Een goed bed en een fijne douche. En de bar. Dat was een leuke verrassing. Ook fijn dat er een beperkt aantal parkeerplaatsen is. En vlakbij het centrum.

Beetje achterhaalde inrichting en kleine kamer. Beetje vergane glorie. En Freiburg is best een dure stad. Zeker de horeca.

dusche mit weniger denn 3 qm hängelampe die den zugang ums bett behinder einfallsloses frühstück, zudem am ersten tage kam eine kanne kaffee an unseren tisch am zweiten mussten wir uns diese am automat holen

Das Frühstücksbüffet läßt keine Wünsche offen. Das wechselnde Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend.Das Hotel stellt kostenlos Tageskarten für den ÖVV aus. Man muß nur angeben, ob es für das Stadtgebiet oder den Landkreis Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald sein soll. Das nenne ich einen Service! Und umweltschonend und nachhaltig ist es auch. Bahnhof und nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind etwa 400 Meter zu Fuß entfernt.

Unser Zimmer war eher klein und das Bad ist SEHR klein. Zwei Personen können sich dort nur aufhalten, wenn einer in der Dusche und der andere vor dem Waschbecken sind. Insofern ist der Preis m.E. etwas zu hoch angesetzt.

Die Zentrale und sichere Lage sowie authentische Ambiente. Es wird Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt, auch bei der Renovierung und Bewahrung des historischen Gebäudes.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und die Lage des Hotels war top

Zimmer lag über einem Raum, in dem Heizung, Lüftung oder Waschmaschinen lagen, so dass immer wiederkehrende Geräusche zu hören waren. Das hätte ich bei dem Hotelpreis nicht erwartet.

Gut schallisoliertes Zimmer, konnten ruhig schlafen. Frühstück gut. Parkhaus öffentliches gleich nebenan, aber mit Gutschein vom Hotel 18€ ist akzeptabel.

Die Lage ist super! Auch sehr toll ist der Frühstücksraum, da er weitgehend so belassen wurde. Im Haus sind schöne Fotos aus der Historie des Hotels. Sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen. Und ein hoteleigener Parkplatz.

The hotel is close to the train station, easy to reach lots of places to visit. Staff is very courteous and polite, very welcoming and happy to provide any information you need.

Bel hotel situato tra la stazione e il centro storico,tutto fattibile a piedi,camera e bagno puliti spaziosi(il bagno più grande che ho mai visto in una camera singola)dotati di tutti i comfort, silenzioso, molto buono avere sempre a disposizione la macchina del caffè cappuccino ecc in accanto alla hall. Peccato x le scale all’entrata una cosa purtroppo comune a molti hotel, sono scomode x persone anziane o con problemi di salute con la valigia

Central location with parking, room was lovely and well thought out, free coffee available and fabulous old building. Bathroom was ingenious for the space available.

Room was tiny, ok for one but lacking space for 2. Extra for parking.

De grandeur van het hotel, vooral in het oudere deel van het pand; de ligging direct grenzend aan het voetgangersdeel van het centrum; het heerlijke uitgebreide en goede ontbijt en het feit dat de auto op het terrein gestald kan worden (beperkt aantal plaatsen), maar anders is de publieke parkeergarage echt naast het hotel: ideaal !

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the old town or taking a train to visit other places. The junior king suit is perfect for family with kids. I especially liked the coffee machine and the bathroom.

The hotel is nice and cozy. Staff is friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious, clean, had shampoo, hairdryer, fridge. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was very good, with lots of choice. There is sauna, but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. The location is just in the center, there is also a playground next to the hotel. Parking is available for extra 20€. Free coffee, tea, fruits and candies all day long. Very pleasant 1 night stay for us.

Bella struttura una villa del 1860.

La nostra camera, mi sembra una suite king con vasca idromassaggio, era molto grande ma avrebbe necessità di maggiore luminosità. Mantenendo lo stile della villa inserendo degli elementi che la renderebbero più attuale.

We loved the balcony in our room. The staff was amazing. Parking was great they always made sure we had a spot open no mater what time we got in. We really loved The Hemingway bar, a perfect way to end the night.

We thought the breakfast was overpriced for what you received, also the A/C was not very cold, however they did provide a fan.

Location was great. Beds were comfy. Tram and local passes free of charge. Tasty breakfast.

