C’est notre deuxième séjour à terra foss Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant, ils nous ont même monté nos bagages au studio et ils étaient lourds 🫣🫣 Le 1 er séjour on avait loué une chambre (très belle) et la seconde fois on a loué un studio (plus spacieux) mais la chambre est plus jolie. La prochaine fois je reprendrais une chambre et c’est moins cher que le studio. Mais tout était propre Merci pour le beau séjour

L’accueil du propriétaire et ses attentions (eau, café, thé, vin). Il nous a donné plein d’aides pratiques sur Naxos et la ville.

Location

Great location just a few steps from the cobbled old town streets and about a 10 min walk to the ferry port and famous Portara. A very popular restaurant just around the corner. Quiet despite being really central. Clean and spacious enough. Small balcony with a nice view, space to dry washing, a table and chairs for drinks outside. Little kitchenette, big bed, nice shower/bathroom. TV, hairdryer, WiFi, food air conditioning

Wasn’t aware from the pictures that there a quite a lot of steps up to the property. If you are arriving with bulky luggage there is a sloped access around the corner which would have been good to know before we arrived. The host told us as we were checking out, so whilst that was helpful it’s probably worth mentioning to guests before they arrive so that they don’t think they have to carry heavy luggage up the steps and there is another way. There was a bit of drama with the host. She called me in the middle of the day whilst I was at the beach and was very intense/rude. She said that she had been in my room and noticed the bedsheets were “not ok” and said that they were “stained”, and she said things that implied I was careless/dirty, and threatened to charge me for new sheets. We had given a €100 cash deposit as requested upon arrival, so obviously I was concerned. I explained I hadn’t eaten, drank or worn makeup/sunscreen in the bed so I wasn’t sure what she was referring to. We eventually agreed that I would return to the room to look at the “dirty” sheets myself, then she would wash the sheets the next day, separately from other rooms and we would go from there. When I returned to the room later that day to review the sheets, they were completely spotless as I had thought. I didn’t hear from her again about this after the sheets were changed the following day. So it wasn’t very nice being wrongly accused, having my deposit threatened and then having this unresolved and hanging over me for the whole holiday. There was no mention of it again or at check out, and as I have said the sheets were fine when I went back to check. so I can only assume it was a mixup with another room, and I received no apology or explanation. I understand mistakes happen but the communication was poor. Jumping straight to threatening to charge felt disproportionate.

Great location near centre of town but incredibly quiet, modern and fully equipped including great AV setup, efficient and informative check in, good recommendations for restaurants etc

The building and the room are elegantly decorated typically of this island. All spaces are large which contributes a lot to the overrall comfort. The top floor terrace is splendid, besides a lot of space you get a panoramic view over the town and sea.

Posizione ottima vicina al porto di Naxos. Staff molto gentile e molto disponibile nel fornire indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare. Struttura comoda, pulita e non gli mancava proprio nulla!

Great place for our short visit to Naxos. The room was quite comfortable with lots of practical features for a couple living out of suitcases. Having a private balcony gave some extra space, great for a cuppa in the morning or a late afternoon beer/ wine. The location just outside town was great. Loved the rooftop area too. It had fantastic views.

A few very small grumbles. The aircon is noisy, which was disappointing. The other guests were quite noisy at all hours of the night - which they weren't really responsible for, but it was annoying nevertheless. The shower is good but sprays water everywhere! I found the bed pretty soft but that's probably a matter of taste...

Great location in Chora city centre, easily accessible and very close to the beach. Very nice balcony with an amazing sunset everyday. We also liked that the hotel can provide you with beach rackets, beach umbrella etc. Overall the room is pretty nice.

Mattresses are super super soft hence not very comfortable and the everyday cleaning is very light - I understand the aim of being more eco-friendly but a bit of vacuuming or brooming could be nice when close to a beach.

Tutto, ci sono tutti i confort immaginabili e l’accoglienza e l’assistenza ricevuta è stata perfetta, posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro e anche la spiaggia, ha anche un piccolo supermarket a pochi metri.

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena. Nuestro apartamento y el baño eran amplios para 4 personas. La pequeña cocina también es suficiente. Estuvimos muy cómodos gracias también al pequeño espacio exterior. El edificio está situado muy cerca del centro y del puerto de Chora, pero en una calle tranquila. La terraza común de arriba está muy bien decorada, es muy cómoda y ofrece unas vistas preciosas. Hay una fuente con agua potable en la que se pueden rellenar las botellas que encontrarás en la nevera de tu apartamento. Se proveen toallas de playa y sombrilla. Las habitaciones las limpian todos los días y las sábanas y toallas nos las cambiaron el tercer día. El personal es super amable y nos ayudaron con todas las dudas que teníamos. Sin duda alguna recomendamos este alojamiento y si volvemos a Naxos volveremos a alojarnos aquí.

Πολυ μικρά δωματια. Απαράδεκτο να ζητάνε εγγύηση 100€ για τυχόν ζημιές και να μας λενε να προσεξουμε να μην λερωσουμε τα σεντονια. Επίσης, πολλές σκάλες και καμία βοήθεια με τις βαλίτσες.

The manager has been very kind and professional with us . Our ferry was late but she waited us . She gave us good advices concerning the island , the good restaurants and beaches… The room was very clean , and the sea view very beautiful .

Værelset var ret lille, særligt for to voksne med kufferter.

The room’s amenities are pretty nice (water heater, fridge, coffee maker, plates). The staff is super friendly and kind and the location of the hotel is perfect (not even a 5 minute walk to the centre).

The only thing we did not enjoy as much was the bed as it wasn’t quite comfortable.

