Netter Service, gutes Frühstück, schöne Poolanlage. Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel, aber auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen!

Pas de petit déjeuner avant 8h10 au mieux puisque le responsable commence la préparation du petit déjeuner à 8h. Bien dommage quand vous devez prendre l’avion et quitter l’hôtel pour 8h , aucune possibilité d’avoir un petit déjeuner alors que vous avez réservé avec petit dej compris

Sehr schöne und moderne Hotelanlage. Alles war sauber und modern eingerichtet, und das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück wird à la carte serviert. Die Auswahl ist nicht riesig, für uns aber völlig ausreichend. Zudem gibt es in der näheren Umgebung viele weitere Restaurants und Cafés. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Strand ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind modern und gut ausgestattet, wir hatten eine Suite und waren sehr zufrieden. Am Pool stehen ausreichend Liegen mit Auflagen zur Verfügung. Besonders positiv fanden wir auch die fairen Preise sowie die gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken am Pool. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.

Eigentlich nichts schlecht.... das einzige was ich blöd fand ist das die pool liegen von manchen in der Früh mit einem Handtuch typisch deutsch gleich mal reserviert wurden. Eigentlich war genügend Platz für alle und eine Reservierung nicht nötig

Unsere Unterkunft war sehr modern eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft fand sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand, so dass insgesamt die Lage sehr ruhig war, dennoch sehr zentral und somit alles schnell erreichbar war.

Smukt og stilet hotel beliggende i rolige omgivelser, få minutter fra stranden og en lille gåtur fra det pulserende byliv i Malia. Lille sted, der er drevet af lokal familie, som holder det hele utroligt pænt og rent og yder den bedste service. Meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Altid god plads ved poolen og mulighed for både sol og skygge under de store flotte palmer.

Stranden er ret turistet og Malia er præget af de mange natklubber og festglade unge - men det mærker man heldigvis ikke på Ammos.

Our stay was absolutely amazing, and I genuinely cannot fault the hotel, its beautiful surroundings, or the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, Yannis went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Due to a last-minute flight change, we had to check in outside of the usual check-in hours, but Yannis was incredibly accommodating. He welcomed us warmly, helped us take our bags to our room, and made sure everything was in order and that we were comfortable before leaving us to settle in. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location — just around a four-minute walk from the beach and right on the doorstep of some beautiful restaurants. It was the perfect location for our stay. What really stood out, though, was the genuine care and kindness shown by Yannis. During our holiday, my mum unfortunately fell unwell, and on the Sunday we needed medication when the pharmacies were closed. Yannis went completely out of his way to help us, arranging for the medication to be delivered directly to our hotel room. It made such a difference and helped my mum recover so quickly. We were incredibly grateful for his kindness and thoughtfulness during what could have been a very stressful situation. I stay in a lot of hotels, and it is very rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about every guest in the way Yannis does. His hospitality felt sincere, personal, and completely above and beyond what you would normally expect. Even on our final day, when Yannis was not going to be at the hotel, he made sure to wish us safe travels. That small gesture really summed up the level of care he showed us throughout our entire stay. We had a truly wonderful experience and would happily return. A beautiful hotel, fantastic location, spotless and spacious rooms, and, most importantly, exceptional staff.

The only thing I would say is there was only 1 mirror in the room which was in the bathroom. A full length mirror would have been ideal for the girls that like to see their outfits but genuinely this is minor. Overall my only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer and the hotel is sold out for a majority of next year.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The location is honestly the best of both worlds: you're a couple of minutes from Malia centre and a super short walk down to the beach, but you're tucked away from the noise, so you can actually sleep and relax. The apartments are beautiful and really comfortable, and the whole place is spotless: rooms, pool area, everywhere. The pool and gardens were lovely to spend the day around, and breakfast was very nice. The staff were more than we could have asked for: warm, helpful and genuinely welcoming. We came as a group of friends and every one of us would come back without hesitation. Highly recommended.

The accommodation had a good location, close to the beach while also being within easy walking distance of the main street connecting the beach area with the centre of Malia.

