszemélyes is.

Ulica pod hotelem jest ruchliwa i głośna.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Hotel na veoma dobroj lokaciji. Putovali smo sa prijateljima. Oni su imali sobu sa pogledom na more i ona je odlična a naša je sa pogledom na bočnu ulicu i ona je mnogo manja. Hotel je star ali nama je poslužio kao stanica za jednu noć u obilasku Peloponeza. Ako želite više dana da boravite, samo sobe sa pogledom na more. Parking na ulici ali smo putovali motorima pa smo našli mesta u bočnoj ulici. Bar na plaži sa suncobranima i ležaljkama odličan.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Fantasztikusan jó a retró jellegű hotel elhelyezkedése: egy út választja el a tengerparttól. Két nagyon jó étterem is található a közvetlen szomszédságában, ahogy az 1-es busz megállója. A vendéglátó rendkívül barátságos. A csomagjainkat megőrizte, amíg a szobánk el nem készült: amit a bejelentkezési idő előtt megkaptunk. Gyönyörű kilátás nyílik az erkélyről. A törülközőket kétnaponta cserélték. Vízforraló, poharak és hűtő. Ár-érték arányban verhetetlen!
A matracok megérettek egy cserére. Az utcazaj miatt este zárni kell a nyílászárókat. Mindez nem volt zsákbamacska, mert a korábbi utazók is leírták.

The shower was a bit outdated and it was leaking, would be great to have a shower holder. The window blinder doesn´t open but it was fine as the beach was just in front of the hotel :)

There was some noise from the street, but you get used to it. The worse was the noise from the people cleaning the rooms since early morning

The small balcony had morning sun and a great view to the beach, without being directly on the road, so wasn't too noisy. Table and 2 chairs and a line to hang your bathing suit and towel. Super quiet air-conditioning which worked perfectly and a nice size fridge for the delicious cheese I bought at the market! Crossed the road every morning for an early swim and fantastic coffee and breakfast--yoghurt with fresh fruit and honey; actually a cherry on top! Hotel is 10 steps from the water.
Super tiny bathroom with a plastic toilet seat that kept falling off and no wall mount for shower head, but really didn't matter much. Water pressure ok and plenty of hot water--not that one needs much!

Матраците са ми бяха малко твърди. Имаше два контакта, които бяха на високо и неуспях да си заредя телефона.

Bus stop right outside that skirts the main route of the tourist areas and town. Restaurants and coffee shop in close vicinity. Free sun beds if you buy from them.
Basic rooms, needs some repair, limited hot water certain times of day. Rm9 had a balcony side sea view, leaky outlets on balcony, and the position didn't get any sun.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Meter vom Strand, hat eigene Gaststätte und Strandliegen, was sehr bequem ist und spart viel Zeit. Die Betten und Kissen waren sehr bequem und ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Die Klimaanlage ist geräuschlos und kühlt das Zimmer effektiv, aber ohne Luftzug. Das mittelgrosse Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist eine Superlösung für heisse Sommertage. Ein grosser Balkon mit Meerblick ist fantastisch! Das Bad mit WC ist sehr klein und nicht modern, aber warmes Wasser ist da und qualitativ sehr gutes Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und spricht Deutsch. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Promenade, mehrere Strandgaststätten, Bäckereien, Bars in der Nähe. Dieses Hotel ist eine Superlösung für die Menschen, die für vergleichsweise wenig Geld einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Kalsmata machen möchten. Danke schön! Und bis zum nächsten Jahr!

If you want to go the centre you have to take the bus. Thankfully the stops are just a couple of meters from the hotel and it only costs you 1,50 for a ticket.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Malý dvojposchodový rodinný, čistý hotel. Ochotný a ústretový personál. Mal som izbu číslo 5 na 1. poschodí. Na izbe bola: TV, klimatizácia, Wifi, rýchlovarná kanvica s pohármi a hrnčekmi, veľká chladnička, kúpelka s WC a sprchovým kútom, malý balkón so stolom a 2 stoličkami. V izbe je pomerne staré zariadenie, ktoré by bolo vhodné vymeniť. Dobrý pomer ceny a kvality ponúkaných služieb. Hotel má tiež izby orientované na promenádu, more a pláž. Hotel nemá výťah. Pred hotelom (cez pobrežnú cestu a za promenádou) sa nachádza kamienková pláž. V hoteli na prízemí sa nachádza reštaurácia Nautilos, na pláži plážový bar. Pri kúpe občerstvenia v bare je možné využívať plážové lehátka zdarma. Pred hotelom sa nachádza autobusová zastávka Navarinou 8 miestnej linky číslo 1. Z autobusovej stanice sa sem dostanete cca za 25 minút, cena lístka 1,50 € - zakúpi sa u vodiča.
Pobrežná cesta je pomerne frekventovaná a hlučná ( a to aj v noci).

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Csodálatos tengerparti kilátás, két naponta cserélték a törölközőt, légkondicionálásért nem kellett külön fizetni, közel voltak éttermek.
Legzavaróbb az volt, hogy éjféltől hajnalig hangos motorzajok hallatszódak a hotel előtti útról, csukott erkély ajtóknál is nagyon hangos volt.

Slightly dowdy decor. Traffic on waterfront road a bit noisy. Available parking a little far from hotel. Hotel a little far from central Kalamata.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Hotel Alexandrion is in a great location- across the road from the beach and a nice sea view from the balcony. It’s within easy walking distance to a variety of waterfront restaurants and bars, or you can jump on a No. 1 bus just outside and it will take you up to the main shopping area, and the older part of town near the Museum,. My room was extremely clean and comfortable - good aircon and great to have a fridge. Owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Kalamata is a nice little town to explore and the hotel is excellent value for money.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026A brilliant place for a business trip on a budget. Functional. Room excellent and not overlooked. Pleasant balcony. Room and bathroom clean and hygienic. Parking in the side road adjacent but when busy might not be possible. A door with a real key rather than the silly electronic cards . . . Very convenient location outside the busier and noisier parts of town. At times of low traffic the sound of the waves on the shore is subtle and lovely.
Landing carpets have seen better days. Slight traces of tobacco smoke wafting occasionally.

The toilet can be a bit better, I suggest toothbrush and toothpaste to be equipped, which can improve the experience.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Πολύ καλός ο κύριος στην υποδοχή όπως και η κυρία που καθαρίζει το δωμάτιο. Το δωμάτιο ανταποκρίθηκε και με το παραπάνω στις προσδοκίες μας καθώς και είχαμε και έναν Σκυλάκο που ήταν ευπρόσδεκτος. Το δικό μας δωμάτιο έβλεπε θάλασσα και ήτανε απίθανο σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε
