Ark Hostel

The whole place was terrible. The room was too hot. We slept on a bunk bed. Shower and toilet all in one place and very tiny

Staffs are kind and helpful! Would recommend for those who looked for affordable hotel costs!

Staff are so friendly , approachable and helpful. The hostel provided the map how to get to the hostel, tourist attractions and very accommodating .

5 minutes walk from MRT and near lots of restaurants. It's worth for the cost and the staffs are very reasonable.

Great place despite what it may seem like from location in Singapore.

They watched our luggage at no extra cost after check out so we could enjoy the city while waiting for a midnight flight.

It is nice and comfort stay hotel in the room. However, the bathroom and toilet are integrated and shared among male and female.

First hostel I’ve booked and I’m very satisfied with everything that it offered for a very cost effective price! Amazing experience and highly recommended to all tourist.

Ark Hostel is a pleasant place to stay for those who are on a budget. The place is clean, quiet and the staff are excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Overall I would recommend this hostel and give a 4 star rating in terms of service and cleanliness.

Cons: Very small room, small amount of common toilets, no place to store toiletries on common sinks.

Very helpful and friendly staff.

This is not handicap friendly as there is no elevator. Great place to stay if you are on a budget. Clean.

Accommodating and friendly staffs

It’s near to the MRT which is 2 minutes of walking also the stuff are very friendly. Everything thing as it is showen in the website also it’s so clean from the rooms to the bath room. I would like to recommend this hostel for everyone with low budget also to those with medium budget to have the experience of the hostels ..

Very friendly and basic accommodation. Good recommendation for things to do and eat when you are in Singapore. Value for money.

很棒

I think bed isn't comfortable but over all is good - staff hotel is great - room is clean and peace

Very Nice staff / best service for advice. good location walk in one block very near mrt.next building have many restaurant.

Room and facilities were clean. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Really close to a train station for getting around. Beds were a little hard.

Very accommodating reception. We are being very well looked after. Very good service. Decent place to stay.

Hostel is very clean, the owner is very kind and the last i had very nice experience stayed there...

Great service. The staff was very helpful. The room was average for 6 persons. Near to the Mrt station. Recommended. Thank you!

It was good and near to mrt

We found the staff pleasant, friendly & helpful. Our room was clean, as were the shared facilities. It suited our needs, as we were out all day and simply needed a place to return for a shower, a bed & a light breakfast before heading out again. Travelers need to be aware that this is a 'Hostel', not a 'Hotel'. I would certainly stay again, if my requirements were the same as this trip.

The owners were very kind. They served free breakfast-bread and jam. The hostel is very near to the Kallang MRT station and Geylang Bus station so it is easy to roam around Singapore. The room and shared bathrooms remains to be properly cleaned. You can do laundry-Wash and dryer. You can also leave your baggage if you checked in early or if you checkout early (when you still have errunds to do before your flight). Overall, I had a great experience and will always come back at this hostel the next time I will went to Singapore. :)
