朝食は種類が多くてよかったです

昨年同月にも利用させていただきましたが、昨年の部屋がよすぎたため今回グレードが下がったと感じました。同じ申込ルートでしたので。曜日や情勢が影響があるとはいえ正直期待を下回りました。

Acho que o hotel está pecando por manutenção. No geral está com uma cara de muito antigo.

食事が思ったよりも良かった。夕食でアルコール類も飲み放題が嬉しかった、と同行者が言っていた。

特に浴室に段差が多く、高齢者には移動が大変だった。

Rooms were excellent and well appointed, clean and ready for use. Very good staff treatment and excellent location and view. Breakfast was superb in terms of food choice, quality and locally-sourced selections. The baths are excellent and refreshing, especially the outdoor bath. The sauna is very good.

The coffee at breakfast was pretty bad. There are no alternate pillows. If you don't like what they have, they don't have a softer or harder pillow for you to use. The mirrors for shaving in the sento are very old and you can't see yourself in them; they need to be replaced.

very poor communications (non existant) from the hotel. They didnt respond to emails or messages through booking.com. We did not end up staying here.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful onsen baths, delicious and thoughtfully prepared local food and the staff were so helpful and kind. Really great value - we will happily come back again!

The lobby is very expensive with lots of room to relax and enjoy the view. Theres lots of art work all around which is great as well, plus the private onsen options are really good. Our room was truly amazing, with incredible views of the mountains. We booked in for dinner and went downwearing the yukata robes provided in the lobby, which was an experience. The staff were really nice and went far to help us during our stay. The evening and morning meals were a very interesting culinary adventure which I recommend highly.

The facilities are in need of updating - while very traditional and beautiful, they definitely need some investment. Because of the way the building was built, it can be a bit tricky navigating your way around the different floors and levels.

Staff were very kind and welcoming.

There is a railway right next to the facility and noisy when they pass by at night.

風呂の数が多いところ

風呂や施設が汚い、部屋が暑い。空調管理がいけていない。仕方なく、部屋の窓をあけて空気をいれようにも網戸が無く、虫が入ってくる

凝った作りの種類豊富な温泉に面白さがある。群馬県の特産品が味わえる食事も魅力的。迷路のように入り組んだ建物も脱出ゲーム感覚で楽しめた。

温泉の窓に汚れが目立ち、外の景色が楽しめなかった。窓さえ綺麗であれば最高の経験になったと感じる。

Gorgeous onsens with additional private onsens that could be booked for an extra fee. Valet parking was a dream. The interior of the hotel is really well looked after. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food delicious!

As the hotel is stretched along the stream its linear shape means there's a bit of distance to get around from onsens, to room, to breakfast / dinner etc.

The corridors were very cold and some general maintenance is poor. Eg leaking taps, low shower pressure. Aircon not working so had to use kerosene heater.

温泉が沢山あって、温泉好きな子供たちと共に、いろんなお風呂を楽しめた。 冬の水上は初めてだったが、雪景色を見ながら風情ある夜の景色、朝風呂と堪能できた。 地元の食材を使った朝食バイキングも美味しかった。 お布団もふっかふかで幸せでした。 到着時間が、22時を過ぎてしまったが、親切に対応してくれたし、夜も遅くまでお風呂がやっていたのも良かった。 ※谷川岳に行くのにも、水上駅からバスに乗ってすぐだったし、立地も良かった。

スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。 本来のシャトルバス運行時間外にもかかわらず、深夜到着だった私を迎えに来てくださり、本当に助かりました。 対応も丁寧で安心感がありました。 お部屋は清潔で広く、快適に過ごすことができました。 また水上に来る機会があれば、ぜひ利用したいと思います。

The hotel was large and the onsen was good and had multiple baths. The hotel was in an awesome location, the building was directly overlooking the gorge.

The room I booked was far and I had to walk multiple staircases, which was inconvenient with luggage. This seems to be a pattern when booking via this site.

