I like how the staffs are friendly, parking is also easy to access. It is also near to most of the places that i want to go. Recommended

I don’t like that my room is connected to another room by an internal door. Although the receptionist assured us that no one can enter from the other room, I still don’t feel like I have enough privacy. I can clearly hear the noise from the other room, and I’m sure they can hear me as well.

Good environment,easy to locate and with good banking services plus good F & B outlets nearby.

Hotel no water supply in the morning, when ask the staff, that staff just answer water pump got problem and ask when will the issue settle they just say don’t know, never say sorry n never give solution to settle problem when in the morning need brush teeth and shower

1- price is reasonable 2- out from centre, no traffic, have shops nearby

1- my room 303 has somebody inside, the couple should stay at 308 but somehow got it wrong but they can enter 303 because door lock is not working, staff then change me to 403, got seperated from other fmly member 2- no breakfast served 3- provides kettle but no coffee / tea provided 4- got ants in the room

Last minutes booking luckily 2 rooms were available. Convenience as nearby some rows of shops.

The room flooring chip off a few pieces for room 509. Toilet basin and mirror not clean and rusty. The room floor not quite clean. Sometimes can smell smoking in the room even though is at nonsmoking floor.

We stayed for 1 night - booked 2 rooms. Parking provided. Got lift. Price is affordable. Many rooms (twin sharing) still available even last minute booking. All is good. Staff were friendly.

Toilet door in 1 of the rooms was stucked and difficult to open/close. Aircond not so cold.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. There was no dressing table mirror in one of the rooms, only one room had a mirror while the other didn’t. My room also didn’t have hot shower water, whereas the other room did. I informed the person in charge, and they asked me to change rooms, but I had booked a Super Deluxe room and they offered me a single bed room instead. I booked two rooms, and overall, the lighting in both rooms was very dim. Kindly look into these issues to improve the comfort and quality of stay for future guests.

The room is separated from the business area, leading to a quiet stay over the night.

There's no chair in the room, inconvenient for me as a salesperson, needed to work at night replying emails etc.

Shower yg kuat.puas mandi . Katil empuk. Ada lift n parking. Ada swimming pool. Suasana yg tenang tanpa bunyi kenderaan.

Dlm gambar bantal ada dua.tp satu katil ada satu je bantal. Kena tipu dengan gambar. Ruangan parking berbumbung terlampau tinggi sehingga menyebabkan kereta gagal menaiki tanjakan. Kenapa perlu buat tinggi? Reception MCM kerek sikit. (Seorang perempuan yang acah2 nk Jd lelaki rasanya lah.) siaran tv ada satu jer. TV3. Tu pun nasib baik ada.

The price and the distance from Bachang. Surrounded by lot of food shop. The door have a hole and also broken. Little hard to close the door.
