Las escaleras no hay ascensor y que no hay donde tender ni una toalla está prohibido tender en la terraza y te avisan de las cosas prohibidas cuando preguntas. Me recibió el seguridad por lo cual no te da toda la información que se necesita , la recepción de cliente es solo hasta las 5 de la tarde a partir de ahí el seguridad es quien te recibe. Te cobran la luz gastada aparte pero no te lo avisan ( te cobran por día )

Our family had an incredible stay at Instyle Residences Infiniti Blu. The apartment was pure luxury—beautifully designed with huge, comfortable rooms that gave us all plenty of space to relax. The property itself was fantastic, with two amazing pools to enjoy and a private beach that felt like our own little paradise. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from great restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. We truly loved our stay here and highly recommend Instyle Residences Infiniti Blu to anyone looking for a perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and convenience.

I really like the common areas of this property. The apartment was big, the bed was comfortable, it was very close to the pools and the beach. This is our second time at this place, the beach is a secret gem.

The apartment itself was decent, however it could be cleaner (sink, refrigerator, shower area). The refrigerator was off when we arrived, someone had to come and find another plug to make it work. The internet was down when we arrived and had to wait until the following day to be fixed. We stayed 3 nights there and the last night at 3 am we got woke up by a weird noise that we couldn't identify and keep me up until 5 am. Maybe was the neighbor upstairs, because my husband couldn't find anything that could have been causing the very uncomfortable and weird noise that sounded like someone was trying to come into the room.

The pools and views were very nice .

The apartment was not clean, had mold in the bathrooms, no toiletries available and we had to pay $22 us for electricity consumption for one night, on top of the almost $200us for the room.

Good size rooms, nice comfortable beds,, well designed home with all the normal paraphernalia, 2 pools, clean private beach - no seaweed ; lovely beach bar and infinity pool.

The Shower head was broken and there is no soap holders in the shower! The sink faucets were old and drained slow! The shower did not drain at all it filled with water

Was charged after I did not want to stay in the place after seeing the condition of the unit and cleanliness. I turned in the key and was told I would be refunded, and never was. Dirty nasty and window fell out on me when opening it. The AC did not work and the kitchen had rusty appliances.

The pool side view is breathtaking. The food is excellent and relatively cheap. The weather is absolutely fantastic apart from a little rain here and there. I met some good people who care about the image of the island.

Scams & fraud. Expect to be scamed in that country. They have so many ways of scamming you out of your hard earned money. Don't get caught slipping! The local mafioso will try & extort money out of you. The same is true with the ladies. My bank declined 10+ payments. Someone tried to book hotels with my card details. The staff said they know the person trying to steal money off my card & he is a really bad person. My concern is how do the staff know this person & where did they get my card details from & what the staff going to do about it. To ensure it does not happen again. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There room was no value for money. I would say be extremely careful travelling there solo. Be careful where you walk, especially at night. You will be a target for local pickpockets, scammers & robbers. When you go to the cashpoint machine, you will be surrounded by half a dozen youth demanding money from you with menaces. It's best to stay in the hotel confines. Security is there & it is safe or pay a local person to walk around with you for protection. It's not a good experience to go to any country for a holiday and I have to endure a welcome like that.

The property is beautiful, quiet with excellent security. It has 2 beautiful pool. The staff are great and very attentive. I have stayed there 2 times and I will be back

First off — the pools! I loved them, especially the infinity pool. Watching the sunset from there? Total magic. The beach was super clean and surprisingly quiet — perfect for relaxing. One thing I really appreciated was how peaceful the whole place felt, but at the same time, it was just a short walk to all the restaurants and action in the center of Sosua. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment. Each room had its own bathroom, which made things super convenient. The living room, kitchen, and dining area were all really spacious. If you're looking for a chill spot with great views and easy access to town, this place checks all the boxes.

If I had to point out a downside, I’d say the rooms could use a bit more ventilation — they didn’t get much natural light, and it felt like they were kept intentionally dark. Also, one of the bedrooms was missing the remote for the A/C.

