The location, the comfort and cleanliness, the staff who were all excellent and the pool area.

It was always so hot in the hotel. This is something we found in every hotel. They need to learn to turn the heating down!

the hotel is in great location, maybe the best in the town. the staff are really friendly and the service is great. the breakfast is also great.

Accueil très chaleureux. Buffet petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Espace SPA tranquille et bien aménagé, piscine extérieure parfaite et bien chauffée. Parking couvert inclus dans le prix de la chambre.

Sind schon um 8 Uhr angereist und konnten unser Auto schon an der Unterkunft abstellen, trotz Check-In Zeit ab 15 Uhr haben wir schon Zugangskarten für den Skikeller bekommen. Skipässe gab es auch entspannt an der Rezeption, die auf das Zimmer gebucht werden. Alle sehr nett, von Reinigungskraft über Rezeptionistin bis Küchenpersonal, man wird stets gegrüßt und es wird einem das Gefühl gegeben man wolle hier den perfekten Urlaub ermöglichen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, tolle versteckte Extras wie z.B. eine Teetheke. Frühstück auch sehr ausgewogen und vielfältig mit eigener Saftbar zum selber pressen. Die Lage ist sowieso der Hammer und unser persönliches Highlight war der riesige & hochmoderne Spa-Bereich, wenn man bedenkt, was man in der Silvretta Therme für paar Stündchen zahlt... Der Spa ist mit dem nebenan liegenden Hotel Silvretta verbunden, mit Zugangskarten sicher vor externen Besuchern. Wir wüssten nicht was zu 5 Sternen fehlt, wir kommen wieder :)

Nous avons aimé les spas et la piscine extérieure. L'établissement est propre et la chambre était spacieuse.

Le petit déjeuner était soit copieux mais malheureusement le pain et les viennoiseries ne sont pas fraiches.

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, mit der Möglichkeit, seinen eigenen Smoothie zuzubereiten. Der Wellnessbereich sucht seinesgleichen.

De mooie luxe uitstraling en dat alles goed verzorgd was (is). Het zwembad was zeker een pluspunt na een dag hiken in de bergen. Ontbijt was ook erg goed, veel keuze en een (verse) sap machine!

I loved the spa, my room was comfortable and sparkling clean. I was there for a running event and the hotel opened breakfast early so the guests could eat before the race start which was awesome of them!

Central location, close to facilities and cable car. Very friendly staff and good breakfast with plenty of fresh items for a healthy start of the day.

Super Lage, große innen und Außenpools, Mehrstöckiger Wellness Bereich, lecker Frühstück und viele Aktivitäten inklusive. Bahnen im ganzen Tal, Hochalpen Straße…

very nice and clean hotel. The rooms are also steam cleaned before other visitors check in. The rooms were spacious and very clean. In general the service was good. For breakfast you had plenty of choice for a hotel in a ski area and very friendly service

The hotel is great, so cozy and beautiful. The location couldn't be better, 50 meters from the Silvrettabahn. And the thermal outside pool is just amazing after long day of skiing. Totally recommended.

I am not a frequent reviewer, nor do I give top reviews by default, but the Hotel Mondin earned top marks across the board. The staff were incredible and helped arrange ski hire, lift tickets, and dinner and activity reservations - even before we arrived and checked in! The location and view from our room was amazing. After walking into the room for the first time, my first thought was "I need to just move here." The in-hotel spa was fantastic after a long day of skiing, and it is a convenient, short walk to apres activities at the base of the mountain. The rooms were clean, tastefully decorated, and the provided teas were delicious. Breakfast each morning exceeded expectations and has something for everyone - including a juicer that guests can use for fresh juice. My only regret is only having two nights to stay here, and I will be looking forward to my next visit!

everything was perfect

We were staying in Ischgl for a friends 50th - We choose the Mondin as it was our first time and we wanted to treat ourselves. Don’t get me wrong the hotel was nice just not sure it was worth the extra we paid over our friends hotel. What was disappointing was when it came to check out - we had spilt a very small amount of red wine on the bedspread. We were charge €400. I instead they send us the bedspread as we had paid for it, which they seemed reluctant to do however it arrived at our home a few weeks later. One splash of vanish and a wash and it’s perfect. Could they not have tried that before charging us. We enjoyed the holiday so much we are going again next year - I will be visiting The Mondin but only to see if they are wanting to buy the bed bedspread back now I’ve washed it for them. In all the hotels I’ve stayed in around the world which it’s a lot - I’ve never been charged for any spillages or breakages which I’m sure I must of had some. As I said it’s a nice hotel but just be careful - the extras can mount up. Diane