Unfortunately, the service and attitude of the hotel staff were, to put it mildly, very disappointing! particularly during check-in. The staff member checking us in asked to see my passport, which I provided without any issue. While he was entering my details, I simply asked out of curiosity why my passport was specifically required rather than another form of identification, given that the hotel is located in a European country and I am an EU citizen. His reaction was immediately defensive and irritated. Instead of simply explaining the reason, he questioned me as a guest, asking if this was my first time staying at a hotel, and spoke to me in a very condescending manner. This was particularly unnecessary given that he already had my passport in his hands and I was simply asking a genuine question. During my trip to Crete, I stayed at six different hotels, and I have never experienced staff who were anywhere near as unprofessional or unpleasant as this. Unfortunately, the way we were treated left a very negative first impression of the hotel. That being said, I understand from other reviews that the owner and regular staff are generally very well regarded, and my understanding is that the person dealing with our check-in was not the owner or one of the regular staff members. Therefore, I hope this was an isolated incident rather than a reflection of the hotel's usual standard of service.

Nous avons aimé la chambre ainsi que les installations, la piscine est superbe aussi et toujours propre. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas un petit-déjeuner continentale classique mais cela reste superbe et la proposition est délicieuse.

Η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής για το δωμάτιο 302 δεν ήταν σωστή. Το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση και θα έπρεπε να υπήρχε μια πιο χαμηλή χρέωση ,κατά την άποψη μας. Το μπάνιο και το κλιματιστικό τουλάχιστον χρήζουν ανακαίνισης. Σαφώς και μπορείτε να το κοστολογήσετε όσο θέλετε. Επιπλέον στο πρωινό δεν υπήρχε κατάλογος στα ελληνικά και όταν ζητήθηκε, το σέρβις απάντησε ότι είναι όλοι στα αγγλικά. Επιπλέον μια καλύτερη συνεννόηση της ρεσεψιόν θα ήταν θεμιτή καθώς πληρώσαμε την διαμονή στο check in , και κατά το check out μας ζήτησαν εκ νέου να πληρώσουμε.

We had a wonderful stay at Ammos Boutique Apartments & Suites. What stood out the most was the people. Gregory is truly the soul of the hotel: always kind, welcoming and smiling while serving us breakfast every morning. He also gave us some great recommendations on places to visit. Jannis was equally helpful, suggesting excellent restaurants and family-friendly places to enjoy during our stay. The outdoor area, including the pool, is beautiful: very tastefully designed, relaxing and comfortable. Overall, a lovely place with a very welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel has two quite different types of accommodation: a newer, more modern building and an older, more traditional one, where we stayed. Although our apartment was comfortable and spacious, it was not exactly what we had expected based on the photos when booking. As we were travelling with a baby, we would also have appreciated staying on the ground floor, as carrying the baby stroller up and down the stairs every day was not very convenient.

I can only recommend this place - we had a fantastic stay! Everything is as described and in the photos. Very clean and pretty everywhere. Lovely, comfortable rooms with new furniture and nice, spacious terrace (the new building - we didn't stay in the original rooms). Good size fridge in the room. Beautiful pool area with comfortable sun loungers. The staff are all so welcoming and helpful - great hosts! We had a lot of restaurant recommendations from Yannis, which were all superb! The food and drinks in the pool bar are good quality, too. 2 minutes walk to the beach (nice and clean) where you can rent sun loungers. 1 minute walk to the nearest shop, and 5 minutes walk to the main street. I would definitely recommend walking to old town Malia (20 minutes walk) - very pretty and the best restaurants! Despite the hotel being so close to the main street, it was perfectly quiet in the evening. Thanks for a wonderful holiday - we hope to return!

Only a few minor comments. It would have been nice with a stock-up of toiletries - but no problem to get it when we asked for it. A few more hooks for towels in the room would be practical.

Fijn zwembad en service

Wij misten een afgesloten deel om buiten te zitten. We hadden wel een terras maar dan zat je in de nek te hijgen van degene die aan het zwembad lagen. Vooral ‘s avonds hadden we het prettig gevonden om nog buiten te zitten op ons terras. Soms waren er ook te weinig bedden bij het zwembad.

Netjes, schoon, rustig, kleinschalig, modern, dagelijkse schoonmaakservice, fijne bedjes bij het zwembad. Alles in de buurt: zee, winkels, restaurants en toch rustig.

Handdoeken service voor zwembad / strand zou fijn zijn.

