Location and price

Small rooms and very thin walls , you can hear everything in the next room , toilet flushing ,bath running ,TV and more. We had to move rooms as the room we had was so noisy, this from the outside, it was from we think a business and they made very loud noises until well after 10-30 so I asked to move and they did move us which was good, the new room was larger and quiet.

Amazing, helpful staff - always ready to accommodate for my needs, cheerful, smiling and highly professional. Everyone involved in running this hotel, from the reception staff, through the cleaning and maintenance professionals to the people in the dining room - everyone was a wonderful person. I'll remember them fondly. The location is TOP - literally across the street from Termini station, which makes any point in Rome easily reachable. Lot's of good restaurants and bars nearby.

The building is very elegant and you can see a lot of details that once must've made this place a top quality location in the city - marble floors, elegant railings by the stairs, etc. - however, the interior could use a bit of a touch-up. It's a beautiful building, but a new coat of paint here and there or upgrading the furniture to newer beds, etc. could make this an even better experience overall. This didn't disturb my stay, however - even without the renovation, everything was clean and tidy.

BRASILEIROS, FUJAM. Loquei um quarto com banheira, cheguei lá e não foi me ofertado. Falaram que eu teria que avisar no chat antes confirmando que queria a banheira. No fim, paguei por algo que não me foi ofertado. Além disso, meu sogro estava hospedado em outro quarto, chegou na recepção e não conseguiu se comunicar em inglês. A atendente foi extremamente debochado (até bateu palmas quando eu cheguei falando em inglês). Para Um hotel em um centro turístico, o mínimo é ter respeito com os hóspedes. Este segundo acaso, todos os outros funcionários no outro dia pediram desculpas. Infelizmente dois erros que são extremares absurdos. Não vou nem de graça. Hotel antigo.

Muy buena ubicacion en un area muy segura justo a 2 cuadras de la central de tren Termini. Puedes ir caminando a muchos sitios de interes y restaurantes muy buenos que encuentras en el area. La recepción es muy amigable y cordial. Estuvieron muy dispuestos a cada necesidad. La habitacion estuvo bien, aunque un poco pequeña pero suficiente para una corta estancia. El desayuno es bastante bueno por 10 Euros, asi que vale la pena. Sin duda volveriamos.

El baño tenia ducha con tina pero al no tener cortina o division, se termina mojando todo.

Közel a központi pályaudvarhoz, közlekedési csomóponthoz. Római pár napos városnézéshez kiváló. Napközben a városban tartózkodik az ember, a napi fáradalmak kipihenéséhez tökéletes. A szoba saját fürdőszobával rendelkezik, emellett adnak tisztálkodáshoz szükséges felszerelés biztosított (tusfürdő, sampon, hajszárító, zuhanysapka, stb.). A szobát naponta takarítják. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész, a reggeli bőséges választékkal rendelkezik. Illetve van lehetőség poggyász megőrzésre.

We waren ons ervan bewust dat dit een ouder hotel was en niet op en top-chique ging zijn. Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en ook altijd bereikbaar. De kamer zelf was op zich in orde en de badkamer was oké.

Het was oké om er een nachtje of twee te blijven maar ik zou er niet nog eens gaan, puur omdat het niet heel proper en verzorgd was. De douchekop en lavabo had wat roest en kalk... Het voelde niet super proper maar uiteindelijk viel het wel mee, zeker als je geen hoge verwachtingen had.

Viajei com meu filho autista nivel de suporte 1 ee que tem vinte anos. O atendimento humano da recepção foi a parte que mais gostei. Infelizmente não perguntei o nome da pessoa que nos atendeu mas sempre estava no período da tarde e noite. Que Deus abençoe sempre essa alma generosa que olhou para o meu filho com afeto e carinho. Fez questão de falar com ele e na despedida nos desejou boa viagem da forma que um ente querido faz com o outro. De toda a viagem em Roma certamente posso dizer que foi uma das experiências que nunca vou esquecer.Não há dinheiro que pague.

Close proximity to most places and termini staff were helpful. Reception open 24/7 is a bonus.