Η ερώτηση προς την κόρη μου (που είναι 23 ετών) για το εάν είναι ενήλικη (καθώς είναι adults only), γεγονός που δεν έχω ξανασυναντήσει σε πάμπολλα καταλύματα που έχω μείνει, καθώς αφορά κυρίως την πολιτική κάποιων καταλυμάτων να μη δέχονται πολύ μικρά παιδιά. Επίσης, το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό για τρίκλινο, ενώ τα μαξιλάρια θα μπορούσαν να είναι καλύτερα.

The room was super clean and beautiful. We loved our private balcony and the rooftop bar with the beautiful sunset. The shower and AC worked perfectly. We were also very positively surprised with how well equipped the kitchenette was and how big the fridge was. It was also very nice that they had coffe and tea in the room that was free to use and that we got two big glass bottles that we could fill with drinking water on the rooftop. We also really appreciated that they cleaned the room every day. Overall a wonderful place to stay! Will recommend it to friends and family:)

literally everything! i’d come back again and again to this super lovely place. - the staffs are super nice and friendly and helpful - the room is very well designed for a practical use- all the sockets are exactly where you’ll need them to be. it’s so obviously that they thought of everything when designing the room. - they provide beach towels - shower towels and bedsheets are changed every 3 days, i think it’s a very good balance between freshness and eco friendly. they change the bathroom floor mat everyday tho, which is super sweet. - daily cleaning, the floor is wiped and bathroom and even balcony is cleaned. no sandy floors😍 - well equipped kitchenette, freezer in the fridge works well and cold enough for ice cream - pretty, clean, practical bathroom. shower has 3 modes- shower head/ back massage/ ceiling head, water pressure excellent. - we arrived at Naxos around midnight, the self checkin instructions are clear and easy (they even tell us a way with least stairs to reach from the port) - location is amazing. might seem a bit out of the main area on the map but it’s so accessible to everything and so quiet at night. - wifi strong and stable, no problems with video meetings even. - we booked the room without sea view but the roof terrace is opened daily until 22:30, super clean and cozy. it’s breezy and with the most beautiful aegean sunset and port view.

nothing major and really nothing that would stop us from booking this place again and recommend to friends. if i have to name something is that the tap water in the room is not drinkable maybe it’s an island thing. they don’t provide bottled water but there are 2 glass bottles you can fill drinking water at the top floor. it wasn’t a problem for us and the 6*1,5L bottled water from supermarket was like 3€ if you don’t like the taste of tab water. Also they kinda forgot our (and the couple in the next room)’s checkout time. we both requested 8:30, and the info sheet in the room also says checkout starts at 8:30, but when we called the manager on the checkout day 8:40 because no one showed up they sounded a bit confused and said checkout usually starts at 9:00. Anyways despite the misunderstanding there’s a phone at the reception to call them and they arrived within 7 min, nice and friendly as always, wasn’t a big problem. JFYI to double check with them maybe the day before your departure especially when you have an early ferry like us.

The blackouts didn’t work at all, at 6am the room was full of light. No noise from the streets but you can ear the other guests inside the building

Logement au quasi centre de Naxos. Tout à pied. Toit terrasse pour apéro avec vue sur les toits et mer. Extra. L’appartement fait partie d’un immeuble avec une réception. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Serviettes de plage à disposition. Bémol quant au fait que pas un plaid à disposition uniquement un drap. Notre appartement était au RDC donnant sur les escaliers de la rue avec passage. Néanmoins petit coin pour s’assoir en extérieur. Caution de 100€ à donner en espèces à l’arrivée. Assez simple de se garer pas trop loin. Tout peut se faire à pied. Arrivée en ferry à pied du port en 7 minutes.

Logement un peu sombre. Manque des ustensiles dans la cuisine. Comme un éplucheur de légumes. Pas d’eau dans la chambre uniquement des bouteilles en verre vides à remplir tout en haut de l’immeuble. Pas confort pas pratique.

I cannot say better things about this place. Quiet, super clean, very well decorated and a gorgeous location close to everything you may ever want, and about 600 feet from the beach and some of the best restaurants! AC on point, water pressure great! The staff was so sweet and hospitable, even went out of their way to recommend some places for us to go during our trip. I ended up getting locked out at around like 3am and one of the owners were nice enough to help me out in less than 15 minutes. Transfer accommodation were nice and well priced, and only took about 5-10 minutes each time. At one point I just kept extending because I didn’t want to ever leave lol. Thank you!

The location was perfect, only 10 min walk from everything and the port. The room was excellent, everything looked new and well looked after. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very knowledgeable and helped us find restaurants, work out the buses and anything else we needed to know. Thankyou very much we really enjoyed our stay here!

A very friendly welcome with a good explanation of everything we needed to know about the apartment - how to gain entrance, how to use induction hob, accessibility of wardrobe. Spacious room, with a well equipped kitchen and a good sized bathroom. Bottled water was provided as well as a nice bottle of wine. Location good, between ferry port and beach.

The apartment was spacious with a great private balcony and shared rooftop. It's just a short walk to the ferry port and bus hub. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. I would gladly recommend to friends & family. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Appartement fonctionnel et propre. Il y a plein de choses utiles pour passer un bon séjour (serviettes de plages, parasol, fer à repasser etc) qui vont au-delà de nos attentes.

Tout est bien. Il manque peut être un peu de couleur dans l’appartement tout gris et blanc sans aucune décoration. Le responsable, bien que très professionnel et compétent, était un peu pressé pour tout nous expliquer, et j’aurais apprécié un accueil un peu plus cool.

Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο και πολύ καθαρό. Τα παιδιά στην reception ήταν ευγενέστατα και πρόθυμα να βοηθήσουν σε ο,τι χρειαζόμουν. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική, κοντά στο λιμάνι και στην χώρα, αλλά και δίπλα σε παραλία.
