Das Haus befindet sich taleinwärts quasi am Ortsende von Obergurgl. Ca 3 Fußminuten entfernt befindet sich ein Nahversorger. Unser Apartment inklusive Balkon war extrem großzügig dimensioniert, modern eingerichtet und in hervorragendem Zustand. Die Küche ist mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Ess- und Kochgeschirr sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Auch eine kleine Waschmaschine wäre verfügbar gewesen. Im Haus befindet sich auch eine Sauna. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfect appartement aan het einde van Obergurgl. Alles is fris, nieuw, ruim en in de zomer scherp geprijsd.

Eigenlijk niks. Het kan alleen krap zijn met parkeren en je moet goed kunnen sturen om op je plek te komen.

Wir waren herzlich empfangen worden. Der Hotelier ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Apartment. Auf den Fotos haben wir wohl ein modernes und frisch renoviertes Appartement gesehen. Unseres war leider eher mit älterer Möbel ausgestattet. Man sollte auch die restlichen Appartements renovieren. Ansonsten gibt es noch eine Sauna die man länger nutzen durfte als offiziell beschrieben. Danke dafür!

Sehr geräumiges und toll ausgestattetes Appartement. Grandioser Balkon zum chillen. Alles im Apartment vorhanden: Kaffee Geschirrspüler, Tabs usw. Dieses Quartier lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr freundliches Personal, es wurde uns sogar angeboten am Abreisetag den Spa Bereich zu nutzen. Top

バス停、及び、山頂行きのゴンドラまで徒歩で7分。ハイキングコースの入り口も近く、アルプス山脈の大自然を満喫できる完璧なロケーションです。部屋はとても清潔で収納スペースは十分に確保されており、快適でした。スタッフの方はとても柔軟な対応をしてくれて、親切でした。ぜひまた利用したいです。

Fantastiskt läge i Alperna. Personalen var supertrevlig och hjälpsam. Relaxavdelningen med bastu var väldigt uppskattad. Fräscht!

Det skulle vara frukost som eventuellt kan förbättras. Vi fyller i en lapp vad vi vill ha till frukost som ska lämnas in senast 08:00 dagen för frukost. Det hade varit trevligt att kunna välja till exempel juice, färdiggjorda mackor med pålägg och drickyoghurt. Det hade varit väldigt smidigt för oss iallafall.

De toerit naar het appartement is best stijl. Het is maar een klein stukje lopen, maar steil.

Wir waren spontan zum Skifahren in Obergurgl und suchten kurzfristig nach einer Bleibe. Unterkunft liegt nah an der Piste, schöner Wellnessbereich. Allerdings sind die Preise in Obergurgl generell heftig, dafür war es anscheinend günstig.

Parkplätze können nicht reserviert werden, Zufahrt sehr eng, kein Frühstück verfügbar

The apartment was very comfy, the wellness area was great, the staff was very helpful with every request we had.

The only slightly negative thing was that even though the apartment house was close to the slope in distance the elevation change was quite steep, but luckily you can keep your skis and boots in the depot next to the slope

Large rooms and lots of great storage. Nice and clean and good location. Had everything we needed. Lovely staff!

Perhaps a safe way to get down to the boot room as the slope could be quite slippy with ski boots on. Maybe needed another couch in the living area

Lovely position and really nice, modern, clean apartment. Well furnished and comfortable. Really accommodating staff too. Only there for one night on way through so didn't make use of all the facilities.

Finding the actual apartments was a little hard – possibly I didn't read the instructions properly – but Google Maps took me to the front of a very closed hotel, of the same name (the apartments are up and around the back). I doubt I'm the only person to make that mistake – maybe a sign on the hotel to help direct visitors would help? (if there was one we all missed it). Also check for cycle races on the road leading up the mountain – they close the entire road and there's no other way through, so you'll have a very long wait.

Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnungen, sehr netter und zuvorkommender Ansprechpartner, voll ausgestattet, sauber und großzügig. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt.

Мабуть найкращі апартменти де я зупинявся до цього часу. Дуже багато місця, величезні кімнати поєднані балконом. Кухня обладнана ну просто усім що можна уявити, навіть величезна банка свіжомолотої кави. Чудовий вид на гори з вікна та багато місця на балконі, звідки можна безкінечно дивитися на ці гори. Чудова спа-зона з саунами та лаунжем. Окрема подяка хосту за дуже теплий прийом та допомогу з усіма питаннями. Заїзд на парковку трошки специфічний, але нам прийшла мапа з подробною інформацією щодо паркування. За нагоди обовʼязково повернуся сюди.

