Personal vom Housekeeping überfordert. Teilweise keine neuen Handtücher, nur auf Nachfrage. Reinigung z.T. nur oberflächlich. Ein Tag komplett ohne Zimmerreinigung. Standartzimmer klein und relativ dunkel. Wir konnten aber günstig auf ein größeres Zimmer umbuchen.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Цена-качество. Жили в отели этой сети в Милане, решили сравнить. В номере есть всё необходимое. Номер просторный (повысили категорию бесплатно). Приветливый персонал. Расположение отличное, один квартал до Сароны по красивой улице. Комплименты в номере: сок и конфетки жевательные.
Нам не хватило чистоты и уюта. 😊 но в целом всё хорошо.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת וטעימה וגם הארוחה בטרקלין הייתה עשירה וטעימה. קיבלנו חדר מרווח, מיטה גדולה ונוחה, מקלחת ואמבטיה ענקיים. נהנינו מאוד מהאדיבות ומהנתינה של צוות המלון. כולם היו ממש נחמדים אלינו. אין ספק שנחזור שוב.
אין כמעט מה לשפר חוץ ממזרונים בחדר כושר

רעש שמגיע מחוץ למלון ממש חודר לחדר. חייבים לחשוב על בידוד. בשביל יום אחד החוויה הייתה טובה

חדר רועש מקרר, ניתקנו מהחשמל ואז היה רעש טפטוף מקלחת לא נוחה בחור בקבלה הזוי, הגענו מאוחר וכבר נהיה תור, חפירה מיותרת כרטיס לדלת שלא עבד בגלל תקלה ידועה

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026We recently stayed at the NYX Tel Aviv and honestly had such a blast. If you are tired of standard, boring hotel rooms and want somewhere with real personality, modern design, and a fun atmosphere, this place is awesome. The design of the whole hotel is super cool—it has an urban, street-art-inspired concept with vibrant murals, modern industrial touches, and great lighting everywhere. Even the lobby feels like a trendy lounge where you actually want to hang out, grab a drink, or play a game of arcade retro games. Our room was very clean, quiet, and really comfortable. The bed was great, the shower was fantastic, and the blackout curtains worked like a charm for sleeping in after a night out. Plus, the high-speed Wi-Fi was rock solid the whole time. The location on HaRakevet Street worked out really well for us. It’s slightly outside the super touristy beachfront strip, which we actually preferred because it felt more like authentic Tel Aviv. It’s super close to Rothschild Boulevard, full of incredible nightlife, bars, and top-tier restaurants. You can easily walk to the Levinsky Market (which is amazing for foodies) or take a short bike or cab ride straight to the beach. The staff were also a huge highlight. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly, young, energetic, and gave us some really cool, non-touristy local spots to check out in the surrounding neighborhoods. It’s stylish, playful, and offers incredible value for Tel Aviv. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

The complimentary bottle of wine was a wonderful surprise, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
