Room big, bed comfy,you get free breakfast it was coocked eggs,pork,rice,chicken,fruits( you can choose) very tasty also!

Loud a/c also cold water only.

I wish i could share pictures from this place. I hsve seen old deployed Army barracks that were more presentable and clean. Mold spot painted to cover up small areas seemingly with a spay paint can, holes in the walls, shower did not work. What a crap hotel. I am not sure who helped give this place a shining star rating but disgusting is the only way to describe it.

Excellent hotel!!! Jin at the front desk was amazing. The room was comfortable, quiet, and super clean. However, no coffee or water in the room. This is fairly standard in all hotels. They used to have coffee, creamer, water bottles, and tooth brushes. So, if you want these things, you have to bring your own or run to the store. I think they are trying to save money, but it seems like a petty thing to cut out of the rooms. Breakfast was really good with many choices.

Property is run down. Had to call to have trash removed, then it took 1 and 1/2 hours to show up. Room was never cleaned. Buffet ha limited selection got a better meal at Jollibee; worth the cab ride. Water pressure next to none existent.

The place was okay. WiFi is a little bit slow & cleanliness was fair.

The photos online looked really great but in actual, it was an okay place to sleep. I felt uncomfortable sleeping on the bed. Not a soft one to lie down. But I still slept okay even my back hurts a little bit. At first, they gave us a room that the aircon was not cold. The television has no wifi. So we have to moved to another room that felt fine. They are doing what they're supposed to do to customers like us. The water bottles are limited everyday. Only one water bottle is given free for each person. The free breakfast was really really awesome 👌 👏! Delicious complete meal. Their corn soup tasted so great that I kept coming back! I liked their veggie dish, a Filipino ampalaya! Their customer service is awesome when we have to store our big luggages at their hotel and later come back to get them. We just don't want to bring those at the wedding event! They're friendly staff and full of patience. 😃

Out dated and not clean. Bedding stained. Fixtures leaky and needs replacing. Breakfast items cold when they should be hot. Staff was very courteous and welcoming.

Staff were the best. Helpful and friendly. Laundry took 2 days to come back Shower flooded Internet wifi out frequently Not sure if the following is a complaint. I had to vacate a week early and didn't get a refund. Understandable but would have been nice.

It was a nice hotel that had great breakfast.

Pointed out unsanitary condions on dining are and it was ignored 7 hrs later. The place haa potential, bot unkept and dirty.

Not flash compared to other hotel I experienced better. Location is poor.

Location and parking.

Excellent hotel stay. The front desk staff of Melody and Cesa were super helpful, professional, and made our check-in a breeze. The room was really really clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hot water in the shower made the room perfect for us. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with many choices of hot foods, fruits, and juices. The hotel is located near the malls, restaurants, and a wonderful bakery/cafe next door. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in General Santos.

The property is very historic and feels Old World. The breakfasts were very delicious and the Cafe next door had great coffees and baked goods. The staff was very professional and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

The check in was super smooth and fast. Ms. Maki at the front desk was very professional and polite. The room was a good size with a large comfortable bed. The shower had hot water, which was a big plus for us. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of food choices. Best part is the location near shopping and restaurants. We will stay at this hotel in the future for sure. Overall excellent experience.

Excellent place to stay in General Santos. The young lady at the front desk named Queenie was very professional and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The room was very clean and comfortable. Strong wifi signal. The breakfast was really good with a variety of foods and served nice and hot. I highly recommend this hotel.

Slow and dirty shower drainage. Slippery and oily floors leaving footprints mark. Smelly and dirty towels.

I really liked the location and the peacefulness. By far the best part was the staff. The front desk employees handled the check-in and check-out very quickly and courteously. The restaurant staff were also excellent. The breakfast food tasted great, but everything was super cold. The hotel truly needs to invest in buying food warmers. It is a shame to have a beautifully cooked breakfast served cold. The room was spacious and very very clean. The refrigerator and coffee pot worked great. I always stay here when visiting GenSan, but hope they correct the breakfast issue.

Das Bett war super das Personal sehr freundlich Shopingcenter ist zu fuss innert 5 min erreichbar Leider ist es nicht gut gepflegt aus der dusche kommen nur noch ein paar spritzer wasser. Aber im grossen und ganzen ok für general santos

The hotel is super peaceful, clean, quiet, and near to everything. The front desk staff do an amazing job at handling all of your hotel needs. They are professional, courteous, and go out of their way to help you. Also, the woman that work at the breakfast also do an excellent job. I will certainly stay here again. Just an all around fantastic experience.

Overall my family had a good stay at Hotel San Marco. However, the room listing was inaccurate. I paid for a "two-bedroom family suite" which turned out to be a single room with two beds (this is how it appears in the video that plays in their lobby). I complained to the manager and she offered us another room (in addition to the one we reserved) free of charge. My son was very happy with the stay because he hates bugs and, aside from a few ants attracted by our fruits, we did not see any others in our room or the facility. We also liked the Spanish style ambiance and decor and the friendly staff.

Location is 10/10. Breakfast is fine.

Room looks old, air conditioning is dirty and not proper in place. The AC was placed next to bed which means next to your ears. Walls are visibly dirty. Underneath the bed was so dusty. Shower holder was broken. You need to hold it all the time while showering. Toilet smells were so bad and I think the smell came from underneath the shower drainage.

Breakfast was unlike other hotels with choices of salads, soup, main course, fruits and eggs as well as coffee and hot chocolate. The room needs repairs and painting. The glued shower head fell on the floor. Some of the paint peeled off. The chair in the room was very wobbly so somebody could fall easily. They didn't clean the room unless you asked them. There was the kettle but they only provided sugar. No coffee or tea for the 3 nights we stayed there. Overall they are lacking maintenance and don't seem to care about the customer service. We paid for 4 people with breakfast but the hotel said their policy is that breakfast is only for 2 people. We had to show the receipt to prove we paid for 4 breakfasts.

Location & helpfulness from the staffs

what i didn't like is when you will stay on 5th floor, you can't use the elevator to ground floor. The AC is a bit noisy specially at night. The bathroom towels not ready upon checked in and I have to wait for till past 6pm.

Hotel should have noise reduction from the function hall from 10pm onward

Stayed here for a conference enjoyed our time would stay again. Very helpful staff.

Worst Hotel Ever. The announced breakfast is a joke, one single fried egg and that's it. You need to literally fight to get a 2nd or a 3rd one. When you ask for rice, staff says there is no more. The second after, a whole family a local Kababayans show up, woW! they get a really nice full plate full of rice ("no more" huh?!), full of meats and veggies and fruits :( Clearly some racism for white tourists in here, so shocking. Also every single day the hot water in the shower was not working, had to call twice for guys to fix it (first time they come they say it's fixed and when you're ready to jump it's still cold), so really annoying. The last day they could not even fix it the warm water, they gave me another room to go just shower to. HOTEL TO AVOID.

There are insects inside the room, they gave you wifi connection but in reality no connection, no television signal, you can not order other food kitchen chef is not available, they serve the food with no cover at all, my room is using yellow lights, slow water output, clog in the drainage, dusty sofa and chair, hair dyer is not working, kettle is very dirty, dirty toilet bowl