Alles bestens, klare Empfehlung. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Auf- bzw. Abfahrt zum Appartement-Haus sowie zum Parkplatz. Ziemlich steil und eng.

Holidays with family! We have spend there 3 nights and can’t say how amazing was the place. We rented apt suite. It was more than enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. I would say it would be comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. The place had kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room. The place was extremely clean and smelled so good. Our view was right on Alps. See pictures attached. You can order fresh baked bread and it is delivered to your door or you can pick up at the front desk. We also visited sauna ( dry and wet). The room had a station with juices, tea, water. Shower, bathroom. And again the view was incredible! Separate thank you to people at the front desk. Very helpful and kind people. Highly recommend the place for both families, couples, friends!

We really enjoyed our summer stay at Gurglhof Apartmenthaus. Perfect check in, absolutely super kitchen equipment, gorgeous view from spacious balcony. The staff was really professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Super!!!

Clean and friendly

The spa area was excellent. Pristine and modern. Staff (when there were helpful).

On arrival there was no staff and we only met a member of staff when I called them about an issue. Didn't see them again all week. We had been 'upgraded' but the new room was not suitable for our group and meant that we had to carry all our luggage (+ a baby) down to flights of stairs. No lift. On seeing the room was not adequate for our group we then had to call staff to change and carry all the luggage back up the flights if stairs. Additional charges at the end of stay were unexpected. For example a fairly large cleaning charge but we only had one, minimal clean during our stay. Location is at far end of town up a hill (in case you have any access issues)

The location is good, very close to the slopes but it is a very steep (but short) walk up the driveway to the road and then a 30m walk down to the slopes. The walk back up the hill to the driveway is also steep. Our two-bedroom apartment was very comfortable for a family of 4 for two weeks, enough space in the kitchenette to cook evening meals. Bakery service was very welcome - even available on Easter Sunday! Special mention to Bertie on reception who was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and always offering to help, always available! Top man.

Beds are firm > hard but that's the way with Austrian beds.

A little expensive Some of the restaurants were reluctant to entertain our party of 9. We had to make sure we had a booking for dinner each night. Some hotels were reluctant to take bookings fir guests who were not staying within their hotel

This apartment is well located - you can ski to the side of the slope then a short 5 minute walk to the apartment up and down a steep road. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The apartments have a really nice chill out / sauna and steam area. The views from the apartment are beautiful. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a hob for making some hot meals. The apartment was really clean. The showers were powerful. There is a secure boot room.

There was some black mould in one of the rooms that could be addressed. One of the radiators in the bedroom was faulty so couldn’t be turned off.

30 cm of snow on the steep driveway was removed only on request. This should have been taken care of by the facility by themselves. Friendly worker was very cooperative to help with the snow chains though👍

Excellent apartments with beautiful views of Oberugugl. We were 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). We lived in a Deluxe Apartment, 2 Bedrooms, Balcony, Mountain View (Alpenheimat) There are all necessary kitchen utensils. Each room has a TV, 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a huge terrace. We rented ski equipment right next to the ski lift and left it for storage there. From the apartments to the ski lift, approximately 200 meters. From the apartments you go downhill, back to the hill. Restaurants, a grocery store, a bus stop (you can drive to Sölden in 25 minutes) are very close - 200-300 meters. Separately, I note the apartment manager Jens Tonko who always helped on all issues. We stayed here for 4 nights with our 3 kids for a skiing holiday. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spacious with a great view. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and heating was excellent. The apartment was also impeccably clean. Service was also fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fijn verblijf in appartementhaus Gurl. Mooi, schoon en ruim appartement. De keuken is goed ingericht, alles is aanwezig. Zelfs afwasblokjes, zeep en koffiecups. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben we 1 keer schone handdoeken gehad en is er ook een keer schoongemaakt. Wij verbleven er 9 nachten tijdens de zomervakantie.

Die Betreuung durch Jenz war klasse. Toller Service und mitdenkendes Personal.

The apartment is perfect. Really good and spacious. It is fully packed with everything including washing liquid, sponges, tablets for dishwasher, paper towels and so on. Actually it has no ski in/out but there is very short walk to the slope.

Schönes Appartmenthaus in 1930m Höhe. Das Haus ist nicht mehr das Jüngste die Wohnungen sind aber teilweise toll saniert. Wir hatten leider noch eine ältere Wohnung. Die Appartments sind aber sehr geräumig, es ist alles eingerichtet was man braucht. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Blick in den Ort Obergurgl und nach Hochgurgl ist sehr schön. Die einzige Hotelmitarbeiterin, die ich in den 4 Tagen gesehen habe war Claudia. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus in einer wunderschönen Ecke von Österreich und im Sommer zu einem tollen Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
