The location worked well

Amazing value for money everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was like an oasis amongst the hostels we were otherwise staying in on the fisherman's trail.

O staff é super atencioso, educado, gentil e simpático. Só por isso já vale voltar. Os espaço é tranquilo e organizado, ambiente ótimo para relaxar.

La habitación de hotel súper grande,nos tocó la que tiene terraza con salida a la piscina y la verdad que es muy agradable y muy buenas vistas. Todo el personal muy amable,se me olvidó una chaqueta y me avisaron y la guardaron hasta que volví a por ella,tiene aparcamiento,esta cerca de la playa. Todo un 10 de verdad,volvería sin dudarlo. Las camas muy cómodas también y todo muy muy limpio, la habitación muy espaciosa.

Alojamento de passagem, Chegamos tarde e saímos muito cedo. Não usufruímos de nada, o quarto/alojamento era grande e confortável. Serviu-nos bem para o que se precisava. A mota ficou bem estacionada e vigiada.

Todo perfecto,habitación muy amplia con una terraza con vistas a los jardines y la piscina ,que se esta muy bien,los chicos de recepción muy simpáticos.Muy recomendable para estar tranquilo y relajarse.

La zona molto signorile

La camera difettava in pulizia . La camera per nulla insonorizzata . Si sentivano continuamente le porte delle altre stanze sbattere , e le tubature del Bagno di una stanza limitrofa erano rumorosissime . Nello spazio esterno si apro no tutte le stanze , una famiglia con bambini piccoli urlavano giorno e sera , giocavano a pallone davanti alle piscine facendo cadere la palla in acqua e vicino alle stanze . La colazione non era compresa , prestabilita in menu, scadente , povera e cara .

Un accueil chaleureux et très humain, je remercie Sandro et Philippe qui m'ont permis de passer un séjour très agréable en sécurité et la bienveillance.la chambre très spacieuse avec terrasse qui donne accès direct à la piscine. Et en 10/15 min à pieds du bord de mer.

De hotelkamer was erg ruim, dit was erg fijn. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en het hotel zit op een mooie locatie.

Buen espacio tanto en la habitación como exterior. El desayuno que sirven allí no estaba mal.

Se ve algo viejo pero soportable.

Ficámos nos quartos fora do edifício central. Sossegado, limpo, sem luxo (nem a fazer de conta que), mas com espaço. O sistema de pequeno-almoço é uma boa solução.

O snack-bar podia fazer refeições ligeiras ao longo do dia.

Ottima piscina su cui si affacciava la nostra stanza. Avevamo a disposizione anche uno spazio privato esterno con sedie e tavolino e la possibilità di stendere, quindi ottimo per chi come noi è sulla Rota Vicentina.

La camera era un po’ datata, ma pulita, il bagno era stato comunque rinnovato

L'hôtel est vraiment très beau. C'est tres pratique qu'il y est un bar dans l'hôtel. L'espace extérieur et la psicine sont très agreable. La chambre est grande, confortable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut !

La chambre est assez humide et il y a une odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain.

Πολύ καθαρό κατάλυμα, με ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και μια πολύ όμορφη πισίνα. Θα θέλαμε επίσης να ευχαριστήσουμε το προσωπικό που μας διευκόλυνε να κάνουμε check-in μία ώρα αργότερα από το προβλεπόμενο. Η εξυπηρέτησή τους ήταν εξαιρετική!

La ubicación

Las almohadas y la cama eran antiguas y muy incómodas

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een zwembad aanwezig, ruime kamer. Goede ligging en gratis parking met camerabewaking.

Kamers zijn heel gehorig, uitslapen zit er niet in. Kamers zijn sterk verouderd, vooral de badkamer is volledig gedateerd. Gevaar voor uitschuiven in het bad. Zeer harde bedden. (Ik kreeg wel onmiddellijk een extra topper aangeboden op de matras bij melding hiervan). Verduistering van de kamers is ondermaats. De gordijnen aan het raam zijn niet breed genoeg om het hele raam te bedekken. Geen parasols aan het zwembad ‘S avonds totaal geen sfeer en gezelligheid in het hotel. Geen verlichting in en rond het zwembad. Het hotel heeft zeker potentieel maar er een grondige renovatie en opwaardering van het geheel nodig. Kluis is te klein voor o.a. een laptop

La limpieza y la comodidad de todas las instalaciones, que aunque no son de construcción reciente, están muy bien cuidadas. No falta un detalle. Camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. Habitación perfecta, amplia y confortable, para pasar unos días de desconexión, con terraza con salida directa a la piscina y al bar del hotel. Quedan muy cerca dos playas preciosas: Praia da Luz, a la que se puede ir andando (unos 10 minutos) y a la maravillosa playa de Burgau, que tiene un encanto especial, encajonada entre acantilados en un pintoresco pueblo de pescadores. Destacar la profesionalidad y atención de los trabajadores del hotel. Tuvimos un problema de última hora que casi nos impide ir y nos lo solucionaron rapidamente añadiendo una cama supletoria para nuestra hija. Mención especial a los trabajadores Benjamín y Philippe, por su trato cercano, simpático educado y servicial, desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Yo si fuera el gerente del hotel, sin duda, les subiría el sueldo, por su profesionalidad y su calidad humana, pues trabajadores como ellos hacen a estos lugares idílicos aún más especiales... Muito obrigado!! Esperamos volver pronto!!