Air cond wasn’t what we’re used to but cool enough

Location was great.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, the convenience of the location, the lovely breakfast and the smoothness of the check in. Our assigned room on check in was a little small for the amount of luggage we had, for we had spent two weeks in Rome in a number of locations, which entailed a larger luggage footprint than merely a short city break. However the ftiendly front desk staff were very helpful in allocating us a larger room within our tariff, and allowed us to extend our checkout on our day of departure to a time much closer to our evening flight departure time back to the UK. This allowed us to make good use of the room facilitues on the day of our departure, to refresh ourselves and to complete our packing in a relaxed manner. The staff were also able to confirm our booking in advance when visiting the hotel prior to our check in day. While the hotel was close to Termini Station, our sccommodation within the building in a courtyard off the main road was quiet, comfortable and secure.

Our initially allocated room was rather small, but the staff were very accommodating in re-allocating us to a larger room

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait que les serviettes et les draps soient changés TOUS LES JOURS ! Propreté excellente. Le personnel est également très agréable et accueillant. Mention spéciale pour Anna-Lisa, personne très chaleureuse et sympathique.

Uma funcionária recepcionista foi extremamente estupida conosco, pedimos um garfo e faca e ela foi ríspida e disse que só dali a uma hora, daí solicitei para outro funcionário e ela escutou e falou em Italiano com ele, achou que eu não entendia, ficou falando super mal de mim, tipo assim, porque não vai comer em um restaurante… depois o menino que solicitei depois de uma hora mais ou menos foi até o meu quarto com os garfos e facas e disse que o gerente liberou e pediu desculpas… a rua do hotel é muito fedorenta.

This place really exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, very close to Termini railway station so public transport was easily accessible. The beds were fine, the room was cleaned and the towels were changed every single day (we stayed for a week). The bathroom had a bathtub, not just a shower. The AC worked well (and it was much needed too, in the middle of the summer). We even had a mini fridge in the room which was very appreciated. There was plenty of space in the wardrobe so we could comfortably store our clothes and luggage. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice, both sweet and savoury choices, lots of fresh fruit and good coffee. The staff were very kind, too. There is also a luggage storage area so after checking out, we could leave our suitcases there until later in the afternoon. All in all, I did not expect such a low-cost accomodation to be so comfortable and perfect in every aspect, it was truly pleasant. Is it a luxury hotel? No, obviously, but great in its own category.

My mother, who I was travelling with, is a smoker and it was a bit uncomfortable for her to have to go down to the inner courtyard area every time she wanted to smoke a cigarette, but of course a small balcony in each room would be too much to ask for, it's really not an issue. We'll be booking a different place with a balcony next time we travel, but that's truly not this hotel's fault or anything. A rooftop pool, or just an open terrace on the top floor would also be great but that's not often included in this price range, of course, I'm half joking :D Everything was fine.

The receptionists were very friendly and always happy to help. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable, and the bed was perfectly fine for my liking. The bathroom was also clean and surprisingly spacious.

The only negatives were that the walls were quite thin, so you could hear everything from the neighboring room, and a few spots on the walls could use a fresh coat of paint.

조용하고 깨끗하고 편안하게 머물 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절했습니다. 그리고 먹거리를 살 수 있는 곳이 가까워서 좋았고 버스 정류장이나 지하철과 가까워서 좋았습니다.

The location is great, close to the Termini station, close to the city attractions, the bus stop to and from the airports is just round the corner. The staff was kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is great value for money, but don't expect a 5-star hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location for the station, metro and tourist buses. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, rooms are not ready until 2pm but there is a free bag store. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice and constantly topped up. The rooms are a good size, clean with a mini fridge and TV. Beds are comfy and there was no outside noise at all!

Personal on admin desk speaks English not so good (especially woman). Air conditioning didn’t turn on until handy man fix it. And there was no soap in the soap bottle.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und leise. Die Betten sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse hervorragend. Einzig, Butter hat gefehlt. Ansonsten alles vorhanden, was man für einen Start in den Tag benötigt. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof Termini erleichtert die An- und Abreise.

