No staff on site was kind of weird. No ice machine and a very confusing room assignment.

The man working the front desk at 11pm on Wednesday night was very rude.

We only did a quick stop in Idaho Falls to continue our journey. The room was spacious and had all amenities we needed for our night there.

There was no breakfast available.

Nothing! It was great and clean and comfortable!

I was not able to sleep due to the bright blue in the ceiling by the front door. It gave way too much light for me because I prefer totally dark, quiet and very cold environment to be able to sleep.

Stayed here in the past great value for area.

Property is very dated. Exterior conditions, including windows and screens really need an upgrade. Parts of the property look like a low income housing project.

Being woke up at 9am by housekeeping, and walked in on, and then 20 min later they knocked again. It was 9am what was their rush to get me out of there?

Staff were outstanding. Room was laid out well and very comfortable. Grandpas BBQ was outstanding, if you do not eat there, you are cheating your taste buds.

The outside was a little delapidated, and the bathroom could use fresh paint.

The facilities are old and need more updating. There was no continental breakfast like we thought there was and the tub drain was clogged.

We stayed here on Sunday night, on our way to Yellowstone. We checked out very early and got on thr road. At the park, my husband realized he had left the remainder of our petty cash in the room. He estimated it was about $50. We chalked it up to ... lesson learned...check better before you go. On Tuesday afternoon, I got a phone call...they had found the money and wanted to return it. We are no longer anywhere near there, so she offered to send it. She will personally get a cashier's check and mail it. We assumed it was gone... We have been on a multi-day trip and have stayed in several budget-friendly places. Most were older, like Motel West. This was the nicest place we stayed of all. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and...bonus...the ice machine worked. I can't say that for all the places. The staff was friendly at check in, and offered dinner selections. Would definitely recommend.

Motel West is close to the airport, and it was $86 for the night. The bed sagged in the middle and was much firmer than we usually like. Take your own pillows. The hotel felt semi-safe but I wouldn't have stayed here as a solo woman. You get what you pay for. My take on the pool/hot tub.... It was dirty. It's an old hotel and the staff were kind. NOTE: They charge you an extra $200 deposit, which they don't inform you of beforehand, which tells you what type of place you are at.

Location was convenient, weren’t expecting to have to stop, but road trip challenges necessitated an overnight.

Dirty, beds linens were dirty. Smelled bad.

The gentleman who checked is in was nice.

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and motels and Motel West is on the bottom of my ratings. This place definitely needs a LOT updates. The bedspreads were so old and worn, they had holes in them. The bathroom setup was not for two people, even though it was 2 queen room FOR TWO people. The lights were SO bright, and If you get up earlier than the other person, you can't go in the bathroom and wash up, because it's OPEN AND PART OF THE ROOM. No way to close a door for privacy, because it doesn't have a door. Oh, and you can't sit on the toilet until you go into the "stall-like" room and close the door. Because you can't close the door if you sit first. :-( The room is NOT a good setup, and was below average in up keep. Did not seem like it had been cleaned well at all. There was also a metal pieces of the bed frame that stuck out and I scraped my leg on it. Sharp and dangerous. Motel West was not a good experience and we will not be staying there next year.

Location was ok for the one night. Had a laundry onsite that was good. Staff were nice in reception.

It was windy and a tree upon inspection was running against the building with a continuous noise making it hard to sleep. I had to tighten the toilet seat it was very loose moving side to side. The coffee machine I did not use it was dirty and or stained.

Clean and comfortable. Easy access to get on abd off the freeway.

This is a simple motel, conveniently located right off the main highway and close to plenty of restaurants. The room was decent, and the bed was comfortable.

The room had an old and somewhat strange smell to it. Given that, I am not sure I would choose to stay here again in the future.

I liked that they were in a great location that was near restaurants and stores. Staff was pretty friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy.

I felt a bit nervous on the outdoor stairs, because I could see through the open metal lattice and I am afraid of heights.

It was affordable

They provide a map of the property that shows amenities such as a laundromat and breakfast service. However, when we asked about them, we were told that neither was actually available, which felt misleading. Additionally, we had to wait about 20 minutes at check-in because no one was available at the front desk.

The breakfast was good, the laundry room was a great help. The location was good good safe place to stay

This place is always wonderful to my elderly mom and myself when I'm in town.