Reservation was for a three bedroom. Upon arrival was told no three bedroom available. Reservation was made in July to ensure availability. Proposed solution add a roll away bed, place on person at a different location in a one bedroom or cancel reservation with no place to stay. Accepted roll away and they offered free breakfast and no utility bill. What a insult! Then the audacity of trying to sell a membership. I will never book a reservation here again.

Nice one bedroom with cable channels for sports. Hot water. Full kitchen but no coffee maker. Good pools. Bar at oceanfront. Did not try room service but restaurant looked okay. Safe. Close to town. This unit in s on 3rd floor. 40 steps.

Nothing was as described

The apartment was poorly maintained, with noticeable wear and tear throughout. There was no elevator, and the hallways were dark and uninviting. Although I was scheduled to check in at 3 PM, I didn’t arrive until 9 PM and had to be checked in by security. If it hadn’t been so late, I would have left immediately. The building is located in a bad neighborhood and looked very sketchy. Upon check-out, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional fee to cover electricity costs, which was never disclosed on the booking website. This feels incredibly unfair to customers. I had to pay $308 Dominican pesos.

We had a spectacular time. Gorgeous property with ocean front views. Comfortable furnishings and great kitchen. Staff is super friendly! But…There are tremendous amount of stray cats on the property causing outside patio and yard area smelled like spray when it rained.

It was close to where I want to be.

It lacked cleanliness and iron did not work.Even though I asked for a replacement it was never done. The kitchen did not have a frying pan. Also be ware while I know electricity is seperate I was rarely in the condo and did no use air except one day. They charge $40. I thought excessive.

Apartment was old and dirty, washer dryer very dangerous was live electric shock, master shower old rusted and broken, whole apartment needs remodel not suitable for rental .

The service was nice, the restaurant had good food and affordable.

The room smelled like someone was smoking on it, and it was very loud outside the whole night, we had to sleep in the living room. This place used to have a small beach in front, now it doesn’t it just open sea and you can only use the pools.

I stayed in a very stylish, comfortable and quite clean 1 bedroom and found the accommodations absolutely comfortable. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, ensuring that my brief stay was relaxing and peaceful. I would definitely stay again.

The staff took care of every need. I was impressed. The bar tenders at the pool were amazing. I liked them both.

Pool is very nice and the gardens

The area is bad. Full of groups of prostitutes', lots of drugs on the streets. The apartments were not clean. the dirty mop was in the closet, the bathrooms smells horrible, beds had black sheets with hairs.

The resort is nice. The pool area is super relaxing.

The property was not clean. They had BLACK sheets and black pillows and comforts. The smell of sweat was all over. also, be aware...This property charges you an additional for electricity on top of your rate fee. The area is full of prostitutes', be aware.

Infiniti Blu is a great place to watch the sunsets.

The place you see on the photos and the reality are two entirely different things. You can get the ugliest worn out apartment with broken lights, doors and windows, black mold, sticky stains, and pubic hair everywhere. After you complain that the room is unlivable, you might be moved to a different address, far away from the beach, since the only other available apartments are there. The electricity and water go out for 4-6 hours sometimes. The cleaning some weeks shows up or it never does - you can go on for a week without any service. The guards dont get updated on who lives there, so sometimes when you come back home, you will instead be escorted to the office to verify your identity (even though your documents have been scanned and supposedly given to the guards). The apartment management apologized and agreed for a partial refund towards the end, but my entire vacation was completely ruined.

We like being close to the pool and walking out to the beach. The location is walking distance to several restaurants and grocery. Neighborhood felt safe. The apartment overall is a nice size.

We requested a 4 bedroom and got a 3 bedroom. The manager never came to explain. Staff tried to accommodate, but ultimately, the manager should have faced us to explain the issue. The apartment needs updating. Furniture is old, and air conditioning was weak. During the stay, the refrigerator had to be replaced. The dishwasher was rusty and dirty. Security at the gate was not friendly and provided no assistance when we had questions. Especially when we first arrived after hours and our accommodations were wrong.

