Perfect location, clean and quiet, super friendly staff!

There was construction going on next door, so sometimes I could hear them working.

Khi checkin , thấy thông tin trên hộ chiếu của khách có ngày sinh nhật trùng với ngày nghỉ tại ks, họ đã tự dành cho chúng tôi món quà bất ngờ , rất vui và cảm ơn ks đã cho gia đình chúng tôi 1 kì nghỉ trọn vẹn, vị trí cúng khá thuận tiện với nhiều tiện ích xung quanh

Nước có vẻ hơi yếu 1 chút , nhưng không sao, ngoài ra đều rất tốt

Exceptional hotel and rooms are so spacious for families. Staff was so good specially Restaurant staff. My checkout was early at 5 AM and a restaurant representative named Varun arranged a healthy breakfast for us. Highly recommended

Good room

Excellent location in Central Pattaya. Clean room with a good flat screen tv (lots of movie channels).

Very small bathroom (hardly room to sit on the toilet). Disappointed with the small pool and surrounding unshaded seating area. Dining room smelt of Indian food as did the lift. The room wasn’t well sound proofed and you could hear a lot of noise from the corridor (annoying at 7am in the morning).

Amazing 🤩 it is as shown in pictures online. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and modern decor. It was my daughters 18th birthday whilst we was staying and the room cleaners knocked on our door with an amazing lit up birthday sign, hats and a cake and sang happy birthday to her. 🥹 they go above and beyond for their guests and we loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely be back ❤️ also very fairly priced would highly recommend. 🤩🤩🤩🤩

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made my stay very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

We booked a family room and it was very spacious and clean. The staff at the reception was very polite and helpful. The lobby was also very attractive.

The breakfast was horrible. Nothing was fresh. If you are booking avoid breakfast here.

היה לי אירוח פשוט מדהים במלון הזה! השירות היה מעולה מהרגע שהגעתי, במיוחד בצוות הקבלה שהיה מקצועי ואדיב. ​החדרים היו נוחים מאוד, מרווחים ונקיים ברמה גבוהה ביותר. הצוות מדהים, תמיד מחייך ונותן הרגשה טובה ובטוחה. המיקום של המלון מצוין ונוח מאוד להתניידות. ​נהניתי מכל רגע ואני ממליץ בחום לכל מי שמגיע לפאטיה!"

Near 7-11 and DIY and nearby market and food court is also there just 200 metres away

In one word: amazing. Excellent value for money. Great location in the city center, with professional staff. The rooms were always perfectly cleaned, and communication with the reception was excellent. They were always accommodating. On our next trip to Thailand, we will definitely want to stay here again.

I have nothing to complain about

Great value for money! Great location surrounded by bars, 7-11s, the Pattaya Avenue and not far from the beach. Room and everything were clean. Balcony also had a sink for washing clothes. There's also a gym and pool but we didn't have time to make use of these.

Strong smell of fresh paint (probably due to recent renovations), but it wears off after a while. AC was relatively loud and it woke me up a few times, but probably that's less of an issue for other people. Views weren't really great.

Morgenmaden var kedelig, derfor endte vi med at spise ude i stedet for. I beskrivelsen skriver de at det er amerikansk, det er det langt fra. Kedelig morgenmads buffet, det er slet ikke pengene værd. Der blev ikke skiftet sengetøj hver dag som det burde. Pool området var småt, men ok. Kunne godt have brugt nogle andre sol senge.

I really liked the location. It was right in the center and close to everything. The room was quite big and modern. The staff was nice and helpful. You can get breakfast and use the pool. But the best part was the location: it was in the center, but away from the main street, so it was very quiet."

The pool and pool area are practical, and they even have hotel towels and sunbeds. However, there is no special atmosphere at the pool. It is not the hotel's fault; this is just how it is in big hotels

Location is excellent.

However the water temperature of the shower could not be controlled. It was either scolding hot or freezing cold

The hotel is in the prime location, with all basic outlets nearby, The staffs were super friendly and supportive, I highly recommend this hotel.

Please improve breakfast it was not worth at all. I have staying in Heeton for last 3 years their breakfast is amazing and the spread is far better.

The cleanliness and overall look of the room, the facilities were good, but there was construction in front of the room which was quite a bother at the morning and daytime

The breakfast. started at 7 but had to wait 30minutes for egg station. came for breakfast at 7.15 and already the hot dishes were barely warm. Milk was off in the dispenser and curdled my tea but when i pointed it out it didn’t get changed.

Pool was quite but comfortable. Omelettes were made to order. Location was great.

After check in we were told there was construction noise outside window. Luckily we spent most of the day outside so was ok really. The room was good but couches not as much for comfort.

Although there were loads of TV channels, the number in English was very limited. Also like a lot of other properties I have stayed at there is one plug socket available.

Good location good value for money and close to the main areas of attraction 👌

I like that the room was big ( one king size bed and one queen size bed+ separated living area. Mattress and blankets were good quality.

The fence at the balcony wasn’t safe for small dogs so I didn’t let my dogs go out at the balcony. Since the hotel is pet-friendly so I would also recommend having small areas for dogs, can be at the backyard or around pool area.

My second stay at the hotel. The rooms and the location is great for the price and the staff is always helpfull and nice.

There is a construction behind the hotel and it's noisy in the mornings, but the staff did change our room after we asked, a lot of noisy Russian and Indian tourist screaming in the corridors at night.
