部屋が汚くて、写真とのギャップが凄い。電球は蛍光灯で、悲しくなります。コスパはいいのだけど。部屋にお菓子を溢してしまって清掃をお願いしたら、汚い業務用掃除機を持ってきてくださって、ご自身でお願いしますと。笑えるエピソードでした。

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Extremely convenient location just a few minutes walk from Asahikawa Station. Staff are extremely friendly and helped me fill in my Takkyubin form. They provide 1 drink token per person per night that you can redeem at the vending machines on the 2nd floor. If you decline room cleaning, you get extra tokens as a reward. The sento facility was well maintained and clean.

Also having a spa/wellness center on site is nice, unfortunately I was not able to avail of the services due to time constraints. But the hot spring bath was a plus, it is clean and big.
The fact that you have to bring your room towel to use in the hot spring bath. And this was not even in any of the information so it was confusing as there was no one in the desk at the time I went. After looking around and waiting, I decided to go to front desk and was told to use the room towel. There should be available towels to use in the hot spring bath or extras placed in the room for this.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Located within 10 minutes walk of the city’s main shopping district and railway station. Affordable parking. Reasonable price rooms. Decent hotel onsen that was large and clean. Microwave and coffee facilities in the lobby.
Hotel rooms are a bit dated. Small rooms but that is standard for Japan. Only given two vending machine drinks per night that you’re staying. Coin operated washing machine not very good.

不需要用高標準期待飯店的軟體服務與硬體設施!

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026我們十分喜歡設有大浴場的酒店，而這家酒店的大浴場非常具規模，泉水質素也不錯（好像是碳酸鹽泉，絕對不是所謂單純温泉），我們都十分喜歡。房間是四人和洋室，空間十分足夠。有一點非常驚喜：房客每人每晚都獲分發代幣，可在大浴場外的自動售賣機換取膠樽裝飲品，我們4人住3晚，一共就是28支！真是超級滿足！
大堂的通風麻麻，吸煙室的氣味經常外溢，彌漫整個大堂，對不吸煙的我造成氣管不適。這令我不能給這家酒店滿分評價。

枕が硬すぎた。選べればいいとは思う。 結局使わなかった。

로비에 들어서면서부터 담배 냄새가 남. 창문에서 미세한 바람 소리가나서 밤에 잠을 설침.예민한 사람에게는 거슬릴정도. 조식메뉴가 한정적이고 그닥 맛이 없어서 별로 추천하지않음. 4인 가족이 머물러야해서 패밀리 룸이있는 호텔을 고르느라 선택햇는데 보기보다 방이 작아서 캐리어를 펼치면 공간이 없었음.

Very small room, even smaller than the ones in Sapporo which is a much bigger city. Room size is similar to what you'd get in Tokyo, but this is not Tokyo. The shower curtain was also moldy so we had ask for it to be replaced.

1.冬天前往旅館有一點挑戰，拖著26吋的行李有點辛苦，而且有點容易繞遠路。 2.房門和廁所之間的走廊燈是自動感應的...，所以早起上廁所時比較容易打擾到小孩睡覺。

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026連泊して二日目は、近くの某（Y'）ホテルへと朝食を頂きに行きました。朝食を楽しみにしている私たちには品数も少なく、ベーカリ－も少々残念な感じでした。 その点こちらでは、程よく品数も揃えてあり焼きたてのベーカリ－もありまた、ホ－ル係の方達がてきぱきと細かいところまで気を付けて会場をくまなく見てくれていました。 我々には、記念に写真を撮りましょうと声をかけて頂き「パチリ！」写真でなくこの方のサービスが記憶されました。 感謝。 また観光を終え帰着してからの時間位でしたがレストランの一角が解放され、各種のドリンクサービスが受けられました 勿論ウエルカムドリンクサービスとは別のサービスです。 驚き。
部屋の手水鉢が今どきのデザインで底が浅く間違って水を勢いよく出してしまうと大変なこととなります。 また、自分ではどうしてもこの水を口にすることが出来ませんでした。
