Leider kein Fitnessraum/ kein Pool, aber das wussten wir vorher. Hätten wir auch nicht vermisst, wäre das Wetter besser gewesen ;-)

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026Prijeten družinski hotel, prijazno osebje, zajtrk bogat in raznovrsten, odlična juha po smučanju se prilegla. Lokacija je odlična, par minut do žičnice, enako so centra mesta.
Nič glede hotela in storitev. Precej moteča je bila skupina desetih ameriških turistov, ki so bili tako na zajtrku kot v družabnem prostoru in v wellnesu izredno glasni.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026The staff (the family) are/is incredibly warm and welcoming. They truly make you feel welcome and appreciated as a guest. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is fantastic. And the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the ski lift—perfectly walkable. We highly recommend Hotel Arnika!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Erg goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Heerlijk brood. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Geweldige ruime kamer met mooi houten plafond. WC gescheiden van de badkamer.
De temperatuur op de kamer was wat hoog. Zelfs als de thermostaat uit is gezet blijven de radiatoren wat warmte afgeven. Hierdoor was het wel wat warmer dan we gewent zijn.

The room was very generous for 3 people, clean and comfortable, the staff is extremely kind and attentive to the needs of the guests, full of humor and solicitude. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is perfect for exploring the city and easily reaching the sky lift. We will definitely come back!

This is a family hotel where the whole family are working in the hotel and are helping the guests out with anything they need. I have to say I was extremely impressed with all the staff members who always had a smile on their faces and just went above and beyond to help out. Room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed. Hotel had an excellent location, Just a few minutes walk to the ski lifts and 5 minute walk to the center of town. I would definitely stay again if I visit Ischgl.

Alle Räumlichkeiten sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber! Schicker moderner Wellnessbereich und gemütliches Restaurant. Premium Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr großer Auswahl und hochwertigen Lebensmitteln. Ottime sia colazione che cena, in particolare mi complimento per la perfezione della cottura di carne e pesce e della varietà. Agnello, manzo, triglia, San Pietro, trota, salmone... tutti cotti alla perfezione e con un gusto eccelso. Servizio rapido ed efficiente, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Quando lasci un hotel e hai un po' di nostalgia, vuol dire che la struttura ha fatto un bel lavoro
L'area wellness è di buon livello ma si potrebbe migliorare, certamente la presenza di una pool la renderebbe ancora migliore, ma comunque già così è un servizio più che soddisfacente

Location is great, it’s just a short walk to the ski resort. I would recommend this cozy hotel to anyone - I wish we didn’t have to leave!

The staff were so friendly, I am pretty sure they’ve adopted us 🥹.The food? Let’s just say I need to upgrade my snowboard equiptment to an extra size😆 If perfection had a name, it would be Hotel Arnika!😍

The only negative I could say is that personally I don’t like that style of soft memory foam mattress, as it hurt my back over the week a little.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2024The hotel was spotlessly clean, the owner and staff were professional and friendly, the food was amazing (very high quality), ski lockers close to access to the street. We bought our lift passes in the hotel, parking was free, the hotel bar was very pleasant, after ski cakes & snacks were excellent but we chose to save ourselves for dinner (5-6 courses).
Room was slightly too warm overnight - heating control in the room would have been good.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2023Everything was perfect. It is as described in Booking.com. The bed was comfortable, the large bathroom had a huge sink and nice shower and the towels were large and fluffy. This was the first hotel we stayed at that offered wash cloths (a nice addition). The toilet had it's own room with a small sink. There was also a couch, desk and chair and 2 TVs. But the best part was the food. We had dinner in the dining room both nights and the fixed menu (choose one of 3 options for your main) was accompanied by a starter (a treat from the chef) soup, salad, your main and finally dessert. On the morning we were leaving, we saw the menu for that night and wished we were staying longer. The breakfast buffet offered a full range of both hot and cold items and was excellent. A bonus of travelling off season was that the hotel gave us a pass that allowed us to use the gondolas and chairlifts in the region during our stay. It also allowed us to use the regional bus and the mountain trains. And finally the staff at this family run hotel was extremely helpful, guiding us to places within the village and beyond.