夕食、朝食ボリューム満点で美味しかったです。 夕食事飲み物フリー良かった。 貴賓室5人各自のんびりできて好評でした。清掃もしっかりしてあり満足でした。 スタッフの方々の対応素敵でした。 （チェックアウト後にお忙しいのに玄関で記念写真のシャッターを押して頂きありがとうございました。）

外サッシの窓ガラス綺麗に掃除してあれば谷川岳も一層きれいに見えたのに残念。 部屋の内風呂のシャワーが壊れていました、水量半分。 大湯からの廊下が寒かった。

We loved our spacious room and enjoyed the various onsen; the baths were so relaxing.

It was poorly insulated as most places like that in Japan so it felt cold when we arrived in the room but we closed the blinds and put heater up to have enough heat in the room.

Bien placé et facile d'accès, pas trop cher pour ce type d'hôtel et des bains agréables. Ainsi qu'un personnel à l'écoute et de bonne humeur.

L'établissement se fait vieux et cela se voit sur certains endroit. Dont un sèche-cheveux aux bains publics qui, si il n'aurait pas été proche dautres sèche-cheveux plus moderne, je n'aurais pas compris ce que c'était. J'ai volontairement prit une offre peu cher, donc je ne saurais juger des repas.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, es gibt ganze Stockwerke, die nicht in Benutzung sind, alles eher marode. Es gab kein warmes Wasser im Zimmer. Wir sind Veganer und wurden einige Tage vor Ankunft bezüglich der Essenplanung gefragt ob es Allergien etc. gibt, daraufhin wurde uns gesagt, woraufhin wir mitteilen dass wir Veganer sind daraufhin wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass kein veganes Essen zur Verfügung stünde, da zu kurzfristig. Den vollen Preis für die Halbpension mussten wir trotzdem zahlen. Bei Ankunft wurde uns zum Abendessen ein Fleischberg serviert. Das Personal spricht teilweise so schlecht englisch, dass eine Kommunikation kaum und teilweise gar nicht möglich ist. Preis Leistung ist miserabel.

ฉันได้ประสบการณ์การเข้าพักผ่อนที่แสนวิเศษ จนคิดว่า คืนเดียวยังน้อยเกินไป ฉันตั้งใจจะกลับมาอีกครั้งในปีต่อไป เมื่อเทียบกับบางแห่งที่โด่งดังในกุมมะ ฉันพบว่า โรงแรมนี้ไม่เป็นรองใครเลย อย่างไรก็คามบางคนบอกว่าโรงแรมเก่า แต่ความจริงไม่ได้ขนาดนั้น สวย สะอาด และดูเรียบร้อยดี แม้ภาพในโซเชียลจะดูเก่า แต่ของจริงดูดีกว่ามาก ฉันมีความสุขที่ได้มาพักที่นี่มากๆ

มีแมลงในห้องพัก แต่ฉันว่ามันเป็นเรื่องปกติสำหรับโรงแรมบนภูเขา ฮีตเตอร์ร้อน ถ้าคุณชอบความเย็น อาหารเย็นแม้จะดูดี แต่ก็อยากได้เมนูหนักๆบ้าง อาหารเช้าดี หมอน นอนหลับสบาย ออนเซนดีมาก

とにかく広い！施設そのものも非常に大きい、部屋も広め(グレードはさほど高くないはず)、お風呂も大きくて数が多い。通常の週末は空いているので、お風呂も広々使える。新幹線の止まる駅から、往復で送迎があるのも助かります。子供たちは、広いお風呂と、フリードリンク、漫画が気に入ったようです！

周りは栄えていないので、旅館にのみ滞在して楽しむ前提です。水上温泉エリア、昔は温泉街栄えていたのかもですが、今は寂しいですね。我々は人混みが嫌いで、とにかく密度が低いのが好みですが、旅館の外に娯楽を求める方には不向きです。

線路が目の前でホテルから列車が見えるので鉄道好きには凄く良い

ロケーションは良かった。

所々修繕が必要な個所が多かった。食事が放置しすぎ。

Nice onsens

AC noisy and not very cold

Staff were so nice and accomodating.