Notre chambre était remplie de fourmis, nous avions du sang sur les draps et des taches sur les rideaux et sur le lit (on aurait dit du vomis). Le sol n’a pas été lavé pendant notre séjour et même avant notre arrivée. Il collait, il y avait des marques au sol et j’en passe. Nous avions des taches sur les linges de l’hôtel. La douche ne fermait pas et elle était vraiment salle. La cuisine était salle aussi, nous avions des morceaux d’aliments sur les chaises et la table. La Clim fonctionne 1 fois sur 2. Le lit est dur comme de la pierre. De plus, la responsable n’est vraiment pas très aimable car malgré que nous avons demandé un geste de leur part elle m’a confirmé que son hôtel était propre et qu’elle savait ce qu’il valait. Elle n’a pas été correcte au téléphone avec nous et nous traitait de menteur alors que nous avons toutes les preuves en photo. Je ne pense pas qu’avoir un logement qui n’est pas propre doit être convenable pour un client. Il y a pleins d’autres hôtels à Malia et je ne vous conseillerai vraiment pas cet hôtel.

Tolle Atmosphäre, sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück haben wir genauso genossen, wie den abendlichen Cocktails am Pool. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Meerblick. Nahe der Partymeile und dem Strand und trotzdem ruhig. Tolle, große Terrasse. Wir haben um einen größeren Tisch gebeten und ihn direkt am nächsten Tag bekommen. Alle waren sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend.

Im Apartment fehlt es an Ablageflächen, im 2. Schlafzimmer war nicht mal ein Schrank/Regal oder Kleiderhaken. Betten sind etwas hart für unseren Geschmack. Bad müsste dringend renoviert werden.

This is absolutely an incredible nice place to stay, excellent location just outside the fuss of Malia, the strip on walking distance and the beach on less the 200 meters What really makes this place excellent is the staff, family owned, service with a smile, friendly, helpfull, warm. From the cleaning ladies to the bar and kitchen employees. All excellent! The often seen Greek slogan: come as a guest, leave as a friend is made real by Gregory, Maria, Yannis, Cook Maria and the two hard working cleaning ladies. It has everything you need and is small and cosy enough to avoid the real crowdiness A great place to visit in Malia for a low price if you see what you get!

The room could use some attention here and there but they are redecorating all rooms. We were short in storage space but that’s all.

Muito mau pequeno-almoço, cobraram no final despesas que, supostamente, estariam incluídas no pequeno-almoço. A empregada de limpeza entrava no quarto sem bater à porta enquanto estávamos a dormir, violando regras básicas de privacidade. O staff é, em termos gerais, bastante incompetente. Não recomendamos.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt im Ammos Boutique Apartments & Suites in Malia. Die Lage ist ideal: zentral genug, um zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und die bezaubernde Altstadt bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, und gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig, um entspannte Urlaubstage zu genießen. Unsere Suite direkt am Pool war wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und bot den perfekten Rahmen für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, frisch und ein gelungener Start in jeden Urlaubstag. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Yannis. Mit seiner Aufmerksamkeit, seiner Hilfsbereitschaft und seiner herzlichen Art hat er unseren Aufenthalt wirklich magisch gemacht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Wir können das Ammos Boutique Apartments & Suites uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Ένας επίγειος παράδεισος,κοντά σε μαγαζιά αλλά τόσο ήσυχο και χαλαρωτικό μέρος.... Οι οικοδεσπότες άψογοι σε όλα τους και φιλικοτατοι,το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και το πρωινό πεντανόστιμο! Καθημερινή καθαριότητα στα δωμάτια,τα οποία είναι μεγάλα και άνετα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά!

Poolside room was fantastic. The room layout was spacious and well thought out. Pool and beds were great too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Situated perfectly for local bars and restaurants, and also close to the beach. Perfect for chilling by the pool.

Small thing I know, but Housekeeping. We were provided with water and toiletries when we arrived, but these were never topped up. Coffee machine was provided but only 2 pods were ever supplied. We ended up buying 3 in 1sachets for the rest of the week. Used glasses and cups were left where they were found.

Bij aankomst kregen wij een kamer upgrade, een zeer mooie kamer met prachtig balkon en uitzicht. De medewerkers waren heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was super! We hebben ondanks ons korte verblijf erg genoten

L’hôtel est beau, très design. L’infrastructure et le cadre sont agréable. L’hôtel est à taille humaine. On s’y sent bien. Le personnel et la propriétaire sont disponibles et attentionnés. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner extra (pas de buffet, petit déjeuner à la carte). J’ai tellement aimé mon séjour que j’ai voulu le prolonger, mais l’hôtel était victime de So succès et déjà complet. Si vous chercher un hôtel à Malia, je vous le recommande!

