The other problem was that a week before i call and asked whats the earliest that we could check in and they said 12p. But two days before my stay i call to confirm and they told me that i can't check in before 3p.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025The screen of our window was broken, so I shut and locked the window. A few minutes later, someone came and took the screen out and tried to open the window from the outside. I put the screen back in the window and when I woke up someone had removed the screen and attempted to get in through the window AGAIN. I had to barricade my family in the room for the second night, cancelled the rest of our stay and we are going elsewhere. The window led to an employee only hall-so it was an employee attempting to creep in. Disgusting.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2025El hotel está remodelado sin embargo la ropa de cama se ve vieja. Es un lugar muy austero y no está lo suficientemente limpio. Lo peor es el servicio la señora que está en recepción es muy lenta y nos asignó una habitación sucia que se acababa de desocupar, incluso la persona de limpieza se molestó con ella y le fue a reclamar por haber asignado a otro huésped y a nosotros habitaciones que no estaban listas teniendo otras habitaciones disponibles. Nos asignaron otra habitación que no tenía agua para beber, cuando solicité que nos llevaran agua me dijeron que no se podía hasta que llegara el personal de limpieza. Igual no tenía papel sanitario suficiente. Las instalaciones y la ubicación esta bien pero sin duda el personal de servicio es pésimo.
