Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Ich habe das Hotel gebucht, weil es mir mit dem Suchkriterum: Parkplatz/Parkhaus ausgewiesen wurde. Ich habe zwar dummerweise eingecheckt, aber dort nicht übernachtet, weil ich meine vollbepackten Wagen (Urlaubsrückreise) in ein öffentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe abstellen sollte. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Bezahlt für nichts, fühle mich irgendwie getäuscht.

Das Bett war für ein Doppelbett sehr klein. Schlafen war nur bei geschlossenen Fenster möglich. Diese waren wirklich schalldicht.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Das Frühstück war am 1. Tag gut, große Auswahl an Brötchen, Müsli, alles was man zum Frühstück gerne isst war vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sauber gewesen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Am 2. Tag war das Frühstück auf eine Sorte Brötchen begrenzt!! Das Rührei war am 1. Tag und 2. Tag versalzen. Auf Nachfrage ,ob noch Gläschen mit Gurke, Mozarella gemacht werden könnten, wurde gesagt, ist in Arbeit, jedoch kamen diese Gläschen nicht ,dass ist sehr traurig!! Man konnte nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen, weil draußen sehr viel Krach nachts gewesen z. b. Motorräder fuhren am Hotel vorbei... lautes Geschreie etc. Hauptverkehrsstrasse... Die Betten waren leider nicht hart genug und etwas durchgelegen. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel sind das leider zu viele Dinge die nicht o.k. sind!

Maybe some fish at breakfast? But overall the choice was very good - hot dishes, cereals and porridge, cheese, meat, bread etc as expected.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026위치는 Bushof바로 길건너라서 사기급입니다 아헨중앙역에서 많은버스가 Bushof 를 경유하기때문에 철도여행도 편리하고 우버를 이용하기에도 편합니다. Aquis plaza 대형쇼핑몰도 도보5분거리에 있고 아헨 시내가 작기때문에 모든 명소 도보관람가능합니다. 직원분들도 친절했고 룸컨디션도 좋았고 조식식당에 착즙기가 있어서 오렌지 착즙주스 마실수있었어서 좋았습니다.

Manca il frigobar. Nei dintorni molti ristoranti di tutte le etnie ( italiani, turchi, cinesi etc.) tranne quella tedesca che quando si viaggia in Germania sarebbe interessante sperimentare.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, das Bett in einem "Extraschlauch" so platziert, dass man nur von einer Seite dazu kam. Sicht auf siffigen Hinterhof. Umgebung mit dem Busbahnhof schon etwas heruntergekommen.

早餐太简单了，还可以添加更多的。味道也很一般，平平无奇，只能算是能吃。 好吃算不上，但是填饱肚子算是够了，有酸奶面包一些简单的炖鸡蛋之类的炖鸡蛋味道好咸，味道很一般 没有希尔顿的早餐好， 没有健身房，没有游泳池，没有娱乐项目只能住，但是出差住宿一晚还是可以的 总体来说，性价比还是很高，比rotterdam的酒店好多了

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Sehr freundlicher Empfang, so kommt man gerne an. Gesicherte Unterstellung der E-Bikes in der Tiefgarage, wie vorab besprochen, war sehr komfortabel und unkompliziert. Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei und leise funktioniert. Das Zimmer zur Straßenseite war modern und gepflegt, ausreichend Ablageflächen sind vorhanden, allerdings sind Zimmer und Bad zu klein bzw. sehr beengt. Entspannte Atmosphäre beim Frühstück. Kaffee wurde in der Kanne serviert und die erste Tasse eingeschenkt. Es sind diese kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machen.
Wir wagen zu bezweifeln, dass das gebuchte Comfort-Zimmer 18 m² hat. Der Laufweg im Zimmer war so eng, dass man voreinander ausweichen muss. Im Bad muss man sich geschickt bewegen, um in die Dusche zu gelangen. Liegt vermutlich an dem Schnitt der Räume, denn wir waren schon öfter in dem Hotel und hatten nie den Eindruck der Enge.