The apartment needs more maintenance in the air conditioning. The system is not enough for the apartment and it gets real hot.

The rooms were great but not functional. The AC was an issue and the restrictions of the property were also very extensive. The property front desk was helpful and accommodating but the issues I experienced were not good and made my stay uncomfortable.

I thought the grounds the maintenance of the property were kept up very well.The walk to the beach was very close.The views were really beautiful.

Just thought that the room wasn't as clean as I thought it would be maybe just had to upgrade the room because our room wasn't located like some of the other rooms were so definitely would upgrade next time

The electricity is not included in the price and the rates that they charge are ridiculous high! I live in Santiago and what I pay for the month is equivalent to four days at infinity blu

The infinit pool was the best part of the property and the highlight of our trip.

The apartments are outdated and the bathrooms need some tlc and updating. The first apartment we were given was not in good shape but after bringing it to the attention of the front desk, the staff quickly got us another apartment. No paper towels are provided which isn’t a big deal, but would be nice.

Very Poor Everything was a bad experience for us.    1.Booking's information about the number of bed per room not correct. The first bedroom is a Queen bed. It's OK. As for the second bedroom On the website they said that the bed was a double bed and single bed. but  we got was two single bed. We requested to change rooms from the date we checked in.  The officer said he would call back and tell us if we could change the rooms.  But haven't anyone called to inform us at all.    2. On the hotel website it states that there is a hair dryer.  But we didn't find it.  We tried calling in the morning and afternoon two days in a row.  But there was no officer answering the phone.  It wasn't until the third day in the afternoon that we called again.  There is a hotel official answering the phone.  and informed that the hair dryer would not be kept in the room. We have to call the office to request it ourselves.     3. We need to pay security deposit of 17,000 DOP or 228£. The hotel said they would refund the money when we checked out. They have to paid back but they take the extra charge for an electricity. We have to paid 96£. It's was very expensive for a period of 4 days and 3 nights (we didn't spend much time in the room. All the day we went out and came back into the hotel quite late)     4. The bathroom has problems. The drain in the bathroom is clogged, smelly, full of hair and disgusting, toilet flush button doesn't quite work. In the bathtub, when taking a shower water flows all over the bathroom floor.

It was beautiful. Everything was a short walk from each other.

I have no complaints. It was the best place I stayed in out of my whole trip.

The price was reasonable, location was close to many shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. The pool and beach were good as well.

The unit we occupied had no washer/dryer as advertised, water was leaking onto floor from A/C unit and the TV had no power to it, the safe was inoperable.

Very nice, well kept, nicely landscaped grounds. Nice pools, including one overlooking the ocean. Our room was spacious.

There was no beach adjacent to the property. What little sand was visible had a path to it, but the path was blocked off. There was only 1 very tiny TV in the family room, but none in the bedrooms. The location was a bit of a walk from the restaurants and shops, but it was okay.

The location is well.

No tv in the bedrooms. No free breakfast. The furniture was uncomfortable. To have to pay for electricity.

The bedroom a/c did not work properly and after 5 pm there is no one in the reception or other attending person. Next morning repair guy said he would return in 30 minutes but never did, they offered to not charge me for electricity, which I did not know was an extra charge. Not well managed.

Air conditioning didn’t work at all. Sliding door was not secured you could just slide it open from the outside if you wanted too.

The high pressure sales pitch for the vacation club was not appropriated. Went to vacation not be pushed into another once in a lifetime opportunity.

The facilities were nice with beach access and 2 pools

I arrived in a very heavy rain. when I had been there before someone had shown me where my room was. I guess this time they did not want to get wet. The desk clerk pointed in a general direction and said the room was a pool view room. I walked all around the pool in a rain looking for the building. I had to check 8 buildings before finding my building which did not have any view of the pool. The irony is there was a model of the complex in the office. If he had been that adverse to getting wet himself he could have simply pointed where my room was on the model and I would have gotten only marginally wet. This is completely unacceptable
