ห้องน้ำจริงๆโดยรวมสะอาด แต่ว่าพื้นห้องน้ำไม่ได้ล้างและเช็ดทำความสะอาดดีๆ ทำให้มีรอบคราบปัสสาวะค้างอยู่บริเวณโถส้วม คาดหวังกับสระว่ายน้ำและยิม แต่คนใช้บริการเยอะพอสมควรซึ่งเข้าใจได้ แต่พอมีบริการให้คนภายนอกมาใช้งาน เป็นสมาชิก เลยทำให้ความเป็นส่วนตัวที่อยากได้ลดลงมากๆ จนไม่อยากไปใช้ยิม

The best place to stay at the river. Good for a conference with a very large venue. There are lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Lucking coffee, too. What a bargain price for a room compared to US rates! Highly recommended MeuterMedia

This hotel is absolutely outrageous—it feels like I’ve been robbed. I booked the hotel through Hotels.com, but just two minutes after making the reservation, I called the hotel directly to request a change to the reservation date. The hotel told me that no changes could be made. I then contacted Hotels.com and asked them to reach out to the hotel on my behalf. The Hotels.com representative attempted to contact the hotel more than ten times, but each time, they said they couldn’t get through. After a great deal of investigation, I discovered that the hotel had actually blocked incoming calls from Hotels.com, making it impossible for them to get in touch. Because Hotels.com needs to coordinate with the hotel in order to process any date changes or cancellations, nothing could be done. As a result, I paid for a stay I never used. To make matters worse, when I spoke with the hotel’s front desk manager, they told me they could cancel the reservation—but that I wouldn’t receive a refund. I reached out to both the hotel and IHG Group (the hotel’s parent company), but received no response at all. Hotels.com then told me they couldn’t issue a refund unless the hotel agreed to it. The whole situation is completely absurd.

Our mornings were made spectacular by the amazing breakfast! Despite the bustling atmosphere, Elma in the restaurant welcomed us with warm smiles and attentive service, making us feel right at home. A special shoutout to Jerry Tang, Lily Zhong, and Lily Yao for their exceptional hospitality! The entire concierge team went above and beyond, ensuring we felt special throughout our stay. The location is amazing it's not our first time here ,and hence why we always come back. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! 🙌✨

i had long stay in this hotel, there is power outage on on3 night and it did not get fixed in time. we were suffering in this very hot summer day.

Nothing special. Basic business hotel in Fuzhou.

hardwares are not in the best conditions there are rooms for improvement.

We stayed two nights here as a bit far from Guangzhou city centre but a good spacious, bright hotel. Good service, comfortable clean rooms and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was more towards the local taste, but a wide variety was on offer with interesting local twists. Overall a good place to stay if you are headed to this location. Their concierge services were always there to help us with taxis, locations etc.

There are Fuli Center around, as well as Rongqiao shopping mall, when the weather is good, you can also go to the riverside park next to the hotel. It was quick to order room service, thanks to Nicki and housekeeping for coordinating more hangers when I had too many clothes.

The price difference is very bad, and the front desk staff has a bad attitude.

This is my first trip to Fuzhou. My friends and I live in this hotel. This hotel gives us attentive service. In addition, I am attracted by the beautiful river view on the 25th floor of this hotel. We enjoyed delicious afternoon tea here and received the considerate service of Sally and Fiona. Thank them very much. I hope I can come here again.

Sally was so helpful and friendly.The club.floor welcome.was beyond expectations .I visited with my friend who is a professional athelete who had broken his leg.He was impressed by the kind attentiveness of all the staff upon check in,bellboys and finally Sally in the Club lounge.Thanks to all.

We have stayed at other IHG hotels in Fuzhou this one is by far our favorite Crowne Plaza Riverside while visiting Fuzhou. The staff is excellent and the location is ideal. Wanda plaza is 10 minutes away and the surrounding area are great for walks along the river. We will be back

Hotel location was perfect. Hotel staffs were friendly and warmly. Front office manager Nora was very nice. She arranged the Nice room in advance for me.The view of the room also beautiful. I will recommend this hotel to my friends

Due to the close vicinity to our business partner’s office, I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, even though it is not the only 5-star choice in the area. Familiarity doesn’t seem to breed contempt here... Every time I go, there’s a tap of joy to check in this same one: the room, the view, and the breakfast buffet... all seem to play a role. I don’t know when this pleasant mood will eventually wane, but probably not for the next 5-10 times...

