Few steps away from the beach, 10-15 minute walk to town lots of great restaurants & Port location was great. Katarina was lovely and helpful, breakfast was good nothing was any trouble. Our room was very comfortable with plenty of space to unpack. Great place to stay.

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location, just steps from the beach and less than 8 minutes from the city centre. There are also very good restaurants in the area of the hotel. The view is absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are lovely, clean, and comfortable. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Highly recommended! ❤️

Absolut großartig, Hotel sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber, der Besitzer ist mega freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt nur 15 Geh-Minuten vom Hafen entfernt, es gibt jede Menge Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Gegend, der Strand ist quasi vor der Tür. Das angebotene Frühstück ist das absolute Highlight, individuell zubereitet und mega lecker.

Es gibt rein gar nichts zu beanstanden.

Waking up to breathtaking surroundings every morning set the tone for the entire trip. The Room: Spacious, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night’s sleep after a full day in the sun. The private terrace and high-end amenities made it feel like a true luxury retreat. The Beach: Stunning! Soft white sand, crystal-clear water, and plenty of comfortable loungers. It was exceptionally clean and never felt overly crowded, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a drink in hand. The staff was warm, and the owner, Manolis, was especially attentive—ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless. We truly didn't want to leave and are already planning our return visit. Highly recommended!

Very close to the beach and good restaurants and easy to move from there to the harbour and port. Manolis and all the personal are simply fantastic and helpful and super kind. I wish we could have stayed longer. Absolutely to recommend. We had a room not facing the sea, but still was very pleasant staying there.

Accueil chaleureux, avec un personnel très aimable, souriant et attentionné. L’hôtel est très propre et confortable, ce qui rend le séjour particulièrement agréable. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment excellent : complet, varié et différent chaque jour, avec de nombreux produits frais et faits maison. Le petit plus très appréciable : il était servi directement dans la chambre ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à seulement 1 minute de la mer et des restaurants/bars, tout en restant dans un environnement très calme. Le port est également facilement accessible, à environ 15 minutes à pied.

Нам загалом сподобався відпочинок у цьому готелі. Дуже гарне місце розташування, а з балкону відкривався чудовий вид на море. Окремо хочеться відзначити дуже привітний та уважний персонал.

Із мінусів — не дуже добре працював Wi-Fi, а також декілька разів ненадовго зникало світло. Маленька душова зі шторкою, що було не зовсім зручно.

The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room was welcoming and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I especially loved being able to walk to the beach whenever I wanted and then easily head into Chora for shopping, restaurants, and exploring. The location really couldn’t have been better. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place in a fantastic location with the beach and Chora right at your doorstep!

Un hôtel très propre, bien tenu par un personnel sympa, sur une plage calme... nous avons même pu dormir la fenêtre ouverte, et le tout à moins de 10mn du centre et des ferrys !

We had a room with a wonderful sea view, it was amazing. Very clean and comfortable and such an incredible and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, well worth it. Less than 100M from the beach. Manoli (the owner) and his staff are so welcoming and kind, we hope to return to Naxos one day and will stay here again.

Great location. Quiet - but only a 15 min walk to the bus station / ferries. Lovely beach right around the corner. The staff at Hotel Palatia made our visit to Naxos so special. Beautiful scenery, lovely accommodations, great food are all wonderful - but the people you interact with each day are what make a trip so memorable. We felt like family as we were welcomed and cared for during our stay. Breakfast was excellent and Maria always had a smile. Looking forward to returning some day!

Just to note it is one block back from beach but otherwise location is excellent for beach, restaurants and 20 mins to port. Very small shower (old style)

The location , which was an unexpected bonus , just off the beach , 15 minute walk to the port , or to the old town ( 10mins) . Naxos is an extraordinarily amazing island . Dans la salle de bains, le système de douche est rustique : très difficile de ne pas arroser autour.

Un coffre-fort. Un espace de rangement spacieux. Une décoration raffinée et élégante. Les photos sur Booking correspondent bien à la réalité! Le petit-déjeuner est servi soit au rez-de-chaussée, soit sur votre balcon, et la gentillesse constante dont vous avez fait preuve tout au long de notre séjour nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous. The public areas are spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The rooms are immaculate and offer everything you need. High-quality air conditioning, a TV with European channels, and a quiet fridge. A safe and ample storage space. Tasteful and stylish décor. Tasty Breakfast is served either on the ground floor or on your balcony, and the constant kindness shown throughout your stay made us feel right at home. It was a real pleasure to be welcomed so warmly. This hotel is a little gem with a big heart, situated in our favourite part of Naxos. Central and convenient for all your travels. El hotel está perfecto para recorrer la zona norte, solamente a 15 min en coche desde el aeropuerto. Lo único que no tiene la capital es excesivo huevo para coches así que mejor no alquilar si vas a estar 3 o 4 días.

The view from our room over the sea were great. The proximity to the beach made an early morning swim possible.

It was located very close to the beach and only a short 12 min walk into town!

The WiFi would intermittently not work and got to be a little frustrating at times. I work remote so it caused a small annoyance.

The staff were all super friendly and kind . The location was fantastic . The bed was comfortable . The breakfast and food recommendations were amazing. The room was clean . We loved it so much we wish we had a post card or magnet of the hotel.

The shower was small so a lot of water went on the floor but most showers are in Greece we just wanted a squeegee to clean up the water .

Environ 30 secondes de marche pour aller jusqu'à la plage de Naxos bordée de restaurants très sympas, notamment Manolo qui est juste devant l'hôtel. Le personnel était charmant et très arrangeant. Toute les chambres n'ont pas une vue mer extraordinaire mais sont très confortables et restent très fraiches.

Very nice modern room, close to the beach and within walking distance of Old Town, The breakfast was delivered to our patio each morning and it was exceptional. The owner was very helpful and gave us some excellent recommendations for dinners. We arrived early and were lucky to to be able to check in early. Also easy and short public bus ride to the big beaches nearby. We also took an all day bus tour of the island, it was really good and would highly recommend doing if yur have the time.

Hotel Palatia is in an excellent location by the beach, but in walking distance to the port and Old town. Manoli, the hotel owner, is a true gentleman and he and his staff are incredibly warm and inviting. This is an excellent place to stay in Naxos.

Had a really lovely stay at Hotel Palatia for 3 nights. Owners so friendly and accommodating supplying beach towels every day for beach which is practically a few steps away. Place spotlessly clean! Breakfast was freshly prepared for us each morning....even have a laundry service which came in very handy.Would definitely recommend and hopefully will stay again in the future 😊

Location was very convenient for ferry riders and beach is right front of hotel. Omelet in the breakfast was good.

No coffee in the room but you can request. Only problem is the shower area . It was not divided and bathroom was so small. So the water was everywhere.

The staff could not have been more helpful, finding us a room on the ground floor after an injury, long after the initial booking, made steps difficult for my wife. The room was spacious with an outside shaded table. The breakfast was good value as well.

No reflection on the hotel but late in April the beach featured only one open taverna.

Very clean, really friendly staff who could not do enough for us. Breakfast was individually prepared and was plentiful. Great location just a few meters from the beach and beach restaurant. Only a few minutes walk into the main town. We stayed in the junior suite which was ground floor and had a terrace. Loved it.