Beim Checkin Ausfüllen eines Tablets durch den ankommenden Gast, was durch die Rezeptionistin auf bitten nur widerwillig übernommen wurde. Matratzen zu hart, Kissen zu weich, Zimmer dunkel. Bad: Holzimitate mit u.a. einer Klappbank über der WC- Schüssel, die an einen "Donnerbalken" erinnert, Waschbecken klein, wenig Ablagen. Kein Barbetrieb wg Mitarbeiterfest! Alle Parkplätze besetzt: Wer erhält auf welche Weise einen solchen zugeteilt? Frühstück schlicht.

El hotel está a menos de 10 minutos caminando de la catedral. El personal es muy amable y siempre está atento a lo que necesitas. El baño y la habitación eran algo pequeñas, pero al final nos adaptamos. Ducha potente, cama cómoda, y el aire acondicionado una maravilla (cogimos ola de calor en la ciudad). El desayuno es bastante variado. El hotel se encuentra cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y cafeterías. Tienen un parking muy cómodo.

Quizás el tamaño de la habitación un poco ajustado. Por lo demás, fantástico.

We hadden een lange discussie aan de balie over of we de toeristenbelasting al dan niet hadden betaald op onze boeking stond uitdrukkelijk dat dit het geval was. Voor het ontbijt gold hetzelfde. We moesten de toeristenbelasting nog een tweede keer betalen anders kregen we de kamer niet. We hadden € 42,- betaald voor het ontbijt, maar ze beweerden stelling dat dat niet het geval was.

La ubicación es excelente y el desayuno variado y ambientado en salones de época que hacen tu estancia muy agradable

En la suite no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y había 3 ventiladores, decepcionante

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht / und das bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur, die wir dann auch zeitweise im Zimmer hatten. Wir mussten dann bei offenem Fenster schlafen, was in der Innenstadt aufgrund von Lärm auch nicht gerade angenehm war.

Πολύ κομψό ξενοδοχείο σε κεντρικοτατο σημείο της πόλης. Το lobby ήταν τέλειο με δωρεάν ροφήματα. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και άνετο για 3 άτομα.

Personal nicht wirklich freundlich. Preis eher hoch. Zimmer nicht sehr modern oder komfortabel eingerichtet.

Otel şehir merkezinde, merkez tren istasyonuna 5 dakika mesafede, her yere ulaşım çok kolaydı. Bu otelde 4. ya da 5. kalışımız ve yine çok memnun kaldık. Otel çok temiz ve her gün oda temizliği yapıldı. Otelin personeli çok kibar ve güleryüzlü, önceden rica ettiğimiz odayı verdiler. Her şey mükemmeldi, çok memnun kaldık.

If I could give 0 stars I would after the disgusting treatment by this hotel. We stayed for one night in June, and the hotel seemed well equipped and the room was comfortable. I was with my 11 month old baby and husband. At 1am our room phone starting ringing and when I picked up a male voice said 'is this room 109?' Assuming it was reception with something urgent given the time I said yes. He then went on to make extremely graphic sexual threats to me, including r**e. FFrightened, and aware he knew my location I hung up. The phone then immediately rang twice more. I phoned reception who literally could not have cared less. He told me if i didn't like it 'unplug the phone.' No check on my welfare, reassurance or offer of room change/security check was made. I was so scared I barricaded our door with furniture and kep a pair of kitchen scissors in my hand. I obviously did not sleep and we left by 7am. The hotel now claim the following: - They missed the initial instruction by Best Western to investigate as it 'got lost' in their inbox - They are incapable of tracing calls made to hotel rooms (fascinating as I am sure they'd be very quick to identify a call charge) - They were at full capacity so not a single other room was available (a blatant lie) - They will not refund my stay as they can't be responsible. (My main issue is their HANDLING of the situation when I was scared for mine and my childs safety) - They have now removed phones from all rooms; this is a little late to help me. Their responses have taken weeks, they have been callous and uncaring about an incredibly unpleasant experience, and their actions make me suspect a staff member may have been either responsible, or deliberately covering their poor response to avoid blame.

Das Hotel wirkt vom ersten Moment an luxuriös und super schön; es hat sicher luxuriöse Zeiten gesehen; toller Eingang mit Marmor und Spiegeln; top Ausstattung, sehr empfehelenswert auch sehr nah am Stadtzentrum; sehr leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl

Empfang war nicht jederzeit besetzt, manchmal musste man ein paar Minuten warten, bis jemand kam

Das Zustellbett war eine Katastrophe , dünne Matratze ,mittig durchdrückender Metallstreben vom Bett. Beleuchtung erinnerte an ein Krankenhaus ,kein warmes Licht . Leider bei uns nur Parkmöglichkeit in einem sehr teuren unterirdischen Parkhaus(18 Euro pro Tag). Hemingway bar war geschlossen