Nada! Todo fue perfecto! Lo único que no nos gustó fue que se nos hizo cortísima la estancia. La próxima vez, reservaremos más días...

Our third visit to the hotel, and we will go again! The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. the pool is lovely, and plenty of places to sit and relax. The best part are the staff, they are friendly, helpful ,kind and make you want to go back again. A short walk into town ( bit of a hill involved) but the town is full of restaurants, bars and shops. lovely sandy beach. Would recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel last weekend. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. My room was beautiful, cozy, and relaxing. One of the best parts was the lovely swimming pool view from my room, which created a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere. Everything was comfortable, and I truly felt at home during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my weekend so memorable!

The only thing I didn't like was that the swimming pool closed at 8:00 PM. During the summer in Portugal, the sun sets quite late, so closing the pool that early doesn't allow guests to enjoy it in the evening. I think it would be much better if the pool stayed open until at least 10:00 PM or even 11:00 PM. That would make the experience even more enjoyable.

De rust! Het is een heel rustig hotel en de omgeving ook.

De kamer is niet elke dag schoongemaakt. Dat is in 5 dagen maar 1x gebeurd en onze vloer zat onder het zand. De bedden zijn ook echt kei hard.. Voor de rest wel echt genoten. Heel schattig hotel met rustige buren.

Tranquilidade. Dispondo de poucos apartamentos, faz com que não haja muitos hóspedes e muito barulho.

It was amazing value for the price (in high season).

Staff members were friendly & helpful. Rooms are very spacious and the ground floor balcony opened out to the pool & bar/restaurant so was easy to access everything.

The room door was hard to lock & open only due being dated.

Heerlijk verblijf en een mooi zwembad met net ligbedden. We kregen een vervangende kamer nadat de airco het niet deed. Goede service.

Dat het restaurant om maandag gesloten is en ze deze dag geen ontbijt verzorgen. Overige dagen hebben we wel van het heerlijke ontbijt genoten.

El agua de la ducha inunda el baño y la puerta esta carcomida y no se podía cerrar por un listón que se fue soltando. Muy mala limpieza. Habitación al lado de la cafetería por lo que había muchi ruido por el Mundial. No funciona el WiFi

Grande chambre avec un grand lit, il y a 2 salles d'eau. Une pièce avec un divan, une table, un frigo, bouilloire électrique. Une belle terrasse. Piscine et abords très bien entretenus. Calme. Pour nous tout était parfait....

Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Allerdings auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein paar "kosmetische" Verbesserungen wären schön, um den Räumlichkeiten wieder zu neuem Glanz zu verhelfen. Das Personal freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Der nächstgelegene Strand war in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nutzten wir für einen Morgenspaziergang und einen Kaffe am Meer. Allerdings ging der Rückweg über fast die gesamte Strecke steil Bergauf. Zum Baden haben wir uns andere Buchten in der Umgebung besucht, die nicht touristisch überlaufen waren.

Everything about this place is great. Large comfortable room with small terrace and access to the lovely pool and garden area. All the staff are incredibly helpful and the bar has everything you need for breakfast and drinks and snacks throughout the day. Close to Luz and very accessible.

Grote ruime kamer, precies zoals op de foto's. Rustig hotel, fijn zwembad en een heerlijke douche. Verder waren er hele vriendelijke receptionisten.

Het bed was echt heel hard. Het personeel was zo vriendelijk om extra toppers erop te leggen, maar we konden de veren helaas nog steeds voelen steken..

As refeições não estão incluídas mas têm restaurante/bar . Na recepção o rapaz foi muito simpático e explicou como tudo funcionava mesmo a nossa estadia sendo só de 1 noite e que poderíamos pedir refeições e tinhamos acesso ao menu no quarto. O funcionário do restaurante/bar foi muito prestável pois vimos mal o horário da cozinha fizemos pedido na hora do fecho da mesma mas mesmo assim fomos servidos. O hambúrguer á vilamar era óptimo e a massa da pizza era caseira . Como fomos de mota foi possível colocar a mesma num estacionamento interior onde ficou mais protegida

A precisar de algumas melhorias, mas de forma geral e em relação ao preço é bom.

It was spacious and has free parking, the place feels calm while also not being too far away from the city center and other cities are also within a reasonable amount of time

The beds are quite hard and uncomfortable and also you can hear almost everything that other guests are doing, so if you are a light sleeper like me, I don’t think this is the best option. I could hear one guest snoring the whole night :(

O quarto era basicamente uma suite com 2 wcs. Muito bom.

Really liked the pool and very spacious room. Possiblility to have dinner and breakfast at the location, because it´s quite out of the center. Value for money!