Stay 2 nights and attending annual workshop with 300 colleagues in Crowne Plaza Fuzhou. Very spacious and flexible in accommodating guests needs. Different kinds of cuisine available within the hotel to meet guests from all over the world. Will definitely bring my family stay again in this hotel in my next leisure trip.

Hotel staff was friendly and professional, Christmas decorations in the lobby were beautiful, the Japanese restaurant was great, the breakfast buffet was pretty good (but not the best I've had in China). Room was comfortable with a great view of the river, the glass partition between the bed and the bathtub was weird and seemed unnecessary and awkward. Climate control left something to be desired, it was a little bit too warm in the room. Overall this was a good stay for a short business trip!

When you find a good thing, its good to stick with it. This was my 2nd stay, and nothing could have made it a better stay. The front desk crew was absolutely top notch, helping me with business centre communications and excellent customer service, including the restaurants, located on the river, overlooking recreational areas. Too many good people to name them all, or risk leaving a name out.

I've stayed at the Crowne Plaza many (>5) times in the past 6 months also. A great stay at the beginning led to the subsequent ones. The rooms are spacious and clean. The river view is beautiful. Breakfasts cannot be better. Will stay there again!

A good 5 star Hotel with very tastefully furnished rooms. The bed is luxuriously comfortable to sleep in and the furniture arrangement in the room is good, with a nice working space too. The breakfast spread is ok and housekeeping very helpful. I would stay here again.

I stayed one night at the Crowne Plaza. Staff was very nice. Service for reception was good. Room was clean and had nice view. I would recommend for those on business to stay at this property. We left very early and they provided a take away box for breakfast.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and courteous. They fall over their feet to assist in every manner. Food standards also good. The Manager and his staff need to get a 5 star rating. I have stayed at this hotel many times and the services just get's better every time.

First room smelt smoke and they moved us to different room The room was too warm at night. It felt like the hotel turned off the A/C after 1 or 2 am. Tried to adjust the setting from the thermostat but won’t work. The hotel employee couldn’t do it either. The rest room was pretty dirty. The shower wall turned yellowish. The cleaning lady didn’t clean our room. She was just tidying up the bedsheets and comforters. We had to call them back and they came back to vacuum and cleaned restroom as well. I was going to use the swimming pool and the manager said that i couldn’t swim unless i had my hat on. However I didn’t bring my swim hat. The manager said “You could buy it from us but it was really expensive “ . I decided to return to room. I called fhe guest service to complain. They said they could actually lend a hat to me without paying. I was confuse. If they could lend it to customer, why they didn’t offer at first time. There were also illegal taxi driver went inside the hotels and asked if we wanted a ride. I had never experienced 4 stars hotel that allow illegal taxi driver to come inside. I supposed to stay there for 4 days but decided to leave after 2 nd day. The positive thing was the breakfast buffet was great.

Concierge was not very helpful. When enquired whether the hotel has transfer to the airport, I was informed that the hotel does and l can do a booking 1 day before the day of leaving. When the day came to make a booking, I was informed that there is no transfer available and I have to find my own way to the airport.

Stayed 2 nights here. Overall it was a very comfortable stay, nice big room, pocketed spring bed, very clean housekeeping and yes, the breakfast was very very good. The food tasted so much better than those in town. Only setback was location, which is right in the middle of a development zone. Getting a taxi is a big challenge. Other than this, it's perfect

Lovely spacious room, very comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, had no problem ordering taxis. Lobby area is nicely laid out and decorated with plenty of seating.

I booked this Crown Plaza because I had an excellent experience with Crown Plaza in Suzhou China. I booked through Expedia online. I started we have three people, but the there was only one bed choice. I thought it must be a king bed with a sofa bed like what we had in Tokyo. This is in China and there should be better bedding and more space in China. OMG, I was wrong!!! The room comes one single bed or two single beds. We needed to buy the bed for $62, and the bed was even smaller than the single bed. If I have to pay $79 (or $123 original price) plus $62, I would at least expect a comfortable beds to sleep in. I paid one and cancelled the rest of three nights staying. Another bad policy this hotel has is at the pool. It has a ok in door pool, but the policy requires guest to wear a swimming cap. Seriously, I am on vacation, not in swimming competition! Anyway this is the first time I am giving a need improvement review out of my twenty years of traveling time.