L emplacement et le calme, la gentillesse du personnel

Sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage , mit einem großen, sehr sauberen Pool, umgeben von Palmen. Der Hausherr. Yanis war sehr um den Wohl der Gäste bemüht und wir hatten einen sehr herzlichen Kontakt mit ihm . Direkt über die kleine Straße ist eine Taverne mit einem wunderschönen Garten in dem sich meine Frau und ich verliebt haben. Auch hier wurden wir sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Das Essen war auch da wunderbar.

Es gibt 2 neue Gebäude mit Suiten die sehr modern und ansprechend sind, und ein Gebäude mit Doppelzimmern der etwas in die Jahren gekommen sind. Die Zimmer sind Sauber aber etwas unpraktisch. Es fehlt an Ablagen und schrankkapazität, und so habe ich mein Koffer ar nicht ausgepackt. Zum sitzen gab es keine Stühle sondern nur 2 Hocker. Laut dem Besitzer werden diese Zimmer diesen Winter renoviert.

On se sent bien, dans un logement luxueux, un cadre idyllique, que ce soit la décoration de la chambre très spacieuse et de ses équipements, comme l'agencement extérieur, du parc, de la piscine directement accessible... Petit déjeuner sympathique. Bon emplacement, proximité plage et ville très animée. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Rien, si ce n’est éventuellement mettre deux ou trois petits porte-manteaux ou serviettes sur les parties de mur côté salle de bain et d’eau afin de pouvoir accrocher du linge. Et faire de vrais jus de fruits pressés pour le petit déjeuner.

In het levendige Malia vindt je deze accommodatie in een oase van rust. Dichtbij stranden en vele restaurantjes op loopafstand. Vriendelijk personeel. Kleinschalig. Er wordt met een ontbijtmenukaart gewerkt, zodat voedselverspilling wordt voorkomen. Heerlijke ontbijtjes met zorg bereid. De nieuwe accommodaties zijn top ingericht en het ontbreekt aan niets.

We verbleven met 5 volwassenen en 1 baby in 2 appartementen. 1 nieuw/gerenoveerd appartement, deze was erg mooi en volledig ingericht en 1 bestaand appartement welke erg aan renovatie toe was. Miste werkende airco in 2e slaapkamer (dit werd na 2 slapeloze nachten netjes opgelost door 1 persoon te verhuizen naar nieuwbouwkamer). Miste kast in 2e slaapkamer (stond kaptafel, maar waar laat je je kleding?) en bij de Ikea schuifdeurkast in hoofdkamer vielen de kastdeuren eruit.

Personal war freundlich, hotel war sauber , Zimmer war top, bis auf der TV hatten keine deutschen Sender aber man guckt ja eh kein TV.

Großes minus ist das Frühstücksangebot. Es gibt paar Varianten zur Auswahl wie zum Beispiel: pancakes mit Schokolade, saison Früchte, Teller mit Brot, Käse und Tomaten und 2-3 weiter dinge. Ich wollte einmal den Brot , käse Teller und zusätzlich die pancakes und da wurde mir gesagt man darf nur eine Sache bestellen. Also wenn man bock auf Früchte hat ,kriegt man diese aber darf dann halt kein frühstücksteller mehr bestellen. Und wenn man sich für brot entscheidet darf man keine Nachspeise wie pancakes mehr bestellen. Das war so ziemlich kacke und man wird halt nicht satt und da ist uns das frühstücken auch vergangen und deshalb bin ich morgens immer los gegangen hab uns Brötchen auflage etc selbst gekauft und wir haben aufn Balkon gefrühstückt . Das frühstücksangebot muss definitiv überarbeitet werden.

The hotel consists of two parts, a newer and an older section. The new part is absolutely superb, and the pool area is stunningly beautiful! They also offer a very delicious breakfast and lunch menu. The hotel is run by a very sweet, welcoming, and warm couple who made us feel right at home. Our family room was located in the older part. While it feels a bit dated, it was still nice and practical for our needs. Highly recommended, and I would definitely recommend this place to others and love to come back! A small tip: I would strongly suggest adding the hotel's breakfast to your booking – it's totally worth it!

We had knowingly chosen a room with a kitchen so we could prepare our own meals. Unfortunately, the kitchen was poorly equipped and the appliances didn’t work very well, so we quickly abandoned that plan and instead visited the wonderful nearby restaurants.

