Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Soggiorno sempre in questa struttura: la posizione è perfetta e il personale è sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale. Mi trovo molto bene e torno sempre volentieri.
Questa volta ho avuto un piccolo inconveniente dovuto al rumore proveniente da una stanza in un orario non adeguato. Tuttavia, il personale alla reception mi ha accolto e assistito con grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Inoltre, essendo il giorno del mio compleanno, hanno dimostrato particolare attenzione e hanno cercato di rimediare all’errore di un dipendente con un gesto davvero molto apprezzato. Alla fine, sono rimasto comunque molto soddisfatto dell’accoglienza e del servizio. Tornerò sicuramente.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026De locatie was geweldig, hotel is direct tegenover het centraal station. Wij waren binnen 30 minuten vanaf het vliegveld in het centrum van Rome en in het hotel.
Het is wat ouder wat verder niet storend is. De douche was een bad en had geen gordijn waardoor alles nat wordt.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026S ubytováním jsme byli spokojení. Hotel se nachází v blízkosti hlavního nádraží a zároveň v příjemné docházkové vzdálenosti od centra Říma a hlavních památek. Vybavení hotelu je sice trochu starší, ale nám to vůbec nevadilo. Všude bylo čisto a pokoje byly každý den uklízené. Velkým plusem je také recepce fungující 24 hodin denně. Můžeme doporučit. 😊

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Os funcionarios foram super simpáticos e solicitos, inclusive consegui entrar 12h, antes do check-in, o que facilitou bastante a viagem. A localização é perfeita, em frente a estação Termini com fácil acesso a onibus e metrô para toda a cidade. O café da manhã é uma delícia, com variedade.
As instalações são confortáveis, apenas o banheiro que é um pouco incômodo por ser uma banheira e não ter box, o que acaba molhando todo o banheiro, porém não atrapalhou a experiência.

O atendimento poderia melhorar. Precisei ficar algumas horas a mais do check-out, e estava acertado por e-mail os valores extras, mas todo momento, ficavam perguntando quando iamos embora. Por isso, não recomendo.

The lifts are tiny so you can only get 2 people in with luggage or 3 max without. We only stayed one night before our cruise so not much to say really.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Fajne miejsce, żeby się przespać i ruszać w trasę, jednak na pewno nie jest to hotel do spędzania w nim czasu. Całkiem wygodne, czyste łóżka, dość różnorodne, zawsze świeże śniadanie oraz całodobowa recepcja i ochrona, co zwiększało poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Polecam!
Niezbyt przyjemne, dość zaniedbane wnętrze pokoju, brak wieszaków i zasłonki w łazience, słaba wentylacja, śliska kaflowa podłoga i mrugająca żarówka bez opcji wykręcenia.

As such there were no surprise and the location was perfect since it was right across the train station - (we arrived by train in the afternoon and we were scheduled to take another train the following day) - With this in mind our choice was perfect. They also conveniently provided way access to a secure luggage hold area before checking in.
No fault of their own but we found limited choices in restaurants nearby. The small hotel staff was professional but probably a bit tired of the never ending revolving door of tourists at high peak (August). Although we did indeed walk from the hotel to the Trevi Fountain …. it was a very long walk and i would not recommend it - a taxi returning made more sense.

We got breakfast too and food is very good, they serve European breakfast including cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables on top of the classical italian breakfast. You get a lot for the price you pay.
They have a sort of small insects like ants coming out from the grout in bathrooms. I guess they are in the structure of the walls old inhabitants 😆, nothing to be scared of.

Deberían mejorar urgentemente las instalaciones de las habitaciones para ofrecer el descanso que los huéspedes merecen. Camas incómodas y colchones viejos.

Simples, mas com tudo o que é importante e confortável, surpreendeu pela positiva. Ficamos num quarto grande, voltado para as duas ruas principais, incluindo a estação de Roma Termini e o ruído com janelas fechadas não incomodou.

El desayuno buffet deberia de ser mas amplio. Echo en falta Bacon, huevos revueltos, crepes. comida algo mas contundente para empezar la mañana. El hotel dispone de 6 plantas con 2 ascensores que son antiguos y lentos, lo que en ocasiones obliga a subir o bajar por las escaleras o esperar durante bastante tiempo.

En roma los taxis tiene tarifa cerrada al aeropuerto. Nos pidieron un taxi sin decirnos que el hotel se quedaba con 10 euros más. No estuvo bien ya que nos insistieron que era mejor pero habia cuando salimos un montón en la puerta. A parte le falta una reforma, bastante antiguo y ducha súper pequeña

Área con buenos restaurantes. Desayuno muy rico y variado. El 15 de agosto hubo un desayuno especial. Gran gesto. Personal amable.
Que siendo personas mayores y con muchas maletas quisieran asignarme una habitación en el 3er piso “intermedio” al que había que acceder por escalera!!! Por suerte me la cambiaron. Deben avisar de este inconveniente. Reviewed Aug 20, 2026La posizione è l'unica cosa positiva. La colazione è sufficiente, ma le camere sono pessime, soprattutto quella assegnataci al settimo piano, microscopica e non adatta a due persone.
Le camere sono datate, piccole e scomode. L'albergo necessita di una ristrutturazione o almeno una rinfrescata perchè così com'è non può essere definito un tre stelle. Pessimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026La ubicación excelente. El desayuno muy bien. La atención del personal muy bien. Pudimos descansar plácidamente, ningún tipo de ruidos molestos.
El ascensor muy mal. Me quede adentro encerrado 2 veces. Por suerte lo corregian rápidamente , pero deben mejorar ese aspecto.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026La ubicación, sobre todo ducha con su dispersor de humedad. Buenos armarios y potente Wifi gratis, cama muy amplia.
La ducha cuidado que el desagüe era lento de tragar, la llave de la habitacion era muy pesada deberian actualizarse con las tarjetas, el ascensor era muy ruidoso daba poca confianza.

La llave del hotel, la ducha muy pequeña y complementos como calentadora de agua o accesos a microondas para huéspedes.

We had been travelling for 20 hours so we’re very tired and wanted to rest. We arrived at the hotel around 11 am We had to wait till 2pm to check in. We appreciate the logistics of cleaners etc We have found most accommodation will accommodate and let you access your room earlier. They have like a holding room where we were seated with other travellers.
