Booked just an hour before we arrived. Room was ready on arrival. Spotlessly clean, in room facilities were fantastic. Comfortable beds. Great location for wandering into town in evening and next day.

No breakfast, location was good.

Nothing. We enjoyed our stay. Our stay was very short arrive late and we left ear morning.

I was unsure if the host was homophobic. He seemed surprised when two guys showed up, and asked if we needed separate rooms. We're married.

Very clean. Location was very short walk to the square and all the places we had meetings in town centre.

Staff member was unwilling to meet guests, preferring to do everything via-short abrupt messages and making guests do remote check-in via a lockbox. Even though it's a motel and it was clear on arrival this manager was living on site and actually at the property. No sense of hospitality. At all. Bathroom smelled of urine. Not good when in the bath. The rooms are ok but need a makeover. Peeling wallpaper etc..

Decore was a change from usual bland hotels.

Was more expensive than I would usually pay but was a treat for the start of our overseas trip

Our room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Someone has put so much thought and energy into its presentation and I appreciated that. Loved the wing chair and cushion. We got there just before 8pm and our heat pump was on low so our room was nice and warm when we arrived.

As it was night time when we arrived, The combination lock to get our room card...we had trouble seeing the numbers and turning them. Perhaps if it was electronic that would be an easier process. The bathroom door has quite a gap under it that would probably be improved with a draught stopper to stop toilet smells and noise drifting into the living area. I thought our room would have a balcony so we could vape outside but no.

We should have asked for a down stairs room as it was difficult for us to take our large suitcases up the stairs.

Car parks were very small. Uncomfortable chairs in lounge. Requested late check out and never received a reply. Soundproofing in room was bad and could hear neighbours next door.

This property was exceptionally clean with lovely space.

Didnt see anyone at Reception. Doors were lockedthe whole time. Didnt receive the text code to get key, had to make a call. Wallpaper peeling off, curtains ripped. Very disappointing.

Was halfway between town and the university, room was pretty funky and styled, bed was comfortable and tv connected to apps well

Location was good, room was spacious and clean, kitchen was stocked well, tub was huge and endless warm water.

I didn’t receive a check in email or text and when we arrived at 10pm no one was available. I called the number and the person answering was not happy we arrived late and didn’t understand why we didn’t get a text. The room was freezing and it took a long time to warm up, the toilet ran all night and was missing a button, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and the jets in the tub didn’t work.

Location good, close to amenities. Washing machine and dryer very good and a reasonable price to use. Nice room very clean.

Needed an extra blanket in the room and another light on table other side of bed. Main light switches at entry door way, one which was by small broom cupboard by kitchen. An extractor fan/heater needed in bathroom . The wifi Explanation needs updating, take away the SSID Etc

Was easy to find, no booking needing for carparks, having a bath was cool, the outside porch are was nice - being able to open the sliding door and have fresh air but still be private, didnt hear much road noise except for sirens every now and then, Chromecast on the TV was a plus. Arriving late was no issue. Room was really clean and tidy.

Our room was on the bottom floor by the stairs so could hear people going up and down the stairs but it didnt last long - was just quite loud when we could hear it. But not something that would put me off staying there again.

Invited young work staff . For drinks after work. Terms and conditions were not explained. Guest were asks to leave as they were be polite and quite as I advise not to smoke in room so they went down to car park for vape. However on site manager need to work on his people skills or explain t/ conditions. he was Just was very blunt.

The rooms were exactly as pictured - clean and comfortable - and they were serviced immaculately each day. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the city centre. Highly recommended.

Interesting place starting with the name as half the time referred to as Destiny on Fitzherbert and other half Asure Destiny. Also unusual check in, they text you a code for a lockbox outside your unit so zero human intervention required. Unit nice but wouldn’t say ‘luxury’ by any means. Chair fabric a bit grubby, needed a good shampoo and clean. Bed comfortable. Could not work a/c unit and no instructions. Was on but nothing happening and very cold. Got in a hot bath to warm up. Called reception and they said just wait 10 mins and heat would kick in which it did eventually. Interesting, a similar comment from reviewer posted previously. Conveniently located near city centre and supermarket. For the money I’d probably try Quest Apartments next door for future visit.

Nicely set out room, comfortable bed, biscuits a nice touch, didn't have to pay for parking, great communication.

No heater in bathroom, water pressure in shower average.

The access to the room was very easy and clearly communicated. The room was tidy and the perfect size for us. And the TV has Chromecast available. The heating system was also easy to use.

Its a really quiet and comfortable motel - plenty hot water, good shower and very comfortable bed.

The telly did not have all the channels I'd expect. No movies or UKTV!

We tried to check in a couple of hours earlier. Disappointed to be told we’d have to pay $15 extra per hour to check in before 2.

I liked having a small lounge and a chair to sit and watch TV (hate sitting on the bed:)) oh and the ice tray was full... nice one!

We were only using Palmerston North as an overnight stay to break up a long driving day and accommodation was as expected for a motel, although not cheap. The beds were comfortable. Free parking outside the room which was handy. Walking distance to quick and easy food.

The toilet ran constantly and the buttons on the cistern were broken. There was no handwash or soap in the bathroom. We didn't see a staff member during our stay even though we arrived and departed during business hours.

This would have to be one of the nicest motels in Palmerston North. The room was warm, clean and modern, the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet.

Staying in Room 1 there was some noise from people going up and down the stairs - nothing super disruptive but could definitely hear the comings and going’s from that room.