Les lits étaient confortables avec une belle grandeur pour les deux chambres.

Nous étions trois personnes adultes. Il n'y avait pas trois chaises dans la cuisine pour pouvoir y manger. Il y avait seulement deux fauteuils sur le patio (nous ne pouvions être tous les trois dehors en même temps). Il manquait de l'équipement dans la cuisine: pas de savon, torchon, essuie-vaisselle, pas de verres à vin,...La vue était supposée être sur un jardin mais en réalité c'était un tas de roches qui étaient devant le patio! La plage située à quelques minutes à pied n'est pas vraiment accessible car les hotels sur le bord de l'eau y ont installés des dizaines de parasols sans possibilité de pouvoir marcher le long de l'eau. à la piscine, il faut prévoir d'apporter soi-même sa serviette de plage pour une utilisation de la piscine car l'hôtel n'en fourni pas. Pas pratique lorsqu'on voyage en avion avec un bagage de cabine où il n'y a pas de place pour apporter ce type d'équipement (serviette de plage/piscine).

De inrichting van de nieuwe kamers is echt super, leuke Ibiza style. Schoonmaak is keurig. Personeel vriendelijk.

The location was superb. 3 mins walk to the beach. 1 min to the nearest shop. I stayed in one of their modernised apartments and it was superb. The house cleaning was excellent and almost invisible. The loungers by the pool were great. The dining area neat. The food quality excellent.

Nothing. In fact I hope to return again.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr modern, aber auch sehr gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind super, auch WC und Dusche waren separat. Die Dusche war sehr geräumig und sogar mit Regendusche ausgestattet. Es hatte im Bad wie in der Toilette auch ein Fenster zum lüften, ist ebenfalls ein Vorteil. Die Betten waren ebenfalls sehr bequem und um die Kleider zu verstauen gab es auch einen schönen Schrank. Balkon war ebenfalls schön gross mit bequemen Stühlen, einem schönen Tischchen und Balkonverglasung mit Blick auf den Pool. Der Pool ist ebenfalls toll und rundherum gibt es genug hochwertige Liegestühle, Sonnenschirmen etc. Die Gartenanlage ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und schön gestaltet.

Es hat mir alles gefallen, habe nichts negatives zum sagen.

Ruhige Anlage in der Nähe des Meeres. Schöner Pool mit Bar. Ich war im April da, also nicht immer genug Sonne. Eine halbe Stunde vom Flughafen Hiraklion entfernt und eine schöne Umgebung.

Lieliska atrašanās vieta. Netālu no pludmales. Tuvumā daudz piedāvājumi, kur baudīt vakariņās autentisko grieķu virtuvi. Lielisks brokastu piedāvājums. Baudījām sauli, mieru skaisti izveidotā vidē pie baseina palmu ēnā. Ļoti romantiska vieta.

Sehr gute Lage nah am Strand, hervorragende Restaurants und Läden in der Nähe. Geräumige und komfortable Zimmer, super Betten, sehr luxuriöses Bad mit zwei Duschen! Großer Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge oder aufs Meer. Freundliches Personal, familiäre Atmosphäre. Netter Swimmingpool mit Gartenanlage. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Es gibt kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern einzelne Speisen (zB Pancakes, Spiegelei, belegte Toasts...), die man bestellt und die direkt an den Tisch gebracht werden. Ist etwas anders, als ich es gewöhnt war, aber ebenfalls sehr gut.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, ruhige Lage und dennoch nahe am Meer und Geschäften/ Restaurants

Frühstück war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig da nur in Auswahl möglich: Toast oder Joghurt oder Pancake oder Omelette. Es fiel aber lecker und reichlich aus. Dass ein Cappucino separat bezahlt werden muss, da nur Filterkaffee inklusiv ist, finde ich etwas kleinlich. Küchenzeile im Appartement war gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, lediglich Utensilien zum Geschirrspülen haben wir vermisst.

The comfort of the room

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Deluxe Zimmer inkl. Bad modern und schön. Auch das Personal sowie die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und haben unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Der Pool war perfekt und es waren viele tolle Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

In den Zimmern hat uns eine weitere Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen von Kleidung, Jacken oder Handtüchern gefehlt - zusätzliche Haken wären toll. Unser 3-Bett Superior-Apartment war etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ansonsten in Ordnung.