Schwer zu sagen. Wenngleich die Nähe zum Bahnhof von Vorteil ist, ziehen sich die Strecken zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß dann doch. Die Umgebung ist nicht die Beste, bei Eintritt ins Hotel vergisst man dies allerdings sofort!

The air conditioning didn't really cool the room down and was also very loud. Whatever way the air con was set up, flies could get into our room from the corridor outside.

Staff was so very kind to us, they even let us leave our bags there for a whole day after check-out, while we were exploring Rome. Room was comfy and clean, good AC, WiFi, bathroom was very spacious, breakfast was good and location is great very nears bus metro and main train station Termini. Great value, if we come back to Rome, definitely going back to hotel Lazio, very much RECOMMEND. Thank you again😁🙌🏻

La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos minutos de la Roma Termini, desde donde es fácil desplazarte hacia los monumentos y sitios de interés. El desayuno es variado, merece la pena! El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuestos ayudar. Además permiten dejar tu equipaje después del check out (por si tu vuelo sale más tarde).

La entrega de las llaves al salir del hotel es decir, no puedes quedarte las llaves para salir hacer turismo. De resto, todo perfecto.

The staff was friendly and we were able to leave our luggage in the storage room before check-in. Breakfasts were varied, delicious, and fresh, with a wide selection (the only downside was there wasn't anything hot, just an omelet or some sausages). The hotel was clean and air-conditioned.

Information about paying the service fee must be discussed immediately upon check-in!

Overall, the hostel was very good. Even though it’s an old-style hostel, it’s well maintained and very clean. The bathrooms are easy to use and absolutely spotless. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for the price and quality! The breakfast was delicious and very complete.

Muy cerca a Roma Termini, la estación principal de tren. El lugar ideal para nuestros viajes en Italia. Muy tranquilo, las ventanas van a un patio interior. El personal excepcionalmente amable, nos ayudó en todo. Esta vez la habitación era muy pequeña.

Room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the view and it was in a location that allowed us to get to the train. Staff was friendly, especially Anna Lisa; he was very nice and knowledgeable and gave us a great recommendation for a wonderful dinner.

The room was a bit small, but maybe that is normal for the country. We had never been to Italy so it could be the normal size for hotel rooms. The shampoo and soap dispensers could have been filled before we arrive so that there would be enough soap to use.

La camera era bella. confortevole e pulita, aveva anche la Tv. Gli spazi erano molto limitati, in quanto il letto matrimoniale occupava la maggioranza dello spazio nella camera. Tutto sommato però sono stata soddisfatta. La posizione è molto comoda, è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini

Il prezzo era inevitabilmente alto, sicuramente a causa del concerto a Tor Vergata per cui tutte le strutture hanno alzato vertiginosamente i costi. Nonostante ciò, rispetto ad altri hotel , era abbastanza onesto..

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, es war sehr ruhig,sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen. Ein paar Dinge könnten einmal repariert oder erneuert werden. Wie zum Beispiel Duschkopft oder Badewannenarmatur.

Pokoje małe ale czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Śniadania pyszne, chociaż codziennie to samo. Obsługa bardzo bardzo miła , zawsze z uśmiechem na twarzy. Hotel znajduje się blisko dworca co jest atutem aby dostać się metrem do Rzymu. Było super.

La atención de Annalisa, nos orientó en todo. Siempre sonriente y amable. Nos recomendó donde comer y lo imperdible de la ciudad más allá de lo tipico. Nos hizo sentir en casa. La ubicación a una cuadra de termini. El desayuno abundante y muy bien atendido. La habitación muy amplia y el baño espacioso. El detalle de las pantuflas un 10. La habitación no tenía vistas pero entraba el sol.

Todo bien. Pero cabe mencionar que la otra chica de recepción, no atendía con amabilidad casi era un trámite. Nos tocó check in y out con ella. Le solicitamos un para de cosas en la estadía que no resolvió. Lo hizo Annalisa y el recepcionista varón. Todo lo demás espectacular.
