Room layout was bad, no fan in bathroom (one of our kids pooped and it was so bad we had to leave the room for a while because there was no way to air it out), very poor water pressure, pool is very small, beds stiff, pillows go very flat, sheets are very uncomfortable and noisy. Breakfast items weren't very good. They system for lighting was questionable. Didn't deal with staff much but what we did they seemed nice.

Reviewed May 26, 2026The breakfast was very good. There was a variety of hot things which were not exactly the same on the second day as the first day. There were scrambled eggs both days, then a potato dish, and some kind of meat dish like ham or bacon. They had a waffle station and oatmeal. There were also cold items like yogurt and fruit and best of all, a variety of gluten free muffins for one family member who needed that option. The location is so nice with the River Walk right in front of the hotel. There’s a close by footbridge to take you to the Japanese pavilion garden on the other side of the river. It is only a half mile to the Museum of Idaho and easy walking distance to WalMart and several restaurants. The staff were all very nice and accommodating when we needed something. And we liked the hot tub- it had strong jets to really take the soreness out of your back. I would certainly go back on my next visit.
There was a desk between the main bed and the pull-out bed. It was supposed to have a sliding frosted window you could close for some privacy, but it was jammed.

The breakfast was yummy! The breakfast burrito was spicier than I could handle for breakfast. I like spice but this was too much spice. I was hoping for more potatoes in it since we were in Idaho.

The bed was too firm. My son slept on the couch.The tile by the pool was so slippery and wet that I fell and landed hard on my elbow and side.When I told front desk they said they would send someone to wipe it up.However they didn't ask me if I was ok or not.
