The bed was especially cozy, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a great night’s sleep. The location was also a big plus—conveniently situated close to everything we needed, yet still peaceful enough to feel like a proper getaway. The amenities were well-maintained, and everything ran smoothly throughout our stay.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there were a few small downsides. The check-in process took a bit longer than expected, and there was some noise at times. Other than that, everything was comfortable and enjoyable.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a very comfortable stay and I would definitely come back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had issues with the hot water. 2/3 nights had cold showers even after being reported at reception. Be careful on floor 5 (swimming pool) where there are unmarked steps between different levels (easy to fall down)

There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor and also inside of my room, especially in the toilet. I think the unpleasant smell came from the plastic toilet perfume that may have been reused a few times.

A bit stain at carpet, curtain n toilet wall.. I disspointed with the receptionist on night 17/1/2026.. I returned from sightseeing melaka n the parking lot was full that night.. i asked for help from the guard n staff on duty n they failed find an empty parking spot.. the staff on duty with an unplesant face told me to park outside the hotel area. I refused because i was staying at the hotel. So the guard finally opened a parking spot in front of the lobby temporary.. At 11 something i moved my vehicle to an empty parking spot.. Is it double standart which is i just use axia so the staff ask me to park outside the hotel area??

I didn’t particularly like the place, as the entry and exit were a bit confusing since it’s shared with another residence. My room had an unpleasant odor even with the air conditioning on, and the bathroom was worse — I had to rush my shower as the smell was quite strong. I didn’t request a room change because it was only for one night and I was tired, hoping the odor would dissipate, but unfortunately, it didn’t.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026Room was ok for the standard price. Staff was helpful when I lodged the complaint they changed to a slightly better room with Smart TV. The toilet blind had mold. The carpet was dirty. Refer attached photos. Staff was helpful.
When i booked earlier it was about RM470 but when arrived and checked some rooms were only RM89. The breakfast was bad for the amount I paid. The TV wasn't the type for Netflix, YouTube etc.

All was fine. No one told me that to have my room tidied I needed to turn on the light. Still, not a big deal. The last morning’s breakfast was sparse. Things like fruit and eggs were gone and not replenished. I made due.