The place could use a little bit of maintenance. But apart from that it had everything we needed

It is an old hotel so it has old fashioned atmosphere. It has a wonderful view and staff were very helpful. The Onsen itself is fantastic. Wonderful experience. Minakami is a cute little town worth walking through.

The room has a lot of dust, we had to clean the shoji screens ourselves. There was old food stuck in one of the chairs even. There is no restaurant in the hotel.

About 15-20 min walk from the train station to the hotel. Staff is polite and attentive

The air-conditioner in the room is not working well.

部屋のトイレがなんの臭いかわからないが臭かった。換気扇が壊れているのか、消してもつけても動作音がなかった。ご飯は美味しかったし、あまりきれいではなかったけど、風呂もたくさんあり、とても楽しめた。機会があればまた行きたいです。

They didn't refund us for 1 of the rooms we cancelled, they told us we would get a full refund for the room we cancelled, but they havnt done it, and they are now ignoring our messages

①食事に関しては大満足。特に朝食は種類が豊富で地域性も加味してあって素晴らしい ②部屋も綺麗で広く大満足。ただ夜暖房が暑いので切ろうとしたがスイッチがなく調整できなかった。またフロントに聞こうとしたが不通で、このあたりが不満足 ③建物の外壁がペンキが剥がれかけており見苦しい。 ④お風呂は素晴らしいのだが、特に牧水の湯、そこへ向かう畳廊下はシミが多く、高級ホテルにしてはどうなのかな。高級客としてのおもてなし感がぐんと低下した。また壁の凹みも直さず、ほったらかし。 ⑤スキー客用の旅館ではないと割り切っているのか、乾燥室は宴会場を改装したもの。それでも良いのだが、まったく掃除をしておらず、蝉の抜け殻が部屋の真ん中にあった。ということは夏場からまったく掃除をしていないということか。そこへ案内してくれた従業員もまったく気にしていない。 支配人はホテルの隅々までチェックしないのかな。 ⑥総括。昔は皇族も泊まられたようだし、名門旅館のはず。それに恥じないマネージメントをしてもらいたい。 昔は有名人が泊まっているので素晴らしい遺産がいっぱいある。 是非頑張ってほしいとエールを送るものです。 また泊まりに行きますのでよろしくお願いします。

The location and proximity to Tokyo for winter snow

I stayed at this hotel probably more than 5 times in last 10 Years, it’s one of my secret spots I visit in the winter only a short trip from Tokyo, the hotel is insanely old and looks haunted but for me this is the charm I come here for, the dinner is great I always choose it and breakfast is also great! Overall I barely ever seen a tourist is mostly Japanese older couples and bikers. Onsen is nice they don’t allow tattoos but they never said anything to me all times I’ve used it.

I did not booked dinner. No restaurant open in hotel. So I have to go to town. But not many restaurants open also. I was very sad… They should write no restrictions open in hotel…

There were so many different types of onsen pools. Nice morning tea and coffee lounge. Room is well designed even if it’s old.

Air con and carpet can feel musty.

The private onsen and the massage chair were both amazing

The baths were wonderful!I loved its location right next to the gorge with river along with hot springs you could see falling into the river. It was close to a small town where we found great food for lunch.

The windows next to the pools, which were in need of cleaning. I would have loved to see the river more clearly from inside.

お掃除が行き届いてないと感じました。川の音がするお部屋でふすまを開けたら窓がとても汚かったです。お風呂の窓も同様に汚かったです。備え付けのシャンプーが全然泡がたちません。 その他、子供が卓球をしたくて来たが工事をしているとの事で使用出来ませんでした。残念でした。 食事は美味しかったです。