Di sera ci siamo seduti a giocare a carte sui tavoli del bar, abbiamo chiesto un bicchiere d'acqua e ci è stato negato dicendoci che avremmo dovuto comprare la bottiglia.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass das Stadtzentrum zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und das Frühstück bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann.
Da gibt es eigentlich nicht zu berichten, außer das im Badezimmer mehr Haken für Handtücher ideal wären.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026The breakfast was very good and the location, both to the center as well as the highway were good.
It was extremely noisy because the windows were not good enough to keep out the noise from the street at all. We had just had a totally different experience in a 3 star hotel in France where you heard nothing from the inner city noise in the room. For the price they charged here in Aachen, I would expect the windows to be better. In addition, the beds were really soft and the AC so loud that we had to turn it off at night making the room sticky.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende und eine gute Citylage. Der Dom und die Fußgängerzone sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Parkhaus ist direkt fußläufig angrenzend. Für eine Geschäftsreise oder einen City-Kurztrip auf jeden Fall eine gute Wahl.

Fairly small room for the price. No coffee maker, only sachets of instant coffee. Breakfast was adequate but certainly not the 'superb' rated by other reviewers. The numerous 'food not to be removed from the dining room' signs were unfriendly and set an unwelcoming tone. I am sure that other walkers like us feel that it is fair to take a roll and a piece of fruit from breakfast for sustenance later in the day. When paying £151 for the room I definitely feel this is the case. Apart from that, breakfast offered rolls, croissants, overcooked scrambled eggs, bacon and meats and cheeses. Fruit salad, yoghurt and juice. No pastries, and you had to ask staff for coffee from a vending machine. Compared with all the other places we stayed during a two week walking holiday in Germany, this was the most expensive and the lowest value for money. We chose a reputable hotel chain as a luxury for the last night and were disappointed.

Le petit dejeuner est globalement décevant. Le café est servi dans une thermos et n'est pas bon. Une machine en libre service avec du bon café serait plus appréciable. Peu de choix sucrés également. Le système de porte de douche n'est pas très pratique.

Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, die Matratze bequem und bei heißen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage sehr hilfreich. Die Schallisolierung der Fenster ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, weshalb man bei Anreise mit dem Auto am besten in einem nahegelegenen Parkhaus parkt, z.B. Couvenstraße für 18 EUR/Tag. Beim Frühstück ist auch alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Exceptionally clean. Superb bed and pillow. Room was as new and well cared for, as was the bathroom. Even though the room was by the main street, the windows provided perfect sound proofing. Made for a perfect rest after a full day of work. The free coffee to go is a bonus for those of us who sadly can't have extra time for the buffet and can only do with a very quick breakfast.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026The hotel was very good, rooms very clean, with AC, in general well equipped. Breakfast varied enough, a nice surprise was the possibility to have freshly squeezed orange juice. Location very central, walk in distance to several interest areas (Aquis Plaza shopping mall, etc.)
It would be good to have a clear indication whether the hotel has its own parking, as it was not clear, and we had to park in a public paid parking nearby, one day is 18 euros. The hotel's bar is open only until 23.00h, so in case of a late arrival, not easy to get a drink, there are some pubs and night shops in the area.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Er is een heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt beschikbaar. Verse Duitse Broodjes, diverse kazen en vleeswaren, yoghurtjes en ontbijtgranen, Koffie en Thee & diverse sapjes.
In het hotel is alles tip top in orde, wat wel opvalt is de vele zwervers in de stad, en hierdoor helaas ook in de nabijheid van het hotel.

Unser Fenster ging zum Busbahnhof, dort ist auch Nachts halligalli. Die Kissen waren furchtbar (fühlten sich an wie Luftballoons), das Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr klein. Wir haben es erst mit der Klimaanlage versucht, da die uns aber zu Lauf war, haben wir dann mit offenem Fenster geschlafen (trotz des Lärms draussen)
